Tim Hortons in Tonawanda

“Its mostly great. I go to the drive thru quite often. You have a few employees who are quite miserable. Not pleasant at all. That being said, there are also a few very good ones. Efficient, fast and very pleasant! You need to weed out the nasty ones. A few times i wanted to stop but i didnt want to deal with the attitudes. So i just kept going ....... sad really. Not a good image for Tims.“

“I just read reviews of this being the worst rated tim.hortons , when in fact I visit this one often. And have no issues , friendly staff, my food ia hot, coffee hot delicious, and it's quick. I had to come on to make sure they know they are not the worst.“

“Passing through the area & daughter needed a light dinner so ran through drive thru to grab a sandwich & drink for her, cold drink for me & sweet snack for the husband. Quick line & service. Drinks tasted good, daughter loves theirHam & cheese sandwich & hubby always loved the apple fritters.“

“I go here everymorning for my coffee and wrap. I love this staff! Great group of ppl always happy and excited, never a sad or upset face. I'm always greeted with a great big hello from everyone. Romeo always asks about my day, Hailey always puts a smile on my coffee. Thank you guys and keep up the great work!“

“Shocked that my coffee was cold when I drank it. If I hadn't been already a mile.doen the road I would have asked.for a new one. It was 9:30 in the morning and it was very busy so I'm not sure how cold coffee happened. Other than that it was good and our baked good were delicious.“

“I love this store! All I can request is you guys make SURE you train the new employees to only use a drop of the unsweetened flavors! Instead of a squirt of it it makes the coffee wayyy too strong! I understand though how things like this can be misunderstood it’s a common mistake“

“Please team, turn your bun oven temp down a tad. Expediter didn't spot check food & maker allowed it to go from sandwich prep area buns burned & sandwiches made with those burned black buns. On the good side, multitasking ongoing & courteous service yet not operating with a consistent would you eat or drink that attitude. Sweet tea was also rather unsweetened & not very lemony. But 4 stars overall for the hustle. Coke machine clean and drink tasted fresh.“

“The morning shift is amazing! The afternoon shift I've had issues with my order being wrong, a little rude and I'm always told to wait when I pull up to the ordering kiosk. This never happens on the morning crew. My coffee is usually spot on here unlike other locations“

“7/23/24 I stopped in this tim Hortons.
The staff was AMAZING especially the cashier. (Forgot her name, i am so sorry!! But she has blonde hair and the most beautiful blue eyes) Her customer service is magnificent!!! Very nice and sweet. She took her time waiting on us as we were trying to figure out what we wanted and she gave good recommendations. This woman is beyond amazing. Sweet, caring, communication skills were terrific and if I could give her a raise, I honestly would. We need more people like her in the world. I will be coming back. Thank you so much to her.“
