“I am going through a possible gluten/wheat allergy diagnosis and am avoiding all of that to help rule out my issues. I went in yesterday to get a sub and asked for it to be gluten-free. Not only did they cut the bread in a different area, they took the time to cut fresh ingredients to avoid cross-contamination. I was incredibly pleased with their care and concern for my health. “The person serving us here was absolutely amazing. Full of life, spoke clearly, made me feel welcome and just nice to talk to (from the few exchanges we had from when I was ordering). I’m not sure exactly why I enjoyed talking to him so much, he just seemed like a great guy. I don’t know his name but I believe he looked like he was in his 40s, African American and had a nice moustache if i may add. I

“I stopped by this past Tuesday, 3/5. The food was delicious and flavorful. I had the Italian sub and it was packed with fresh ingredients; not just bread. I was impressed with the two men working behind the counter. They were attentive, pleasant, were focused on their work, and checked up on me to see if everything was ok. It was more of a fine dining experience. The only thing missing were the white table linens.“

“Got a medium corned beef and small onion rings. Menu says it comes with horseradish, doesn't say I have to pay.45¢ for less than a spoonful of horseradish, onion rings are 5. Paid over $22.00 for this and left a tip on top of that. Don't go out often and get food and I guess this is why. Extremely disappointed“

“2nd time here. 1st round, ordered God Father, AMAZING sub! Fella taking the order wasn't especially helpful, I let him know it was my first time there, so I didn't know the menu very well. Luckily a wonderful lady stepped up, and said something when she overheard. She was super kind and helpful. They always seem to be very accommodating to customers from what I have seen.

FYI* I get my sandwiches fairly plain, aside from signature oil, spinach leaves, but they will Load up toppings if u ask!

2nd order, I just ordered online to make it seamless, and it was. Staff was very kind, helpful and accomodating. Rest rooms were clean, tables clean, and clean work stations. They get an A+ from me. “We arrived kinda late and the restaurant was nearly empty for whatever reason. But the staff was nice and made us some tasty subs. I knocked off subs stars for atmosphere because we just drove 11 hours and the music was a bit too loud for our tired ears. But would definitely come back. Thanks!“

“I ordered from Mr. Hero for the 1st time tonight. I when I got home I realized I didn’t have a second fry with my other meal. I gave them a call and they were very kind about giving me an extra fry. I soon realized that the fry was actually with the kids meal and that I had picked up an extra fries without needing them. Needless to say I feel dumb.The food was very good! “I picked up a philly cheese steak with mushrooms, onions and mayo with small fries yesterday. I ordered the multi grain bread. The sandwich was good but I think I would like it on white better. Love the fresh cut fries with vinegar and ketchup. They were quick to serve and pleasant.“

“So I ordered about 2 hours ago before coming back and my sandwich got made with the wrong topping. I'm not too mad about it because I love ordering from you guys and I also work at the Domino's in town so I understand things happen when you're busy. One thing that I wasn't happy with was watching a customer come in and pretty much flip out at the employees here for simply the way that they responded to her about her order. “Typical tastiness. Couldnt go inside to order which was a little obnoxious but we ordered online instead. It was ready ahead of time which was cool but I had to wait in the drive-thru line with cars (I was on a motorcycle) who were placing orders. All in all it was ready relatively quickly but the convenience of going inside would have been nice.“

“After taking my grandson for a hair cut, we opted to stop in at Subway, which located in the same shopping plaza. My grandson is only four, but he knows what he likes, and more importantly, he devours his Subway sandwich, without complaint. Service was quick, even though it was during the heavy lunch hour.
