“Best of the best! Live in Youngstown but everytime we travel for work, it is a guaranteed stop for our team. The staff is great and the food is beyond consistent if that makes any sense. The bread is unique but familiar. Have a hard time not getting the turkey so I’ll usually snag a sandwich for when I get home. DONT SLEEP ON THIS PLACE AND IF THE LINE IS BUSY KEEP CALLING IF ITS NOT PAST 2pm. Good chance they are sold out if that’s the case 😉“

“I came in and it wasn't busy at 4:30 pm on a Wednesday.Cashier was nice and made a good recommendation.I got the romanburger and it didn't disappoint.I also got waffle fries (they call them waffers) with cheese sauce to dip it in (my first time dipping in cheese).It's definitely a fast food restaurant, so set your expectations accordingly, but overall I was impressed. I would definitely eat here again.“

“Ordered around 11:35am on line for a 12:30 curbside pickup I got there around 12:22 and asked if it was too early to pick up the order. They must have been busy I was on hold for a couple minutes the gentleman came out and asked if I was the one that ordered and he said that their computer system was down and they did not get any notification I showed him my copy he said okay give me a couple minutes and I'll bring it out stay right here about 10 minutes later he comes out brings me my order and everything was fine. Very friendly and polite I'll definitely order from there again.“

And by the time we made it to the car and realized we were missing a fry, an employee was already walking to our car to bring it to us. People outside of Ohio do not have the opportunity to enjoy the Romain Burger.

“I have not had Penn Station in years, so we thought we would give it a try. I had the regular cheesestake, we shared a large fry, and I had the sweet tea. The sandwich was very good, the fries were even better, a large fry can feed three people, and the sweet tea was really good as well. Staff was friendly and the food came quick. “First couple times at Mr Hero. Pickup up a Romanburger for a family member and the cheesesteak sub for me. Solid food. The veggied on the Romanburger were fresh and my family member loved it. The cheesesteak sub for me was great too. I like mushrooms and it had a lot of them. If you're not a mushroom fan you might have them go light on them, but I love them. The waffle fries were very good, and i liked them much better than the ones at a certain chicken chain. Note, This location is definitely setup more for takeout than dining in.“

“I had never been to a Jersey Mike's until today for their day of giving. I expected the long line and busy atmosphere. I did not expect the staff to be SO efficient. they were a very well oiled machine. I watched them hammer out order after order while taking more orders and did not see a single snafu or mistake during my half hour of watching. Very impressive !!! on top of it I really liked my sandwich. while this location is not convenient for me on a normal basis I would seek out another for another yummy sandwich.“

Every time I’ve visited, the experience has been consistently excellent. The place is spotlessly clean, the ingredients always look fresh and well-stocked, and the team moves efficiently even during busy times. The staff greets you the moment you walk in and genuinely seems to care about providing good service. The dining area is clean and comfortable. It’s clear the management takes pride in running this location well.

The sub was delicious and filled with quality meats, veggies and cheese. The soup was good, but not $6 for 6 spoonfuls good. A dollar a spoonful is hilarious to think about. They got me this time, but never again. Lol I will go back for the subs though.“

We usually get a large fry and it feeds the 4 of us well, so it's a perfect size, I'm not crazy about how they put them in a cup with napkins on top because the top layer always sticks to the napkins and they get cold quickly, so it wouldn't hurt if they actually came up with a better container to put them in, but I still order them, they remind me if fair fries! 😊“
