“I used to order Pho from here all of the time and now it is different. I came on google to see if there was a change and saw the comment below that it’s new owners so it makes sense. I noticed a difference in the quantity of noodles and lack of chop sticks with my order and that’s what made me check on google.
It’s about $5 more per Pho. They do give a large portion of meat which is nice.
I do wish this business well, the pho is still good, but the ordering system is a little different too for building your pho as well.“

“It was sooo good. If you don't know what to eat ask for the Appetizer Platter, if you are with more people though. And ask for the Beef Pho 10. It is so good, no spicy. Then if you like hot coffe, ask for the Vietnamese coffe, just like that. Delicious! A lot and simple flavors at the same time. I'll go again if I near by.“

“The Banh Mi Cart is my favorite part of working in the Financial District. They’re only open 4 hours a day but boy do they deliver! Hot, delicious ready-to-eat Vietnamese banh mi’s ? And the two uncles working the cart are super friendly and are the most honest, hardworking people I’ve met. I’ll have to try to get there earlier because the roasted pork banh mi is sold out everytime!“

“I thought this was a decent, casual Vietnamese restaurant. The pho was good, warm and satisfying just like you would hope for. Not the best, I've ever had, but it will fulfill a craving if you have one. The only downside is not the food itsself but a lack of wifi for patrons. Also be prepared to pay in cash lest you will be charged a small fee for using your card. But otherwise, it was an enjoyable meal“

“Cozy neighborhood place with good service.
Summer Rolls was a bit dry, felt like it’s been sitting in the kitchen for a while.
Pho broth was great with good flavors. Rice noodles were a bit mushy.
Flan was very good.“

“First week it opened sat down and food was amazing. I’ve ordered a handful of times since and not as good, but not bad.
Please add option on uber eats to include sauce with Bah mi sandwiches. I have to call every time and tell them, not sure why it just doesn’t automatically come with sauce packets…“

“We were looking for a place to eat while waiting for the time to visit ground zero. I went in and there was no room but it was freed up in 2 minutes. While we were reading the menu, we were served water (I specify because we hadn't ordered it). Let's get to the food. Very very abundant. The dry noodles with 2 types of pork ( belly and steak) were delicious. I recommend this place“

“We decided to try this place on a whim, and I’m so glad we did! It’s a no-frills, hole-in-the-wall spot that serves absolutely delicious food. We ordered the Beef Pho with extra meatballs, the Chicken Pho, and the beef rolls with ginger—everything tasted incredibly fresh and expertly made. This hidden gem was a delightful surprise, and we’ll definitely be coming back!“

“4/5 Pho Tai Nam -- flavorful broth, very generous amount of beef eye round and brisket, noodles were on the thinner end
4.5/5 Spring Rolls -- one of the better ones I've had in recently memory for sure! Fried super crisp, great with the lettuce wrap and fish sauce“

“Amazing food and the best Vietnamese coffee. I am not a coffee drinker but I love Vietnamese coffee. The phone is good and it is a small hole in the wall place but totally worth it. If you are in the neighborhood, I would recommend getting some Vietnamese food here.“

“Pho Way has been my go-to pho spot for a while now, they’re the best!! But for the first time, I decided to try more of the menu, and I was blown out of this world.
We got the Thai tea, seafood pho, short rib pho, short ribs with fried rice, and fried chicken. Everything was sooo good. The portions are big, prices are reasonable, and the flavors are on point. Plus, the staff is really friendly and the service is great. I definitely recommend!“

“Extra big bowl hit the spot. Little bummed tripe was missing, but I was there right at opening, so maybe they just forgot. Vietnamese iced coffee is always reliable rocket fuel. Spring rolls were delicious and a good size.

“Thanh Đa is a popular hole-in-the-wall Vietnamese spot for banh mi near 8 Av, Brooklyn. I read many negative reviews about the terrible attitude of the owner, skimpy toppings and how their prices have risen significantly. God knows how nervous I was when I walked into the shop lol.
Fortunately I didn’t have such poor experience when I went. I was very satisfied with what I got, and the owner and staff weren’t rude at all. Just keep in mind they no longer open dine-in area.
#1 House Special Banh Mi 清娜麵包
For the house special banh mi, they put together roasted pork, ham, cold cut, pickled carrots and radish and cucumber. The fillings weren’t overflowing, but it was sufficient and stuffed till the bottom of the bread roll. The baguette was toasted to a crusty finish on the outside, and a soft dough on the inside.
You can ask for jalapeno for extra spice (they forgot to add it to my banh mi tho). $8 for a banh mi is still reasonable to me in this economy, as I can split it into two meals.
Banh mi is made to order. It took around 10 mins even I was the only customer in store.
*Ca Phe Thanh Ða (Thanh Ða Coffee) 清娜咖啡
This Vietnamese coffee was so pleasant. Dark roasted and rich in caffeine as you can taste from the robust and bold flavor. I asked for less sugar and less ice, and it had the perfect level of sweetness. $5 for the iced coffee is slightly steep but I’ll still get this again.“

“the Banh mi (Vietnamese sandwich) is very good and their other things are also pretty good, I heard, but it is a long wait, usually about 10 minutes if not busy and 20 minutes when there is a few people there. Also there is no dine in since the place in extremely small. So you order, wait outside, get your food, and leave. but definitely worth the wait if you have the time“

“A goodbye message of sorts... Parting not by choice but because I'm moving away.
Brother's Asian Cuisine has been there with us from Harry Potter nights to Monday Night Football. It was there for me physically and spiritually when I was in need of healing.
This place has been my go to for years since I've lived in Bay Ridge. I've tried every single takeout restaurant (and I do mean every single one) and Brother's has the best General Tso's in this area.
I recommend ordering it with Lo mein and make it extra spicy. It's the perfect bite.
The delivery man with the red helmet is very kind and has always brought us our food promptly.
Give Brother's a go.“
