“I had the pleasure of attending Noma Social this past Sunday for their brunch, and I have to say it was an amazing experience. The comedy show was absolutely hilarious, keeping everyone in good spirits from start to finish. The musicwas equally superb, creating the perfect atmosphere to enjoy the meal and the vibe. I can’t wait to come back for another Sunday brunch! A huge shout-out to the bartenders and staff—they were incredibly attentive and made the experience even better. Their service was top-notch, and it’s clear they take pride in their work. And let me tell you, the DJ was on fire! The tunes were on point, and the energy in the room was infectious. I had such a great time that I came back Monday for Marlena’s lychee martini —which was incredible. It’s now a new favorite of mine! I’ll definitely be returning to Noma Social for more great times. The food is consistently excellent, the cocktails are creative, and the service always makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. The weekly specials make it even better. Taco Tuesday is one of the best deals around with three tacos and a margarita, Wednesday’s All Night Happy Hour is always worth checking out, and their weekend brunch is easily one of the best in the neighborhood.

If you’re a soccer fan, this is also an incredible place to catch the World Cup. Watching the matches on the projector and big screen with great food and drinks creates an atmosphere that’s hard to beat.

Everything I’ve tried has been fresh and full of flavor, and you can tell the staff takes pride in what they do. Porta 23 is the kind of neighborhood restaurant you’ll find yourself coming back to again and again. Highly recommended.“

“Wife and I flew into JFK late one Friday. We were famished , it was 1030 by the time we got to Arthur Ave.. We parked and walked , came upon people eating alfresco. We asked if any place was still serving. The "MAN" Vic asked what we would like, from one of the tables. In no time we had a bottle of Vino Tinto in front of us and people were making us try food they were dining on. I felt like I was at my friends ,' THE PIAZZAS " house. “I’ve known this crew since their days at Perdition in Hell’s Kitchen, and walking into their new spot felt like no time had passed at all—in the best way possible.

It’s clear this is a place built with real passion. But what truly sets them apart is something you can’t fake—the genuine warmth. They’ve created that rare “locals welcome” atmosphere where everyone feels like a regular, whether it’s your first visit or your fiftieth.

Seeing Scotty behind the bar again instantly brought me back, and catching up with Sean, his wife, and the rest of the crew made the night feel more like a reunion than just a night out. I laughed, tried some fantastic new drinks, and had great conversations—not just with the staff and loyal regulars, but also with folks who had stopped in before or after a nearby concert, which added such a fun, lively energy to the place.

This spot is an absolute gem. If you’re anywhere nearby—whether you’re heading to a show or just looking for a great night out—do yourself a favor and stop in. You’ll understand immediately why people keep coming back.

“This was my first time going to this restaurant. I was a member of Willow Ridge Country Club for years and I know it was sold the town of Harrison but it is normally not on my radar for restaurants, but that changed last night the menu was fantastic and the prices were reasonable in this economy.The service was good and I know when people really learn about it I probably won't be able to get a reservation! I can't wait until the warmer weather comes because I will be going very often and eating outside! By the way, our waitress Sabrina was very attentive, and her service was outstanding“
