“Stopped here to pick up a quick dinner for our family right before closing. The two young men that were working were so sweet and helpful, and most importantly showed such good customer service, despite it being close to closing time when I stopped in. Good customer service is hard to come by these days, but these two guys were top-notch. The sandwiches did not disappoint either. Will definitely be back!“

“Please go here. Don’t read anymore reviews, don’t compare it to any other places. Get in your car and start driving to Freshleys. I am going to stay healthy and fit so that I can live longer so I can eat more freshleys. I would eat my gyro if I dropped it on the ground. I would pay $30 for the gyro I just ate if I had to. I would walk to buy one if I could. I don’t even look forward to eating gyros anywhere else because I know they can’t possible compare to these ones. The angry gyro should be renamed the happy gyro, because that’s what it truly makes me feel. I would choose this as my last meal if I was getting sent to the electric chair and I’m dead serious. I want to fly the workers of Freshleys to Greece so they can show them how it is done. “I am going through a possible gluten/wheat allergy diagnosis and am avoiding all of that to help rule out my issues. I went in yesterday to get a sub and asked for it to be gluten-free. Not only did they cut the bread in a different area, they took the time to cut fresh ingredients to avoid cross-contamination. I was incredibly pleased with their care and concern for my health. “The person serving us here was absolutely amazing. Full of life, spoke clearly, made me feel welcome and just nice to talk to (from the few exchanges we had from when I was ordering). I’m not sure exactly why I enjoyed talking to him so much, he just seemed like a great guy. I don’t know his name but I believe he looked like he was in his 40s, African American and had a nice moustache if i may add. I

I really enjoyed the food here, I got a number 26 I believe. The Chicken Bacon Ranch sub in a regular size, would definitely recommend. The service was quick and easy, overall a great experience.“

“Got to Ohio and ordered Jersey Mike's for a quick bite. Never had it before. It was very good, but that oil and vinegar makes the bread super soggy. But then again, the oil and vinegar made that sandwich good! Catch 22, I suppose. My sandwich was good.“

“I’m lactose intolerant and usually get my subs without cheese. Every time when I ordered
online from a location in Mayfield or South Euclid they’d still add it on when I clearly told them not to.
Here they actually got it right and paid attention to detail, I really wish I could give them a big tip. It was worth the drive.“

“A guy name Andrew took my order. I ordered their 10-in sesame seed bun Italian assortment sub. It was absolutely full of flavor I loved it!! Andrew suggested I try a fresh baked cookie. “I had a dine in experience, my cheesesteak sandwich was delicious and my reg size fries were absolutely delicious. The food tasted much more better than S. Euclid restaurant.
The staff was friendly, however, only flaw was it took over 10 mins to be served. Yes I will revisit again.“

“I had lunch here after my appointment with the Cleveland Clinic Rehab Center across the parking lot. My footlong Sub was very good. The inside was clean and larger than most Subway shops I've been in recently. I will go back to this Subway again!“

“After taking my grandson for a hair cut, we opted to stop in at Subway, which located in the same shopping plaza. My grandson is only four, but he knows what he likes, and more importantly, he devours his Subway sandwich, without complaint. Service was quick, even though it was during the heavy lunch hour. Saw lots of construction workers who stopped in while we ate inside. The place is clean and welcoming and our sandwiches were very good.“

“I ordered from Mr. Hero for the 1st time tonight. I when I got home I realized I didn’t have a second fry with my other meal. I gave them a call and they were very kind about giving me an extra fry. I soon realized that the fry was actually with the kids meal and that I had picked up an extra fries without needing them. Needless to say I feel dumb.The food was very good! “Ive ordered from the Willoughby location a few times and honestly, i have nothing bad to say! The food is great everytime. Its not greasy, the ingredients are fresh, the bread is great! I never feel gross after eating the food. And they put it in cardboard boxes so the steam doesnt make the bread soggy! Genius! The best part is theyre extremely quick, accurate with modifications, and the prices are extremely fair for the quantity. 10 out of 10!“

“I came in around noon today. Was very busy, but the service was friendly and prompt! I just came back from Florida and was searching for the equivalent of the famous Publix chicken tender sub. I ordered a small chicken supreme - it was better than Publix! Very fresh, just as I ordered and bigger than expected. I added mayo and Sharpys oil, it was not soggy. Bread was fresh and toasted. Not sure why there are so many negative reviews- this will definitely be a new go to for me.“

This time I got the wings and they were exactly what I was looking for. My husband had the chicken Philly, it had plenty of meat and for the size it was worth the price. Recommend for lunch or just needing a quick snap.“
