First of all, it's gorgeous, so sunshine-y and green. We sat at the bar and the service was great. We ordered the cantaloupe slushies and they were so, so good! They weren't overly strong + they mix them themselves, just a few ingredients. The guac was a little small but delicious. The pork tacos were pretty expensive for 2, I thought, until I tasted them. WOW, so good. We were so busy catching up, we didn't realize they'd closed to get ready for dinner. They emphasized we hadn't overstayed our welcome, we could stay as long as we needed.
And the disco-themed restroom + playlist? Excellente“

“I love a flavorful vegan burger that isn’t too heavily loaded with salt. The vegan hajji was packed with flavor and offered a healthier version to a chopped cheese. I enjoyed mine with the cassava fries that was a mix of slightly sweet and spicy served with the deuce sauce and garlic aioli. The cassava was very soft and not too chewy which made it easy to enjoy. Will definitely be back to try some secret menu options, but I can’t stop thinking about how much flavor the vegan hajji added to my palette.“

“Transparently, I only came to meet a friend for one cocktail in the afternoon and she ended up being over an hour late due to an unforeseen circumstance, yet the staff was still so incredibly kind to let me sloooooowwwwly nurse my single iced tea and wait at a a cozy little table near the back until my friend arrived.

It was very difficult to choose what to get because the whole menu sounds incredible. I was worried the food would be too heavy but there's a large selection of healthier looking options as well. “We came here on a Sunday early afternoon and had one of our best recent dining experience. We live close by so we went in hoping it would be a gem and it absolutely didnt dissappoint. The garlic naan might just be the best we’ve ever had. The mussels were very fresh and not sure if it’s the season but the flesh was super fat. The sauce it was cooked in was also very very good. Dipping the naan in that sauce was straight heaven. We also ordered the rotisserie chicken, which we thought was a bit pricey at first but man, it was cooked to absolute perfection. Crispy skin, JUICY all throughout, with grilled lemons and a decent sauce. The service was also phenomenal. Our server had great energy, and provided us the perfect balance of attentiveness and space.
The vibe of this place is also top notch. The modest exterior is only hiding the spaceous, modern, and elegant interior.
Overall, we could not be more thrilled about this find and will definitely be coming back to try their drinks and sea bass dish! Highly recommended for an absolute treat.“

“I go to Planta Williamsburg often and they are always willing to accommodate me and my sugar-free vegan dining. The chef marks up the menu so I can clearly survey my sugar-free options. My favorite dish is the Kelp Caesar Salad with added breaded chicken cutlet. Best salad I’ve ever eaten.“
