“I would say this is the best Hibachi I have ever had! All are cooked from the top notch fresh ingredients. The sea bass is juicy, the steak is just right, the fried rice and noodles have a pleasant garlic favor which I never had it before at other restaurants , homemade teriyaki sauce adds just right sweetness. You must get the omakase (Lunch and dinner) or higher premium cuts because they source really really amazing stuff and you don’t want to miss out. “Accommodating service but the food- none of it was particularly good.Steak wasn’t the greatest cut or quality. Chicken was flavorful enough so perhaps that’s the star of the show. Tempura wasn’t comparable quality to other places in and around NyC at a similar price point. Ginger salad was decent, fried rice was mediocre.Unfortunately nothing impressed enough to have me want to come back but that’s as a non sushi eater so I leave 4 stars because this place seems highly rated by those who enjoy sushi and I don’t want to significantly impact their rating for something outside of their namesake.“

“Went in with no expectations, came out a total fan. The atmosphere is very warm, and the food was incredible. My favorite was the salmon, they were prepped with the texture in mind, giving them a soft chew every bite. If you want high quality sushi, you might want to give this place a try.“

“This is the place if you want authentic, high quality, Japanese food. The small dishes on the separate menu are really delightful.

Prices reflect food quality. Be prepared to pay for the best all around Japanese food in the area. I thoroughly enjoyed the food and the atmosphere.

They run it like fine dining, not like a casual sushi bar. So they have strict rules around noise, noisy kids, and cell phones. Don't expect to bring your kid and set him up with an ipad with the volume on. Seems reasonable. No outside food, no exceptions. Seems reasonable.

The servers were polite, no issues in this department.

I’ve eaten great sushi in many, many places and great sushi at the restaurant does not translate into great take out, Min Sushi is the best take out sushi I’ve ever had hands down…. I highly recommend this place. The only downside is the wait time, for a family platter you better give it at least an hour, worth every minute of the wait tho! “After a very long day, I came in get a bite to eat before I went back to traveling. The food is delicious. The staff is incredible. They will go the extra mile for you (literally). After ordering and eating entirely too much delicious food the couple who owns the restaurant gave me a ride to the bus station. The wait staff were amazing so attentive and helpful. Beer was super cold and the leche martini is highly recommended.

The food however was a bit salty, and came out very spread out. The meat had little flavor…be sure to ask for lite soy sauce.

The sushi however is great. Anything on the menu.

“Great sushi and we order all the time from here! Shrimp tempura is excellent and they have so many options to fit everyone’s preferences. One thing I would like to note is that sometimes when you order for pickup they do forget things (ex. spicy mayo, which you have to pay extra for) so make sure you check the bag to ensure you have all of your order, but they are also very busy and things like this happen :) Great food and great service, looking forward to coming back.“
