“Stopped here to pick up a quick dinner for our family right before closing. The two young men that were working were so sweet and helpful, and most importantly showed such good customer service, despite it being close to closing time when I stopped in. Good customer service is hard to come by these days, but these two guys were top-notch. The sandwiches did not disappoint either. Will definitely be back!“

“All the food was good, but I rate resturaunts by their Mozzarella sticks.
Large portion size, reasonable price, hot and girthy, these cheesy thick ones are worth getting on every visit. Get an extra marinara, you'll need it. 9.6/10“

“I am going through a possible gluten/wheat allergy diagnosis and am avoiding all of that to help rule out my issues. I went in yesterday to get a sub and asked for it to be gluten-free. Not only did they cut the bread in a different area, they took the time to cut fresh ingredients to avoid cross-contamination. I was incredibly pleased with their care and concern for my health. “The person serving us here was absolutely amazing. Full of life, spoke clearly, made me feel welcome and just nice to talk to (from the few exchanges we had from when I was ordering). I’m not sure exactly why I enjoyed talking to him so much, he just seemed like a great guy. I don’t know his name but I believe he looked like he was in his 40s, African American and had a nice moustache if i may add. I

I really enjoyed the food here, I got a number 26 I believe. The Chicken Bacon Ranch sub in a regular size, would definitely recommend. The service was quick and easy, overall a great experience.“

“I just went here, Im still in the parking lot eating my food. Anyways, Bennett just made my order and I had to take the time to thank him, not only for grilling my turkey andmaking a perfect sandwich but also giving me vinegar i didnt ask for. You were right to give it to me and it made everything even better.

“This was my first visit. Upon entering, the young lady ignored me for a few minutes. She never greeted me and it seemed like she didn’t want to be there. I placed my order and it took 20 minutes to complete two sandwiches. When I arrived, there was only one other person waiting on there order. When checking out, the gentleman was very pleasant. When she finished my hot sandwich, she was rude. Asked if I wanted a bag. When I said no, have a nice day, she didn’t reply. Other than that, my sandwiches were fresh and very tasty.“

“2nd time here. 1st round, ordered God Father, AMAZING sub! Fella taking the order wasn't especially helpful, I let him know it was my first time there, so I didn't know the menu very well. Luckily a wonderful lady stepped up, and said something when she overheard. She was super kind and helpful. They always seem to be very accommodating to customers from what I have seen.

FYI* I get my sandwiches fairly plain, aside from signature oil, spinach leaves, but they will Load up toppings if u ask!

2nd order, I just ordered online to make it seamless, and it was. Staff was very kind, helpful and accomodating. Rest rooms were clean, tables clean, and clean work stations. They get an A+ from me. “After taking my grandson for a hair cut, we opted to stop in at Subway, which located in the same shopping plaza. My grandson is only four, but he knows what he likes, and more importantly, he devours his Subway sandwich, without complaint. Service was quick, even though it was during the heavy lunch hour. Saw lots of construction workers who stopped in while we ate inside. The place is clean and welcoming and our sandwiches were very good.“

“I ordered from Mr. Hero for the 1st time tonight. I when I got home I realized I didn’t have a second fry with my other meal. I gave them a call and they were very kind about giving me an extra fry. I soon realized that the fry was actually with the kids meal and that I had picked up an extra fries without needing them. Needless to say I feel dumb.The food was very good! “Very good subs and very nice interior! The 50s theming inside is adorable.The employees are quick and very good listeners! Never waited longer than 10 minutes for a sub to be ready, even when busy.The menu is clear and easy to read and you have a variety of choices. And the subs themselves are delicious! “I came in around noon today. Was very busy, but the service was friendly and prompt! I just came back from Florida and was searching for the equivalent of the famous Publix chicken tender sub. I ordered a small chicken supreme - it was better than Publix! Very fresh, just as I ordered and bigger than expected. I added mayo and Sharpys oil, it was not soggy. Bread was fresh and toasted. Not sure why there are so many negative reviews- this will definitely be a new go to for me.“
