“I haven't been to Dunkin' since the name change, but I know why they changed it, now. I got a donut. Dunkin' has never had great donuts, but the donut I had was dry and stale. I didn't finish it. I bought breakfast sandwiches for others; they liked them. No complaints about the coffee drinks. In summary, skip the donuts.“

“Very busy location but staff is always friendly in the morning! One morning in particular they had a breaker blow and couldn’t take food orders for a bit but they handled it so well. I didn’t get any names but the staff was great. Their good mood kept everyone who was in line in a good mood as well.“

“I went to The Scene this morning with my daughter in law and two granddaughters It’s a very charming place with cute decor. The service was excellent. My DIL and one of my granddaughters ordered from the lunch menu — a delicious panino and a yummy wrap. My other granddaughter ordered the Nutella Waffle. It was amazing. Alas, I ordered the avocado toast and it was very disappointing. It was very skimpy — very little avocado on one slice of bread. No poached eggs or burratta on the side. No fresh fruit. Very boring. Just seemed like an afterthought. I’ll be returning but will never order the avocado toast again.“

“I went here this morning on my way to my daughters appointment & its the second time I have visited this location. I just wanted to say that the employees that work here are compassionate & friendly. The place is so clean and well-kept. The girl who answered the headset and the man at the window were both soooo very sweet and inviting. I had a rough two days & it sounds so simple but It made my start to my day so much better & I just wanted to let them know it didn't go unrecognized ❤“

It knocked it out of the park in regards to taste. I got a milk tea with boba but it was so delicious that I'm still thinking about it! If you want boba go here. If you're nearby, get boba! I cannot hype this place up enough“

“Ambition Café is a charming little gem conveniently located on Jay Street in downtown Schenectady. The warm Americana theme creates a cozy, inviting atmosphere, and the service is both efficient and genuinely friendly.\n\nWe stopped in for breakfast and were immediately greeted with a warm welcome. The special pumpkin chocolate pancakes were a big hit with the kids, and the French toast topped with fresh berries was absolutely delicious. “Well, know, it sounds strange, every Starbucks is different. I had been spending my reading time at the one in Guilderland however, they depersonalized it taking away any signs of individuality such as blackboards, the cute name that the previous manager had for the location, and it now is completely homogeneous. Today I came to this location, and although it has some personality with one blackboard things like the trivia question and the rotating joke reasons for the purpose of the tip jar are long gone. This location is also much larger, less cozy, and the furniture is not as comfortable. Wooden chairs with minimal padding. The beverages were good. The next stop will be the one further east on Western Avenue and see if that still retains some individuality in a smaller cozier branch. Thanks to barista Paloma, always friendly and has a great first name!“

“TBH I usually stay away from Dunkin's but I haven't been to this one until the other day. We were tight on time so tried it out and were so surprised!! It was soooo good, we were blown away. Bravo! Lattes were better than Starbucks, donuts and bagel minis were fresh and delicious. We will be back!

“The robot that tracks my movements thanks that I go to Starbucks when the traffic light stops me immediately nearby for a few minutes. This shows how fast they think Starbucks can serve you. I'm throwing up some stars for Starbucks because I'm glad they're in the area.“

“This particular Dunkin shows that not all Dunkin Donuts are the same. I go out of my way to go to this Dunkin because the people working are always friendly, they are fast and efficient. I have been going there for 5 years or more and I think I have had had order messed up maybe twice and both times they were more than happy to fix it. I always refer people to this dunkin“

“Went to NY ovals cricket ground and found this Dunkin pretty close to the ground . Parking was good . They had drive through too. Drive through takes a long time . Service was slow on drive through. So , I had to back up and park my car , and go inside directly .

Lots of space inside to sit and eat . Service inside was good . Ordered cofeee , hasbrowns and few other stuff . Regular coffee was average , and hot latte was super good .. Hashbrowns were a bit soggy . Not too pricey . Liked it overall.“
