“I don’t usually leave reviews for restaurants, especially for chain restaurants which I usually think of as being more or less the same, but this Subway truly deserves it. Every time I’ve visited, the experience has been consistently excellent. The place is spotlessly clean, the ingredients always look fresh and well-stocked, and the team moves efficiently even during busy times. The staff greets you the moment you walk in and genuinely seems to care about providing good service. The dining area is clean and comfortable. It’s clear the management takes pride in running this location well.

Highly recommend this Subway – definitely one of the best-run ones I’ve been to. Great food, great people, and consistently great service. I always leave impressed.“

“I don’t often write reviews, but Cocky’s deserves one. I fell in love with the cozy, quaint shop the moment I walked in. The staff greeted my family with a smile and friendly conversation. They were happy to make recommendations when I asked for the most popular breakfast sandwich. We landed on the Big Daddy and Wake ‘n Bacon. Great choices!! Everything from the cute environment, engaging staff, seamless payment system, quick service and fresh, flavorful sandwiches was top notch!“

“Ordered around 11:35am on line for a 12:30 curbside pickup I got there around 12:22 and asked if it was too early to pick up the order. They must have been busy I was on hold for a couple minutes the gentleman came out and asked if I was the one that ordered and he said that their computer system was down and they did not get any notification I showed him my copy he said okay give me a couple minutes and I'll bring it out stay right here about 10 minutes later he comes out brings me my order and everything was fine. Very friendly and polite I'll definitely order from there again.“

“I came in and it wasn't busy at 4:30 pm on a Wednesday.Cashier was nice and made a good recommendation.I got the romanburger and it didn't disappoint.I also got waffle fries (they call them waffers) with cheese sauce to dip it in (my first time dipping in cheese).It's definitely a fast food restaurant, so set your expectations accordingly, but overall I was impressed. I would definitely eat here again.“

I come to this particular Charlie's cheese steak location as much as possible. Quick, friendly service. My order has never been wrong and I asked for no mushrooms every time. I probably been here 50 times. The app is 100% legit, I'd probably have to say it's the number two maybe three of all fast food apps that I've used behind Chick-fil-A only. Charlie's rewards is on par with any other fast food at and every single time you come here they're offering free stuff with the purchase of a cheesesteak whether it's fries or a milkshake or buy one get one milkshakes or buy one get one cheese steaks etc...“

“Of the big chains this might be the best one I don't know. The subs are really good but if you don't need it soon the vinegar makes the bread soggy and the texture then just is mushy and kind of gross. But when you eat it fairly quickly they make the best Italian sub of all the chains I think.“

“First couple times at Mr Hero. Pickup up a Romanburger for a family member and the cheesesteak sub for me. Solid food. The veggied on the Romanburger were fresh and my family member loved it. The cheesesteak sub for me was great too. I like mushrooms and it had a lot of them. If you're not a mushroom fan you might have them go light on them, but I love them. The waffle fries were very good, and i liked them much better than the ones at a certain chicken chain. Note, This location is definitely setup more for takeout than dining in.“

“We went to Penn Station in Avon tonight, where we met Logan. I haven't seen such genuine, friendly customer service in years!! We ordered a chicken teriyaki sub with ghost pepper cheese, a cheese steak sub with ghost pepper cheese, and fries. The ghost pepper cheese had an amazing kick and perfect flavor, and we really enjoyed it! Absolutely delicious and fresh!! Also very generous with the fries! “I had never been to a Jersey Mike's until today for their day of giving. I expected the long line and busy atmosphere. I did not expect the staff to be SO efficient. they were a very well oiled machine. I watched them hammer out order after order while taking more orders and did not see a single snafu or mistake during my half hour of watching. Very impressive !!! on top of it I really liked my sandwich. while this location is not convenient for me on a normal basis I would seek out another for another yummy sandwich.“

“So, I've been conning up here almost 15 years it seems. Linda previously owned this location, and it was always top notch. I never ever had a single problem. The food was excellent, and so was the service.

I came in not too long ago to be told she sold her location. Needless to say, I was so sad to see her gone!

The good news is I met the new area manager and the staff, and they were awesome. I was able to get my sandwich the way I always have and it was amazing, as well.

While some menu items like the Dave's sauce were tweaked and some menu items changed- the the quality of food, the spirit of the restaurant and the customer service are still there.“

The employees are always friendly, never a long wait, the store and kitchen area is VERY CLEAN and the food; whether it's a salad, a sub or a hot pretzel; I've never had an issue with my food or my service.

I stopped in late last night and a girl by the name of Rebecca was working. Rebecca was awesome, she had a great personality and it was just a really nice interaction with a personable employee!

“The food is amazing, this is the only place that you are going to find this taste it's delicious, be careful though if you order a large meal it will be 20 dollars but you'll get 2 burgers the size of a double Q lbs with cheese at mcdonalds, a full basket of fries and a delicious cup of cheese, more than enough cheese trust me for the fries and a large drink, more than enough food for the price for sure. The customer service was also decent, they seem like good people.“
