“The first pie I had from John at Fenice was the Detroit Red...which Tony picked up for me last week when i was at work...i finished the whole pie by just after midnight...but I had to go for the regular NY Cheese pie fresh from the oven. We scored one of the two tables there and were able to decide which of the other slices to bring home...it was like a pizza candy store. We didn't finish our pie so brought home two slices, and I wanted to try John's sicilian, I couldn't leave there without a Detroit Red slice and Tony wanted the multi cheese white pizza...every pizza we tried was perfect! something about the dough. The sauce. The cheese. The dough for the Sicilian and the Detroit Red was light and perfectly crunchy on the bottom. Flavor out of this world. We drove from White Plains just to try Pizza Fenice. worth the trip.“

“This is one of many places to eat in LGA and it’s pretty darn good… at least for Italian style breakfast food it is. After placing my order I was watching the lady make other people’s food and the French toast looked beautiful! Lots of people were ordering pizza for breakfast and that looked pretty good too. I tried their breakfast stromboli, spinach and egg and cheese… the dough was beautiful looking and so was the entire thing in the display case. She heated up several minutes before giving it to me. I also got a side of sauce to dip it in.

When I sat down to eat it, it smelled and looked great. The flavors were fresh and spot on, especially the freshness of the spinach! Definitely would return in the future!“

“We usually dine at the NYC location, but decided to dine here for Thanksgiving. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Service was outstanding . Very accommodating to our dining habits and needs. We never felt rushed and thoroughly enjoyed dining there. That means so much. The Thanksgiving menu had many delicious choices and the portions were perfect. We will return when in the area.“

“I actually dined at Kyria two nights in a row (Thursday and Friday evenings). The food is outstanding/fabulous; the decor is lovely - chic and elegant without being too dressy. The servers both evenings were very attentive and helpful. The noise level on Friday (as expected) was louder than I'd have preferred... as it was a bit difficult to hear the person across the table for two at which we dined. (Thursday evening was a pleasure in terms of accoustics.). Kyria is a restaurant that is not to be missed.... and is certainly one to visit frequently.“

“We used to frequent the Astoria location which was always so great. The new Manhattan location is no different. Somewhat smaller, but just very cozy and very nice looking. Amazing food as always. The flavors and taste are just the best. No matter what you order you will not go wrong. The service is top notch and Rocco and his staff are just the best at what they do. “I’m Italian from Tuscany, not a pizza expert as a Neapolitan but i still can understand if a pizza is good or not, I moved in US a couple of decades ago and this place is in my top ten list, sadly is far from where I live but I will stop again in my next trip in the area.

“I recently went for dinner with a small group of- it was the first time for all of us. I didn't have high expectations, but was very pleased with our meal and the service.
The restaurant is on the small side (I suggest a reservation), but very attentive, and the bar area is very cute and modern. Our waitress was very attentive, and everything we ordered was delicious, including my spicy cucumber margarita. To start we shared the falafel platter, large enough to be shared, and the fire roasted eggplant in a green herb tahini sauce (I think that's what it was) - tender and delicious! I had the special brussel sprout Cesar salad w/ added grilled chicken, and others ordered the salmon and enjoyed it. We didn't order dessert, but I'll definitely try something sweet next time!“

“We arrived at the restaurant and were seated by our host/waiter, Nick K. He was very attentive, went over the specials and gave his opinion to the best plates at the restaurant. He was very accommodating and told us that we can upgrade pastas and sauces with our meals. He started us off with warm Focaccia bread, I then ordered the veal parm. and mixed it with the Cacio e Pepe and a glass of Cabernet. My wife ordered the Bolognese with an Aperol Spritz. I had put in my reservation that we were celebrating my wife's birthday and Nick brought three desserts to the menu which was a nice touch. We were pleasantly surprised and will definitely be going back to try other delicious plates.“

We were the only ones in the restaurant during lunchtime. When it came to receiving our bill she put the wrong price down she said there was no manager to talk to which she lied to us. Overall Service and Food at the St.Albert location I would definitely not recommend on the other hand McGrath on the southside excellent for service food everything etc.“
