“food’s good but can u guys PLEASE teach andrew how to wrap your sandwiches whithout crushing them.. i can barely eat it when he’s done with it it’s crushed into a burrito not even a sandwich anymore. so aggressive for no reason i want a sandwich not a smushed pile of bread with meat on it, this is the third time this has happened with him.“

“Stopped here to pick up a quick dinner for our family right before closing. The two young men that were working were so sweet and helpful, and most importantly showed such good customer service, despite it being close to closing time when I stopped in. Good customer service is hard to come by these days, but these two guys were top-notch. The sandwiches did not disappoint either. Will definitely be back!“

“We ordered takeout for the first time and was not disappointed. The steakhouse gyro was delicious, plenty of steak which was flavorful and tender. I had the chicken philly pita and it was also good, plenty of chicken and the portion was just enough. The fries were cooked just right, crispy on the outside and soft inside..definitely will be ordering again !“

“I am going through a possible gluten/wheat allergy diagnosis and am avoiding all of that to help rule out my issues. I went in yesterday to get a sub and asked for it to be gluten-free. Not only did they cut the bread in a different area, they took the time to cut fresh ingredients to avoid cross-contamination. I was incredibly pleased with their care and concern for my health. “The person serving us here was absolutely amazing. Full of life, spoke clearly, made me feel welcome and just nice to talk to (from the few exchanges we had from when I was ordering). I’m not sure exactly why I enjoyed talking to him so much, he just seemed like a great guy. I don’t know his name but I believe he looked like he was in his 40s, African American and had a nice moustache if i may add. I

“I’m lactose intolerant and usually get my subs without cheese. Every time when I ordered
online from a location in Mayfield or South Euclid they’d still add it on when I clearly told them not to.
Here they actually got it right and paid attention to detail, I really wish I could give them a big tip. It was worth the drive.“

“I had lunch here after my appointment with the Cleveland Clinic Rehab Center across the parking lot. My footlong Sub was very good. The inside was clean and larger than most Subway shops I've been in recently. I will go back to this Subway again!“

“I ordered from Mr. Hero for the 1st time tonight. I when I got home I realized I didn’t have a second fry with my other meal. I gave them a call and they were very kind about giving me an extra fry. I soon realized that the fry was actually with the kids meal and that I had picked up an extra fries without needing them. Needless to say I feel dumb.The food was very good! “Ive ordered from the Willoughby location a few times and honestly, i have nothing bad to say! The food is great everytime. Its not greasy, the ingredients are fresh, the bread is great! I never feel gross after eating the food. And they put it in cardboard boxes so the steam doesnt make the bread soggy! Genius! The best part is theyre extremely quick, accurate with modifications, and the prices are extremely fair for the quantity. 10 out of 10!“

“I came in around noon today. Was very busy, but the service was friendly and prompt! I just came back from Florida and was searching for the equivalent of the famous Publix chicken tender sub. I ordered a small chicken supreme - it was better than Publix! Very fresh, just as I ordered and bigger than expected. I added mayo and Sharpys oil, it was not soggy. Bread was fresh and toasted. Not sure why there are so many negative reviews- this will definitely be a new go to for me.“

“The best subway I have ever had very much neat and clean, there was a lady and Indian guy who work with full coordination 😀 and and warm receiving as the door is opened. I had my four individual subs and they were so professional in their work right from the making to handling the package.
