“I would say this is the best Hibachi I have ever had! All are cooked from the top notch fresh ingredients. The sea bass is juicy, the steak is just right, the fried rice and noodles have a pleasant garlic favor which I never had it before at other restaurants , homemade teriyaki sauce adds just right sweetness. “We decided to try this sushi spot under its new ownership—and we’re so glad we did! The sushi was incredibly fresh, and the menu had a great variety of rolls to choose from. My daughter ordered the Udon noodles, which were packed with flavor and served with crisp, fresh vegetables.

The sushi chef even surprised us with a complimentary roll as a thank-you for coming in—it was almost too beautiful to eat! And to top it off, they gave us each a serving of mochi ice cream on the house, which was a perfect sweet ending.

“This is the place if you want authentic, high quality, Japanese food. The small dishes on the separate menu are really delightful.

Prices reflect food quality. Be prepared to pay for the best all around Japanese food in the area. I thoroughly enjoyed the food and the atmosphere.

They run it like fine dining, not like a casual sushi bar. So they have strict rules around noise, noisy kids, and cell phones. Don't expect to bring your kid and set him up with an ipad with the volume on. Seems reasonable. No outside food, no exceptions. Seems reasonable.

The servers were polite, no issues in this department.

I’ve eaten great sushi in many, many places and great sushi at the restaurant does not translate into great take out, Min Sushi is the best take out sushi I’ve ever had hands down…. I highly recommend this place. The only downside is the wait time, for a family platter you better give it at least an hour, worth every minute of the wait tho! The wait staff were amazing so attentive and helpful. Beer was super cold and the leche martini is highly recommended.

The food however was a bit salty, and came out very spread out. The meat had little flavor…be sure to ask for lite soy sauce.

After ordering and eating entirely too much delicious food the couple who owns the restaurant gave me a ride to the bus station.
