“My family and I visited the Glen Falls in Williamsville, NY, and were in search of quality Thai cuisine. I discovered a restaurant and chose to give it a try. Fortunately, both the food and service were excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. I highly recommend it.“

“I love this place. The staff is always nice. The food is fantastic and reasonably priced. I usually get the Panang Curry. The veggies are fresh, and the sauce is perfectly balanced. Recently, I tried the Vietnamese pancake, and it was fantastic. It's a crispy, thin, eggy pancake filled with thinly sliced, savory bamboo shoots and shrimp slices. It's very good and a huge portion for an appetizer.“

“Their food is great and that is why I dine in here almost everyday but terrible service with their new servers who provides you with a rush service and accussed me to be very demanding and picky when I only asked to honor the price that they advertised on their lunch menu. Their lunch supposed to come with a soup or a choice of fresh or fried spring roll but the server who took my order charged me with the dinner price and the soup as well so I questioned that but both servers retaliated and told me that it was past lunch time hours when they handed me my check so they can't changed the price although I ordered my food during lunch time hours and from the lunch menu. I'm their regular customer so I know abbout it for few years now. Also, they refused to refill my child's drink and that was very rude and I was very hurt for my daughter and that pushed me to express my worse experienced so far with this restaurant involving with their servers attitude.“

“Food 10/10 and service 10/10. Don’t overlook this place. Unbelievably friendly and excellent staff and deliciously fresh food. Our server gave us great recommendations for different pho to try out and the beef fried rice. Spring rolls with the peanut sauce are really good. They even accommodated my mom and made chicken only spring rolls for her, which was thoughtful. I had the seafood pho garnished with jalapeño, lime and bean sprouts and it was great. The prices were a very good value and the portions are generous. Can’t wait to come back to Pho Cali! My family had a really great time here :)“

“While I have never been able to physically go to the location here, I DoorDash from here often! This is the best Vietnamese restaurant in Buffalo. I always have a craving for Pad See Ew and Saigon Cafe has the best one I’ve ever had. If you’re looking for a new place to try and anything on the menu interests you… definitely go!“

“We usually visit here, as we live out of town now. Hot and sour soup was disappointing though ( I think they changed their recipe). Service is always excellent. Atmosphere is No Frills however they do use tablecloths which is a nice touch. A little pricey.“
