“This is a charming little neighborhood store/restaurant with such a lovely atmosphere. When me and my husband walked in, Barbara greeted us with a warm and friendly smile. We weren’t sure what to order, so I asked for her recommendation, and she suggested the chicken cutlet sandwich.

Following her advice turned out to be the perfect choice. In the kitchen, Tracy—who was just as kind and sweet—chatted with me like an old friend while quickly preparing a huge and delicious sandwich.

Man, the sandwich was enormous, and it tasted amazing. I honestly wondered if it was even possible to get such a generous and flavorful sandwich at such an affordable price.

Tracy is clearly a talented cook, and the adorable lobster dolls handmade by Barbara are absolutely delightful. The two of them seem like humble, gifted people who truly represent the warmth of the East End of Long Island.

The shop itself has a cozy atmosphere, and I especially appreciated how clean and well organized everything was. Me and my husbands are so happy with our experience that we already plan to come back again.

If you ever have the chance, stop by and try their food. You won’t regret it!“

I had my birthday dinner at Topping Rose House, and it was an amazing experience—just like every other time we’ve been there. The food and drinks were absolutely delicious, and the service was outstanding. Our waitress was so kind and patient, even with our little toddler being a bit wild! Gerry was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. They even brought out a dessert with a candle for me, which was such a sweet touch. Overall, a wonderful experience—I’d recommend this place 100%!“

“We love the North Fork Table & Inn. Such a trendy, upscale vibe inside and the food and drinks are amazing. The service is top notch and our waiter, Teddy, was magnifique! He made our anniversary dinner extra special with a champagne toast and a celebratory dessert. We try to stop by every summer when we come out East and it's always a night out we look forward to.“

“Hellenic in East Marion was incredible! This was my first Greek meal in 5 years since before my diagnosis. I haven't been able to eat safe from cross contamination gluten free Greek food and today I was sooo happy! Hellenic makes their own gluten free pita bread. It was so good that I bought some frozen gluten free pita to go. We went to the farms today so we just kept driving but it will be a great place to go before or after taking the ferry to Connecticut in the future as it’s on the way. I wish it was closer to central/western Suffolk. I can’t wait to go back.“

My family was in from out of state and wanted to get take out and I instantly thought about this place. my fiance got the food and came home and my order was missing the cheese on the burger. So, I unfortunately couldn't eat with my family and neither did my fiance because he had to eat his food while driving 20 minutes back to get my food fixed at the restaurant and then 20 minutes back. However, I would still recommend you guys to other people. I would just suggest checking your order before leaving“

“We were in Greenport for Mother’s Day, and stumbled in here. The smell from outside was amazing. We ordered the half Brisket, Ribs and sausage with large fries, I was worried the food would be drenched in BBQ sauce, this was not the case. We were grateful the food was seasoned and sauced perfectly. The fries for us were crispy, some would say over done but perfect for us. We liked the atmosphere, service initially was a little slow but it was Mom’s Day. Oh two last things, if you order the sausage it is very hot, good but spicy hot so be prepared. Portions were decent, two of us ate from what we ordered and had a box to come home with.“

“very nice experience! we were a group of 8 who had a reservation for 4 pm but were early in Greenport so we decided to see if they could accomodate us earlier. And they did! thing that stood out was the great service! Our server Nicole was very upbeat, friendly and efficient. So were the others, the hostess, etc. who made it seem they were happy to work there. Food was OK and we were a bit disappointed because the band that was supposed to play canceled so there was no live music. But the service made it a very gratifying experience. looking forward to next time.“
