“My family arrived at Sushi and Kimchi late in the evening right before their closing, but the host welcomed us and informed us what was available. We were so grateful. The food was authentic and delicious (My 80 year old Korean mom approved them too!!) and the service was beyond imaginable. We are very jealous of locals who can go eat there often. We will definitely go back when we drive through the town again. Thank you!!!!“

“My experience here was great. I grew up in the area but had no Idea about this absolutely authentic restaurant. The atmosphere is really nice and gives such a homey feeling. I feel free to express myself and talk amongst my peers over a good home cooked meal. Eating here I can really taste the love in the food. The service was not only efficient but excellent. “We decided to try this sushi spot under its new ownership—and we’re so glad we did! The sushi was incredibly fresh, and the menu had a great variety of rolls to choose from. My daughter ordered the Udon noodles, which were packed with flavor and served with crisp, fresh vegetables.

The sushi chef even surprised us with a complimentary roll as a thank-you for coming in—it was almost too beautiful to eat! And to top it off, they gave us each a serving of mochi ice cream on the house, which was a perfect sweet ending.

“I just finished a fabulous Hawaiian poke bowl that I would recommend to anyone. A perfect blend of crunchy spicy and succulent. My choice is to have it over greens, but I think it would be just as good over brown rice. The staff is incredibly friendly, patient with new customers, and so helpful. Good to eat in, eat outside, or takeout!“

“Usually, take out sushi is a coin flip. Good sushi chefs do not recommend eating take out sushi as the flavor will change within 20 minutes. I’ve eaten great sushi in many, many places and great sushi at the restaurant does not translate into great take out, Min Sushi is the best take out sushi I’ve ever had hands down…. I highly recommend this place. The only downside is the wait time, for a family platter you better give it at least an hour, worth every minute of the wait tho! “This is the place if you want authentic, high quality, Japanese food. The small dishes on the separate menu are really delightful.

Prices reflect food quality. Be prepared to pay for the best all around Japanese food in the area. I thoroughly enjoyed the food and the atmosphere.

They run it like fine dining, not like a casual sushi bar. So they have strict rules around noise, noisy kids, and cell phones. Don't expect to bring your kid and set him up with an ipad with the volume on. Seems reasonable. No outside food, no exceptions. Seems reasonable.

“Samurai is a great go to spot. We normally do take out. Portion sizes are much smaller when taking out, at least when it comes to habatchi.

The wait staff were amazing so attentive and helpful. Beer was super cold and the leche martini is highly recommended.

The food however was a bit salty, and came out very spread out. The meat had little flavor…be sure to ask for lite soy sauce.

The sushi however is great. Anything on the menu.
