“We were seated immediately even though there were a ton of vehicles in the parking lot. Had our drinks in less than 2 minutes of sitting down. Our food came in a timely manner. The waitress was attentive without being intrusive. The manager made a brief stop to see how we were enjoying our meal.
I had the Hibachi salmon with rice and steamed broccoli. Broccoli was a little too over streamed but that's my personal preference, otherwise everything was delicious. My partner had the French Onion burger that she enjoyed.
Great experience all around. My first time there. I'll be back!“

“We had a wonderful experience at the new CopperTop in Dewitt tonight with my family. The new space is beautiful, we loved sitting by the fireplace. The food was delicious. We had excellent service. I went with my husband, parents, and my three year old. Always nervous taking him out as he can be a bit restless and kids are sometimes viewed as an inconvenience in restaurants but our server Dominique was an angel and so good with our whole table, especially our son. He loved being surprised with an ice cream sundae and is already asking if he can go back. We will definitely be frequent fliers here!“

“This place is a hidden gem in the center of Syracuse NY. The sauce for the mussels was extraordinary and well thought out! The glaze on the salmon was exquisite. The salmon was cooked ro perfection.

The atmosphere was quiet as it was a Wednesday. But very open and relaxing!

The service was interesting. Isabella was my waitress. A young college student who just finished at a local community college and said she was considering continuing her education in business finance. I see nothing but success in this young girls future! She is professional, and appears to have a solid work ethic as well!

If you are a local, give this place a try. And if you are traveling from out of town and staying in the hotel, you have a really good place to eat right downstairs!

“It was our first visit and my sister and I were there for a nice pre-theater dinner. We had a great experience! I love the concept of a pre-theater, themed menu. Although the choices were limited, the food was great. I had the best ever Short Rib dinner. Portion could have been a bit larger considering the $28 price. But the meat was tender and flavorful. Our server was wonderful and it was just a fun atmosphere.“

“The York….what can I say other than AMAZING!! This place is packed and well worth it! We ordered the Poutine to start and if I would have known it was this good, it would have been my meal! But nevertheless, I ordered a Filet Mignon with Mac and cheese and it was cooked med-rare to perfection! Mac and Cheese was also amazing! I included a photo of my colleague’s pasta dish (can’t remember the name) but it was also good! If you are in downtown Syracuse don’t sleep on this one, check out The York! “I disagree 100 percent that the riggies here taste better than Utica. They simply don’t. The portion size was great, but the chicken was so cut way too small. The sauce just didn’t hit my taste buds the same. The cheese and seasoning on the saucer for bread is just odd. Not bad, just odd. My server never checked in to ask how my food was, but he did have a lot of tables. I probably would return and order something else. Overall, it’s worth checking out. They do seem to get very busy though. Parking can be limited.“

“We had an issue recently with the take out service at Tullys in Fairmount which was a rare occurrence. The food is always consistent and service prompt. I felt it was important to share my experience with management as I knew it was not typical of this location. I was called by Allen the manager who had been a friendly face for years. He was very apologetic of the situation and appreciative of my feedback, he wanted to make it right and advised me to ask for him when we decided to dine in again. We went on a typical busy Friday night. We’ were greeted and almost immediately sat. Before our meals touched the table he came over to advise me that one of our meals was on him as a courtesy. Allen is an important part of the Tullys family and the Fairmount location. He is always friendly and cares that his customers leave satisfied. The food was nothing less than delicious, tenders and fries came out cooked perfectly and within 10 minutes of ordering. Great Job Allen and Fairmount Tullys team!“

“Not really good directions when you get to the mall. BUT it's on the 3rd floor next to Dave N Busters. I am glad I went to the early show. No line to wait in. I showed up around 6pm and still had a pretty good seat.
The lady out front selling shirts was very nice. Of course the merchandise will be pricey. I went to see Marlon Waynans. So a t shirt cost $50 but it was great quality front and back.
If you dont come with friends (I was solo) you will be at a table with strangers. But it was fine. By the time the show starts everyone is a family. Drinks and food was decent. Only paid about $40 for everything. And 18% gratuity is already included. Thats way cheaper than any comedy club I been to in the past.
The show was supposed to start at 630pm...but didn't start until close to 7pm with the opening act. He was funny (forgot his name though sorry...maybe DC?)
Marlon got on around 728pm and ended around 835pm. The meet and greet was a little pricey at $50. I figured I supported him enough with a tshirt...lol. I met his brother Shawn after a comedy show in San Diego years ago and got a picture for free.
My stomach was hurting from laughing and had real tears. Marlon is great with stand-up comedy. He touched on so many topics.
Back to the club atmosphere everyone was very nice, the food decent. I got the shrimp quesidilla and it was light on the shrimp. And I got a rum drink called the Rubber Chicken that was strong enough for me without adding more liquor (I am a lightweight)
Parking was by the Cheesecake Factory but I am sure you can park anywhere around the mall. The show was on a Saturday night so it was a little crowded. I got lucky and a spot opened up when I pulled around.
Bathrooms were clean but only 2 stalls. So may be a line depending on when you go.
The biggest reason why I am glad I went to an early show? I walked out and the 930pm show line was wrapped down past Dave And Busters almost to the escalators. And everyone was still not even cleared out the auditorium.
The t shirt lady says the late show usually dont end until after midnight most nights.
Im sorry but my bedtime is 10pm most nights. Lol
I am glad they have an early show option.
There are a couple more comedians I want to check out while I am up in Syracuse. I will def be back.“

The fish fry was pretty good. The owner came over to check on us and even treated us to a round of drinks! My only suggestion is to have MORE sides (available) to go with fish, etc. other than French fries.“
