“Its mostly great. I go to the drive thru quite often. You have a few employees who are quite miserable. Not pleasant at all. That being said, there are also a few very good ones. Efficient, fast and very pleasant! You need to weed out the nasty ones. A few times i wanted to stop but i didnt want to deal with the attitudes. So i just kept going ....... sad really. Not a good image for Tims.“
“Shocked that my coffee was cold when I drank it. If I hadn't been already a mile.doen the road I would have asked.for a new one. It was 9:30 in the morning and it was very busy so I'm not sure how cold coffee happened. Other than that it was good and our baked good were delicious.“
“I stopped coming here about a year ago but then was told changes were made. I have since been coming in the mornings on my way to work and WOW what a difference. The drive through continuously moves getting people on their way and my order is always correct and quickly prepared. One time I forgot to order an additional item and when I got to the window an employee named Cheyanne was so nice with helping me out and just adding it to my order right then and there. I leave for work at 4:45am and gave up on this location a year ago because they were never open by 5am. Since returning over the past month not only are they open but they are at full service right at 5am. Whatever changes were made keep up the great work!!!!!“
“Passing through the area & daughter needed a light dinner so ran through drive thru to grab a sandwich & drink for her, cold drink for me & sweet snack for the husband. Quick line & service. Drinks tasted good, daughter loves theirHam & cheese sandwich & hubby always loved the apple fritters.“
“I go here everymorning for my coffee and wrap. I love this staff! Great group of ppl always happy and excited, never a sad or upset face. I'm always greeted with a great big hello from everyone. Romeo always asks about my day, Hailey always puts a smile on my coffee. Thank you guys and keep up the great work!“
“The manager Sandy runs the establishment very nicely and provides the Tim Hortons experience I’ve been accustomed to living in WNY my whole life. This is the local Tim Hortons in the Town of Tonawanda and it’s been a great addition to our community due to Sandy and her staff.“
“I come here every single day at least two times a day and I would love to give a recognition to your cashier/worker Jamie. She is so pleasant and nice. In most places customer service hasn't been what it used to be. Not only that but she is ALWAYS doing something instead of standing around or being on her phone like most employees. If she ever leaves I'll be sad and would have to find somewhere else to go. Please give her the recognition she deserves!!!“
“Stopped at this Tim Hortons for some coffee and breakfast before our ling drive. The coffee was good took 20 mins to make for some reason. The food we ordered was good was not well seasoned. Customer service was ok at best.
Did get a chance to meet and nice old gentleman and his lovely dog who are a regular over there.“
“Apparently we were the first mobile app order that came in delayed. We told them we placed this order for pick up 30 mins prior at place of staying before check out. Staff tried to blame us for ordering mobile in drive thru? Issue was resolved after a dispute (as we walked in, staff was focused mainly on drive thru orders and talking, not focusing on the mobile orders computer), but cost us a little travel time. Very unwelcomed first TH experience of my travel companion.“
