“The first pie I had from John at Fenice was the Detroit Red...which Tony picked up for me last week when i was at work...i finished the whole pie by just after midnight...but I had to go for the regular NY Cheese pie fresh from the oven. We scored one of the two tables there and were able to decide which of the other slices to bring home...it was like a pizza candy store. We didn't finish our pie so brought home two slices, and I wanted to try John's sicilian, I couldn't leave there without a Detroit Red slice and Tony wanted the multi cheese white pizza...every pizza we tried was perfect! something about the dough. The sauce. The cheese. The dough for the Sicilian and the Detroit Red was light and perfectly crunchy on the bottom. Flavor out of this world. We drove from White Plains just to try Pizza Fenice. worth the trip.“

“Mario’s Metro Pizza completely changed what I expected from a pizzeria. We came in for a full tasting and every single dish overdelivered. The chicken scarpariello was the standout, juicy chicken smothered in a sauce with real depth, sausage and thin cut potatoes mixed in, plated like something from a sit down Italian restaurant rather than handed over a counter. The vodka rigatoni with fresh burrata was another surprise, creamy, rich, and not something you expect to find at a pizza shop. The Philly cheesesteak pizza and hot honey pepperoni with vodka sauce were both excellent as well, and the hot honey and buffalo wings are made completely from scratch in house.

Beyond the food, the hospitality stood out. The owners, two brothers with over a decade of experience in kitchens across Westchester and New York City, took over a pizzeria that had been a neighborhood staple for decades and elevated it without losing that local feel. You can tell everything is made fresh and with real care.

They didn’t but they created it by carrying a table and chairs outside for us - talk about customer service! “We recently discovered this amazing pizza and baked goods spot while dining at its sister restaurant, Al Dente Pasta Co., next door. Luciano's is now my favorite pizza spot in the area! Their dough is amazing and it really stands out in the white pizza with sausage and their simply amazing garlic knots (served with lots of fresh garlic and high quality olive oil). We are hooked! The staff go above and beyond (they treated us to a fabulous homemade chocolate chip cookie on a recent order). Their catering menu looks wonderful. You can tell a lot of thought and care has been put into this business! Check them out and Al Dente too!!“

We ordered the Beekman Ave specialty pizza, a regular pepperoni, and the eggplant pizza. The eggplant pizza was absolutely incredible—easily one of the best pizzas I've had in Westchester.

The style is a thin, bar-style pie similar to what you'd find in New Jersey, with a vibe like Colony Grill. The wings were excellent too. If you're a fan of thin-crust, bar-style pizza, this place is a must-visit. Highly recommended.“

“Ralphy’s has minimal crust style pizza which is rare not a lot of places do that. The sauce is flavorful, we got a pepperoni and sausage large pie that came out to $27.72. The sausage is thinly sliced which makes it such a great chew and don’t worry they pack it on so the ratios are perfect. There’s a lot of tables so you can dine in comfortably. Staff is kind. They sell some convenience store items which personally I think they should phase out since the 7/11 is across the street and maybe introduce some vending machines, claw machines or arcade machines That would encourage customers to dine in more with their families and match ralphys welcoming vibe pizza doesn’t always have to be take out!!! With that being said we will be back!
