“The staff here are always so sweet and kind, and my order is rarely incorrect or off! If there's a line, you never have to wait very long as they get through it quickly. It's always a joy to come here, even if the drive-through itself is a bit difficult at times to maneuver through :)“

“I should have asked her name, but whoever was at the drive thru this morning at 10:06am was great. Give her a raise. It was a very simple interaction, but she was genuinely nice, offered me sriracha for my breakfast wrap - which no one at Starbucks has ever offered - didn't even know Starbucks had sriracha - and she was subtly nice without going overboard. Really mattered to me for some reason today, so thanks!“

“I wish Starbucks didn’t make the cold foam options such a tasty addition, because I’ve heard that it’s kind of a pain to make… which in turn means oftentimes it’s not made correctly. HOWEVER, THIS STARBUCKS is one of the very few that make it consistently extra foamy (which to me is PERFECT) and I can do a little happy dance with that “first sip feeling”. “I don’t usually leave reviews but I wanted to say that Ryan, a barista, here is phenomenal. He was the only person making drinks with a decent line. The mobile ordering system crashed, so my mobile order never went through the system. He saw me standing there, asked if i had a mobile order, and had me pull up my receipt. Not only did he memorize my entire order, but he made it in under a minute. I was super impressed and he had amazing customer service.“

“This is a poorly located drive thru. It's just hard to maneuver. It has two entrances and this makes people unnecessarily aggressive when it comes to moving up in line. The parking lot feels small and tightly spaced. When you exit the lot you can only turn right. You can do a full loop around the building to exit through a back entrance onto the side street. Then the only issue is, if the line is long you get stuck waiting in line again until you can finally move past everyone. If you decide to park and walk in, you run into the risk of being blocked in by people waiting in the drive-thru line.“

“❤️ this new Starbucks location! Employee's are always friendly and quick at getting orders prepared. Our east neighborhood needed this. I am a regular!

Parking: Didn't really pay attention to how much parking is available. I normally use the drive thru.“

“I love coming here! The morning staff is always so friendly. My only complaint would be the fact that the entire store starts to smell like cigarettes closer to the evening, even my clothes smell like it when I leave. It’s a little nauseating to sit in there with that smell. Otherwise, I always get my food and drinks really fast and it’s a nice environment to study in!“

“I waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes which is a bit longer than usual, wasn’t going to complain because it’s a weekend and I get it, but the guy at the window gave me my order free for the wait. The workers are always so nice at this location!“

“I want to start with saying thank you to the team working on 12/16/25 at 2pm for being so kind to me even though I ended up being in the wrong.
I ordered a trenta strawberry açaí & ended up coming back because to my tastebuds, it tasted like there was lemonade in there. I asked if it was possible to remake it & they did & we’re so kind the entire time, especially the gentleman with the beard wearing a black mask who was at the window. When I received the new drink, it tasted the same as the first one so I know it was definitely my bad for thinking it had lemonade. They most likely knew that they made it right the first time but were still kind enough to remake it for me which I appreciate so much : )“

“The staff was very attentive and accommodating to my needs as a customer. Partners welcomed me in and greeted me with a smile. I’m an out of state ASM and they made me feel right at home. They offered me my beverage in a for here cup which I was delighted to take. And I forget this persons name but they had dark curly hair and glasses they touched on the five key moments and brought my beverage out to me. Wonderful hosting from this store. 💚“

“I absolutely love coming into this store. And even when I can't it's always a positive experience.

I work at the Cinnabon inside the mall so I go over whenever I can, especially days like today when I need an energy boost. The staff is always super nice, the atmosphere of the store itself is lovely and it's a very encouraging environment.

The little encouraging messages they write on the cups are always something that brighten my day too.“

“I visited this Starbucks location to study. Upon arriving I was able to see that there was accessible parking and sidewalks that were level with the parking lot allowing easy access without having to move to a ramp after exiting your car.The inside counters are at a good height for easy use by anyone. There is also a wide open floor lay out allowing for easy flow of traffic within the store.One flaw may be the doors entering the building as they have a pull handle for the outside and push for the inside, both doors are fairly heavy to open and could pose as a barrier. The menu is shown in large print behind the barista station for accessibility view. There is music playing but it serves as good background noise and is not overly loud or distracting. Very friendly staff and quick service every time.“

“This is a nice Starbucks. I went here and was satisfied with my experience. I walked into here and was pleasantly surprised to see that this is a very clean Starbucks that isn’t busy and has multiple tables to sit at both inside and outside. I waited behind one person before asking the barista there to make me the most basic white girl drink possible. He proceeded to make me a lemon juice drink, which I thought tasted terrible, but that’s because I’m not a basic white girl. However, I was still satisfied with my experience here because the service I received was exemplary and I’m sure my drink would have tasted significantly better if I ordered something I actually like.“

“The people in the drive thru are always so nice and efficient. Never a long wait and they are always smiling when handing you your espresso. Can’t say enough good things about the drive thru baristas and the inside crew. They deserve a raise!“

“This is the best Starbucks in the greater surrounding area. The people that work here truly care about making sure you have a great experience and they do their very best to keep everything running as smoothly as possible. You will not wait in line for a long time at the Starbucks like you might at others. The drive-thru is always running so smoothly, and the drinks are always made perfectly, and when you come in, you truly feel welcomed by every single employee. They relieve you go out of their way to be genuine and connect with every customer. I will drive past other starbucks locations to go to this one. The consistency of the food service and atmosphere all being five stars every time is what keeps me coming back again and again sometimes two times a day!
I love this Starbucks more than any other Starbucks and it is truly my third home.“

“It's a Starbucks. It's just too small a location for the amount of business it receives. There's virtually no parking, but that's OK since there's virtually no seating. The parking lot is often too small for the line that forms.“

“My boyfriend and I go to this Starbucks every morning before work. Love how early they open & how friendly the staff is! Theres one batista whos typically scheduled at least mon-thurs. Jill i think? (thought i caught a glimpse of her name tag one day, but im not 100% thats her name) Shes typically who makes my drink and the drink is perfect every single morning & shes even gone as far as to write cute notes on my drinks too! Really brightens up my mornings! Love love love this location!“

“I went a few days ago but haven’t had a chance to write a review. The service was amazing Adara was so kind and was super helpful with helping me figure out what to order. She had a great recommendation for me and was super patient, it was very clear she really knew what she was doing. Lately a lot of my experiences at other stores have felt very generic and disingenuous, but Adara was so genuinely kind and treated me like we’d been friends for years. The service was very fast and my drink tasted amazing!! 10/10 would recommend.“

“Stopped in for a coffee on a rough afternoon and walked out in a brighter mood and the best drink I’ve ever had! Employee Tay was filling in for a call off so she didn’t know how to make my drink and asked if she could try. I didn’t have high expectations since by day was going so badly, but she exceeded and beyond! Not only did she make the best tasting drink ever, but she also cheered me up! “Quick and easy, the baristas were friendly and helpful. The food however (not by fault of the baristas) was really just kind of bland and meh, had the bacon egg and cheese wrap, and red pepper egg white bites (I did like the texture of these though).“

“One of our favorite Starbuck locations! Huss and Yreene are amazing! They're patient, kind and fabulous beings.

“I come here often and am always greeted by happy faces and wonderful service. I've always considered it one of my favorite Starbucks'. Today however they went above and beyond, I went to get my reusable cup for the holiday season to find that they had no lids, but just cups. The barista started by offering that the cups fit normal lids perfectly and we could still get the discount if we brought them back, and was apologetic that they were out of the reusable lids. I went to study upstairs, and the barista came and found me 30 minutes later with a reusable lid saying they had just been given more and she had seen our backpacks and wanted to make sure we had them! Above and beyond customer service with a smile, now without question, my favorite Starbucks! - Not to mention their drinks have always been on point!“

“The staff at this Starbucks (inside Target by OSU) are extra special. They work hard and as fast as they can, especially being short staffed at times.... Adelei and Lindsey are the best ever! They always take care of my orders accurately and quickly as they can.“

“This is a nice Starbucks. I went here and was satisfied with my experience. This Starbucks is conveniently connected to the inside of the LeVeque Tower, which has a beautiful interior. I got a white hot chocolate cold, which consisted of milk, ice, and white chocolate flavoring. This tasted quite good. There are two tables inside this Starbucks, and more seating in the hotel lobby as well as a large, comfortable red plush bench by the tower’s elevators. There’s also a small plaza across the seat with about six benches to sit at. I gave this Starbucks five stars because it’s in a nice location and because I received good service.“

“We've been to this location several times and the service has always been pretty consistent. They seem to prioritize staffing this location. They have a nice outdoor dining area and it is directly adjacent to Nationwide Arena. Be aware that there is no parking immediately adjacent to this location- you will need to park in a garage and then walk.“

“I visited the Starbucks at Polaris Mall hoping to try a new drink I thought I would enjoy — unfortunately, it just wasn’t for me. It wasn’t bad, just not my taste, so I ended up tossing it and came back to ask for some water. I happened to mention the situation to one of the baristas, Megan, and she was incredibly kind. Not only did she give me water, but she also kindly offered to make me a replacement drink. Her excellent customer service and kindness truly made my day. Thank you, Megan!“

“Fast service. The lines moves at this Starbucks. Perhaps consideration for passengers departing and some arriving. I had the double bacon with cheddar and cheese along with a freshly brewed coffee. “This Starbucks is located inside a Krogers I lived across the street from on High Street from 1978 -1983. My Krogers as been torn down and replaced with a beautiful Mega Krogers. Starbucks dud not exist in 1978.I've been living in San Francisco since 1985 and Columbus and High St. are nearly unrecognizable to me. And it appears the building I lived in for eight happy years is slated for demolition.Everything changes nothing stays the same.“

“I go to a lot of Starbucks in Krogers. But this time i had one of the best experiences, the barista was the sweetest. She was kind, really friendly, and very efficient. She heard me talking to my sister about her not needing a lot of sugar because we were going to be stuck in the car for awhile. The barista asked why, and i told her we were traveling, and on the way out she wished us a good day and safe travels. It was the best.“

“Had some unexpected free time with my little one after a class was canceled, so we rolled over to the Easton Starbucks for a little summer treat. This location has been recently remodeled, and the updates really give it a cozy, community feel. Most of the seating is set up in pairs, perfect for quick chats or relaxing hangs, and there’s a long communal table ideal for folks working or sipping solo.

I ordered my go-to off-menu favorite—Green Tea Matcha Lemonade—and it hit the spot as always. My little one tried the new Summer Berry Lemonade Refresher, which was light, fruity, and just right for a warm day.
