“Best shoyu ramen ever!!! I eat at Ramen Matsu every month. The quality is really consistent and the ramen makes my stomach so comfortable. I brought a lot of my friends there, and they love it too! It’s a hidden gem place if you haven’t try it yet. The food comes out fast, and the rice bowl is also tasty, it’s one of my favorite restaurants in NJ.“

“The Shoyu Ramen with added Nori seaweed hit the spot and was perfect. The mixture of the soy sauce and chicken broth was delicious. The chicken version was charbroiled and added to the layers of flavor. It also comes with pork, if desired. The kikurage mushrooms are also very good. I would highly recommend this dish and literally ate every last drop!“

“Super tasty batten ramen, I like it and the appetizers are delicious, it’s funny that they have Manga for foreigners since we don’t know the language! (There should be something for all languages.?) But the food is very delicious, I faithfully recommend it..“

“My husband and I come here, this is the first place we came to on my birthday a few years a back. So we have always come as an our little cozy food place! The employees have always been kind. When we first came it actually reminded a lot like a family/friend vibe.. nice hospitality. Addicting cucumbers, chicken broth (I forgot the name) with a side of white thin noodles then even with a side of egg, plus an order edamame. Simple and yummy, great for cooling our stomachs. That’s our to go order. Thank you!Vegetarian options: Addicting cucumbers, edamame, egg, fish.“

“A cute, small spot packing lots of flavor in their ramen. We came as a group of 4 and were able to sit right down. Its casual, and well set up with tables and an open view kitchen. We orderred pork, chicken, and shrimp buns for appetizers, however, they came out at the same time as our meal so we just ate them all together. The buns were really yummy; the pork was tender & came with a tasty sauce. The shrimp and chicken were fried well and very flavorful, too. As for the ramen, we all thoroughly enjoyed our bowls. The Tonkotsu and Karakuchi (spicy) broth had a rich flavor, that was delicious to sip on. The ramen noodles were cooked perfectly, and the accompaniments were delicious. It came with bean sprouts, a marinated egg, pork chashu, and we added bamboo shoots. As a suprise, they gave us a bubble tea ice cream bar at the end of our meal, too. Prices were more than reasonable. I would definitely go back!“

“Overall rating: 4.8Really good ramen spot in Fort Lee. Already has great reviews which I’m not surprised. MUST get fried chicken. Wish they served it as a meal! I did the dipping ramen and it did not disappoint. Sooo good. Also I couldn’t finish mine and their to go box was so cool. I was a little concerned at first, it would be difficult to carry home. But it wasn’t! Also you order thru an app, so there’s no confusion on the bill when you go with large parties which I love! It was so easy and highly recommend.“

“The ramen is amazing every time I go. Still top ramen spots in NJ. Service is fast depending on how busy it is, but due to popularity, it is usually busy. Atmosphere is good, but usually trying to find a place to sit is a challenge, again, due to popularity, as it's in a food court style seating. Worth the wait as well as seating challenge though for sure.“

“Great spot! Love the private booths, and call button, and fast service. So far I’ve tried the fried chicken rice burger and the teriyaki one, both were good! Next time I wanna try the ramen combo that my friend had, with the pork bun and the matcha pudding dessert!“

“I had the privilege of having Eastern Kitchen cater my wedding back in June of 2023. The food was absolutely AMAZING. Numerous guests said it was the best wedding food they've ever had and I would agree. It is top-notch Korean food. The menu variety and quality were both phenomenal. James did an amazing job catering our wedding. Thanks from Daniel and Nicole“

“I've tried ramen all over the city. Popular spots like Ippudo (aka overrated) to tiny gems that no longer exist. I think Jin is one of the best I've ever had in the city. Highly recommend coming here. The interior decor is a bit tacky/kitschy in my opinion. Think "hipster-bros who discovered Japanese culture and throw on anything that reminds them of Japan."“

“One of my favorite ramen spots! It's consistently good and I love going here and taking different people so they can experience it too! But a fair warning the steps outside are a little sketch when I went the other day I fell leaving the restaurant and got banged up a bit. Imma still go back tho the food is great.“

“Overall the Ramen was good, I gave 4-out-5 stars because the noodle texture could be better. They might've overcooked my Ramen for extra minutes, a bit too soft. The soup base was great. Service was good, and we like the environment very much, clean and nicely arranged.“

“This is an arranged Japanese restaurant that is common in America. What's especially noteworthy is that there is always a set meal with two or more types of fish, and the gyoza is extremely delicious. The fish set meal is completely different from Japan, but there are no places around 168th that serve fish set meals, so I was very grateful. And the gyoza are properly Japanese gyoza. The balance between the skin and toppings is exquisite.I dare say that these are the best Japanese gyoza in Manhattan. It's a mystery why they're offering it so modestly at such a corner. If you want to devour Japanese gyoza, you should come to 168th.“

“For pork tonkatsu (D10), the flavors were there. Pork cutlet was very thin, but juicy and had a good bite to it. The bowl came with a miso soup. As with all of the stalls at this H Mart food court, the complaint would be the value of the meal. The proportion of topping to rice just isn't there, and you are left with half a bowl of rice after having finished the tonkatsu. A thicker cutlet would solve this problem. The seating area is spacious, well lit, and clean.“
