“Nice family restaurant. My first visit & taste of S. African french cuisine. Not too many place can offer good food at a reasonable price. This place does. Service was good. I had the Escargot & Tunisian Sausage. Both good. I like french food, but don't have it often since it's very rich. My hubby enjoyed the broiled Lamb chop. We shared the chocolate mousse torte. It was perfect, not too sweet. The flavors of the meal was spot on. Not overly salted, sweetened nor was there msg like most restaurants these days. Overall, I would go back & recommend this little gem. Our friend, long time patrons of La Baracka, had the AYCE lunch, which they enjoyed.“

“Have been to Encore many times over the years and always had First, they were out of scallops so we were unable to have the meal we preferred. Ordered the strip steaks and they were mostly inedible. More fat than meat, full of gristle, medium rare was barely warm, not seared and extremely rare. Overall quality of the eat has seriously declined. I love the restaurant and will probably return but never for a steak.“

“Food consistently excellent. Best part, however, is the friendly and attentive service by both the Wait Staff and Management. Management continually walks around to check on each table, address any issues, etc., etc. It's a lovely dining experience and we can't wait to go back!“
