“Seek Coffee is a true find! I stopped in expecting a great coffee, but the baked empanadas were the real surprise. Always clean, good smell, coffee is perfect, matcha latte is awesome - unsweetened as I love. There is no space to seat after 10am usually. So it would be better to make a timing for using laptop there.“

“I love this place so much and it always hits the spot. It’s such a homey vibe and I’m always so impressed with how efficiently they can make food considering how small the open kitchen is. I’ve tried several things on the menu and they all slap. I love the effort that’s put into the presentation and you really can’t beat the price.

“My favorite weekend indulgence! I tend to get a sugary coffee (butterscotch latte is a personal fave) or tea (London fog, anyone?). They have a lot of great drink options and good breakfast pastries too, with plenty of vegan options there if you're so inclined.“

“After hearing great things about Land to Sea, we made the trip all the way from Long Island City—with our foster dog Mission in tow! The staff were so kind and even offered him ice water on a hot morning, which we really appreciated. We sat outside and were grateful for the shaded seating.

I had the roast pork bun and coconut bun—both were absolutely delicious! Perfectly chewy, moist, and full of authentic flavor.

“Ive been coming to Annie’s for over a year and love it so much! Their coffee is top tier! I usually get a latte or their draft La Colombe cold brew. It’s always made perfect they also have a variety of pastries and bagels. I’m a big dog lover and have a doodle of my own and this place is super cute because they have a separated dog friendly back area which you can bring your dog to socialize with others and enjoy your coffee.“

However, it is on the pricier side compared to other local coffee spots like Variety. I paid $18 for a bacon (Canadian ham), egg, and cheese on focaccia. It was tasty, but honestly, not quite worth the price. The space is very small and can be uncomfortable waiting for food/drinks when there is more than three people inside.“

Until yesterday, I have been consistently disappointed. But this? It was absolutely EVERYTHING I had dreamed about. The prices weren't ridiculous, the bathroom was PRISTINE, the staff were helpful and friendly and it was incredibly, amazingly delicious. “We love Phil Cafe. The Korean street toast is so good. The owner is a kind and hardworking guy. He takes good care of his customers and makes great breakfast sandwiches. He’s always happy to accommodate our dietary restrictions with dairy. We love being regulars at Phil. The work space and backyard are wonderful too. You can tell he put a lot of work into the space!“

“It is so hard to get truly excellent decaf coffee. But when the manager, Baka, is making it, it's perfect every time. Never too watery, or too bitter. I am always so happy on the days when he's there.

And for folks who need outdoor dining/drinking options, they have a large, pleasant backward. Not a lot of shade from the sun or rain, but on nice days it's a very solid option if you need a Covid-safe place to chill.

Wednesdays they have half price deals, and many nights they have some kind of event (art, music, comedy, etc.).“
