“Came here for dinner with my mom, we were both craving burgers… we passed this place in the village just last week—it looked new, so we decided to give it a try. We both ordered the California burger. It was delicious! Full of flavor, cooked to perfection, they even give you sauce on the side. The fries were great too, perfectly seasoned. The ambiance inside the restaurant is also very nice. We will be back, thank you!“

“Visited on a rainy day to celebrate our anniversary. It was a small and cozy space. Felt very intimate. We sat on the bar and it was interesting watching the chefs preparing the food. Everything was absolutely delicious. Our reservation was 5:30 on a Sunday night and we were able to do the happy hour. Literally picked everything from the bites section. The Momo’s were delicious and freshly made. Drinks were delicious. We ordered the jolly duck leg with fried rice and they were AMAZING! Highly recommended and will def come back!“

“A friend and I dined here over the weekend while visiting the city from WV. I wish I could remember our waiters name because he was an absolute gem. The food was amazing, as was the atmosphere and the service. My friend had the pork steak special and I had the trumpet mushrooms. Both were great and if I ever find myself back in the neighborhood I would absolutely visit again.“

“Decent spot for some live music. It gets tight in there, and the chairs suck but it's a great spot in the stuy to pop in and listen to good music. Food is decent as well but it can be awkward to eat depending on where you're sitting.“

“i’m here to tell you the hype is true. The burritos are so freaking good. The sauce is immaculate. I always ask for extra sauce. My favorite is the sausage burrito and the bacon. I usually get both and eat half-and-half and split it with my partner. lol

Service was great as multiple servers came by each time. Drinks were also good! Only cons were the slightly loud music (but got drowned out/easier as more people came in) & the fact we reserved outdoor seating but the singular outside table was already full when we got there and had to sit inside. But the ambiance was very nice and made the move not disappointing at all. Hope this place does well & sticks around!“

“Saturday night and we wanted to have something good and different to eat. Google helped to make it ! A great experience ( the service was great) and delicious food ( steak sandwich SUPERBLY DELICIOUS and the chicken one on the second place! But when a dessert time comes it was from another planet!! The most tasty and amazingly delicious handmade vanilla bean ice cream (the one with coconut and some kind of liquor) was the cherry on top of the night. 100 % recommended restaurant“

“We came here after being directed from another bar because our group was too big, and what a great intervention from the universe. We immediately got a standing table for our group of 10+ and our host Genevieve welcomed us so warmly and so attentively, especially for my husband celebrating his birthday. Probably about 20 mins later, a table opened up and she was able to get our group seated, and get extra chairs from outside wiped from the rain.

The cocktails were great, our group had a bunch of the Grey Garden (Earl Grey-infused gin-based drink) and our host recommended other yummy cocktails, they had a handful of tea-infused ones that tasted great.

We thought we’d just stay for a drink or two but ended up staying for four hours until 2am. Another table ended up buying us a round of shots back and forth with us! This bar was good vibes all around, with great drinks, a great bartender, and amazing host - shout out for our great time, Genevieve!“

“We have loved dining at this unique, classy French restaurant in Forest Hills since ir opened, but our appreciation soared 10-fold after holding an 80th birthday party for 50 people on a gorgeous October afternoon. Rebecca provided superb oversight as tasty hors d’oeuvres were passed inside and outside on the tree-shaded couch-lined patio. Our six choices from a list of about 20 included shrimp and grits, pigs in blankets, tuna tartare, tiny bacon baked potatoes, tomato-mozzarella skewers, and mini tacos. Seating was very comfortable for our three-course dinner. Open bar and wine with dinner were included. We brought our own cake, but Tourmaline provided an ice cream sundae bar for the kids and youngs-at-heart. Yvan cooked the prime ribs, salmon and chicken Francese to perfection. The emails pouring in from our guests attest to what an exquisite party it was. We introduced a whole new crowd to our favorite spot!“
