“I love Arabica coffeehouse. It’s a really friendly environment in historic downtown Willoughby. The owners Tim and Tina Are both very nice and welcoming and their staff is friendly. I love the huge selection of teas that they have to choose from. This is where I go when I just don’t want to be home by myself. Love to come here read or work a little and people watch. There is always someone friendly to talk to. I’ve made lots of friends here over the years.“

The gent who helped me was super friendly, knew his stuff regarding coffee dead pat, and made a very, very good espresso. He hooked me up with one of his fresh pressed ginger shots as well. The workers are so nice and welcoming and they give great suggestions on what drinks to try especially if it’s your first time like it was mine. As I was waiting on my latte. I looked around the place. It's quiet, relaxed & conducive to focus on studying &/or work. Just about every spot has an outlet for charging your phone, tablet or laptop.“

While picking up a coffee this morning on the tremendously popular Red Cup Day, I was amazed to see so many customers flood this location at once--at the drive through, over mobile orders, as well as walk-in orders like myself. I have never seen such a swell of customers all at once at any coffee shop. And yet, despite this massive surge of simultaneous orders, this crew ran like a well-oiled machine. Not only did they work together very efficiently to fill customers orders, they maintained a professional demeanor among the feeding frenzy.
I especially want to commend the management team of Alli and Timoteo who were on hand and made sure that not only were things handled as efficiently and professionally as possible but also that customers were kept apprised of the status of their orders and knew their orders had not been lost in the chaos. When this location moved to the former Schlotzsky's location, the benefit of drive thru was added, making one who is not as motivated to get out of the car during in-climate weather, a new customer. You can use the app and order ahead (in store or drive-thru) and the service is fairly quick (not sure if the new one close to 90 effected their customer base). All in all, a solid Starbuck's.“

“Starbucks is situated in a great area, but unfortunately, there is no parking available. I have visited this location multiple times and have consistently found the morning staff to be exceptional; they provide outstanding service. However, the staff later in the day are not as welcoming. One staff member, who has a ponytail and appears to be older, often runs around and chats, which makes her seem less focused. I believe her name is Melissa.“
