“I’ve been to another Che Li location a few times and visited this location for the first time back in May. The restaurant’s design is always lovely — each dining area is built like a small wooden oriental courtyard, which matches the Zhejiang cuisine theme perfectly.
We ordered quite a lot, and every dish turned out to be enjoyable. The crab roe noodle was especially delicious, better than the version I make at home lol. The soup dumpling were also quite good. Overall, a very refined and satisfying meal.“

“I was there at Jian Nan Syosset, Long Island. Everything went great!! But, those took the orders needed to be more educated to understand each dishes. We were a fairly larger group than standard party size. Some dished were small and some dim sum served with small quantities, like 3 or 4. Those who order for the large group, should give suggestion to order multiple orders for the same dish. So, each one in the group can have at least one.“

“Large quantities and yummy food! We got 2 combos for two for 6 ppl and it was more than enough food. We got the classic spice with bean curd and king oyster mushrooms, chicken wings, and pork belly. We also got the tomato soup with fish and beef with lotus root and wide noodles plus milk custard and spicy noodles. Would come again!“

“Wow. Lemme just say this restaurant is my new favorite in all of Flushing, let alone the best Hunan restaurant in America. Spicy lovers this will definitely hit home with the boiled sauerkraut fish, braised lamb and minced meat with peppers. The brown sugar glutinous rice is to die for. Will be back very soon, probably tomorrow.“

“I've been to a lot of hotpot restaurants in the city. BeiJin Hotpot is a very average hotpot place. It's good, but hotpot is always good. Nothing exceptional for the price. The meat was good, maybe if we ordered different types of meat we would've had a better experience. There's nothing wrong with our dinner; we were just a bit disappointed. All in all, for the price range there are better places to go to.“

Went during Christmas time and got the seasonal deal: “Buy Combo for Two (2 Regular Portion Main Dishes +1 Snack + 2 Drinks) And Enjoy $10 OFF Your Bill,” but they forgot to take the $10 off so had to ask specifically. Next time, skip this and get the snakehead large portion set meal for two people
- Signature aromatic hot oil suancai fish (snakehead fish regular portion): Reallllyyy yummy and tasted better than the laotan suancai. Not really spicy, but too oily
- Laotan suancai fish (basa fish regular portion): Kinda mala. Mushroom and cabbage was a yummy free add on
- Brown sugar glutinous rice cake: VERY yummy and SO chewy and warm. Must get side
- Passionate fruit tea: Too sweet, not a fan. Tried the milk tea too - get this instead
* Note: idk the diff b/w basa and snakehead fish, tasted the same to me. Both were tender“

“They’ve got great, inexpensive breakfast. It’s take out only as it is just a cashier store front. Cash only. I love their spicy beef crepes ($8) and beef rolls ($5), those are my go to breakfast. Pretty filling for less than $10. The beef rolls are usually ready a lot quicker than the crepes. Since the crepes are made to order from scratch when you order, it’s ~10mins wait depending on how busy they get. It can get pretty busy with lines but definitely worth it.“

“This place was delicious. The noodles were the perfect amount of chewy. The flavors were perfect. The dumblings we're so flavorful you didn't need dipping sauce. We got noodles in chili sauce and beef brisket noodles. Both were delicious, the meat was so tender in the beef brisket. I did wish the noodles in chili oil was a little spicer. But maybe I look to white for the full spice version, 🤣. The person who runs the place and takes your order is so kind. She was able to negotiate us a place to sit. It was busy when we got there, only a few tables in total. Service was quick, and this place is busy. Totally worth it. This place is definitely a gem and I am sure we will be back.“

The food was packed with flavor and definitely impressed the whole table.
Lamb and beef kebabs were well spiced; Glass noodles in sesame sauce were a surprising hit—everyone at the table loved them!
The BBQ lamb rack was a standout: incredibly tender, juicy, and full of flavor.

This restaurant is perfect for gathering with friends. Highly recommend the stone pot grilled fish — the fish is super fresh, and the tofu inside is absolutely amazing, fully soaked with flavor and incredibly tasty.
The skewers are freshly grilled and served hot, which makes everything feel extra comforting, especially in cooler weather. The overall atmosphere is great, very lively and welcoming.
If you’re meeting friends in Flushing, this spot is definitely worth checking out. Highly recommended!“

“Had lunch here yesterday and loved it so much I came back today. As a truck driver we are limited to food options on the road for obvious reasons but I’ve been parked in the area and had the opportunity to venture for food. “The food is here is by far one of the more reliable places to get Asian Cuisine. The food is not overly fried or heavily seasoned. We come here occasionally after the dog park visit, and we have yet to be disappointed. The wonton soup is a must have, better than anywhere else I have tried. The prices are also very good. Normally I have something criticizing to say but I genuinely appreciate this place for a cheat night. You won’t feel guilty with the fun of take out. The place is small and there isn’t anywhere to eat if you wanted. The customer service is good, however you will need to wait in your car because there isn’t much room to wait inside and no where to sit. Give it a try. Photo is my wife pounding down one of their egg rolls because she can’t wait till we get home (Not oily at all). As healthy as Chinese food can probably get in NYC.“

“Good restaurant if you crave for warm soup during winter. You gave good variety of choices of noodle and topping and broth. They have a special kind of bowl that keep it warm. It is like your personal hot pot without wasting food. I can go there everyday and eat same kind of noodle with different broth and toppings and never get bored.

“Delicious and affordable skewers. It takes a while for them to cook the skewers if you order in person but it is possible to contact them ahead of time for pickup. They have a few stools and a table set up if you want to sit and eat, however seating is very limited. Lamb is the best meat option for the skewers as it has the perfect amount of fatty bits that melt in your mouth. The meat is cooked to perfection and every bite is pleasant. Also, do not sleep on their vegetarian options either! I highly recommend the mushroom skewers. It is a line of emoki mushrooms with an addictive sweet and savory sauce. Best to get your order spicy! I find it to be not very spicy at all, just a light peppery tingle.“
