Starbucks in Columbus

“I've bought a variety of Starbucks coffee and all has tasted delicious. Friendly service too. Also, if you order ahead of time on their app, then it's normally ready when you arrive. It's great to receive points for your purchases too. You can spend them on free coffee or food. It just takes a while to add up. My only complaint is the pricing. I always buy a venti (large) and it cost me over $7. That's a lot, even for a latte. I also like leaving a tip. Gets very expensive! I sure wish they would lower their prices.“

“This is a poorly located drive thru. It's just hard to maneuver. It has two entrances and this makes people unnecessarily aggressive when it comes to moving up in line. The parking lot feels small and tightly spaced. When you exit the lot you can only turn right. You can do a full loop around the building to exit through a back entrance onto the side street. Then the only issue is, if the line is long you get stuck waiting in line again until you can finally move past everyone. If you decide to park and walk in, you run into the risk of being blocked in by people waiting in the drive-thru line.“

“I love coming here! The morning staff is always so friendly. My only complaint would be the fact that the entire store starts to smell like cigarettes closer to the evening, even my clothes smell like it when I leave. It’s a little nauseating to sit in there with that smell. Otherwise, I always get my food and drinks really fast and it’s a nice environment to study in!“

“I had a great experience in the drive-through this morning! Lauren and Andrew were so friendly, happy, and kind—it truly made my day. It was such a refreshing way to start the morning, being greeted by genuinely nice people. On top of that, my iced coffee was made to perfection. Big thanks to the team for the excellent service and perfect coffee.“

“You would think that all Starbucks are the same... they are not. This is one is one of the better Starbucks I've been to. My mocha was prepared perfectly and the staff was extremely friendly. When I'm in the area, I will definitely be back!“

“I don’t usually leave reviews but I wanted to say that Ryan, a barista, here is phenomenal. He was the only person making drinks with a decent line. The mobile ordering system crashed, so my mobile order never went through the system. He saw me standing there, asked if i had a mobile order, and had me pull up my receipt. Not only did he memorize my entire order, but he made it in under a minute. I was super impressed and he had amazing customer service.“

“Truly a great hardworking staff here - kudos to you all. Whether it’s 5:30 AM, 9:00 AM, or 5:00 PM, this staff is on point. Also, so kind and welcoming I cannot recommend this location enough.

“Not enough baristas get enough credit for the jobs they do but most of them do not overwhelm you with the hospitality and kindness that this locations Cara does. Popping into Starbucks is a regular thing for us but Cara and her bright personality stood out to everyone in the car during our brief drive thru experience. I hope more locations can model after the pleasantness that Cara brings.“

“I wish Starbucks didn’t make the cold foam options such a tasty addition, because I’ve heard that it’s kind of a pain to make… which in turn means oftentimes it’s not made correctly. HOWEVER, THIS STARBUCKS is one of the very few that make it consistently extra foamy (which to me is PERFECT) and I can do a little happy dance with that “first sip feeling”. “My boyfriend and I go to this Starbucks every morning before work. Love how early they open & how friendly the staff is! Theres one batista whos typically scheduled at least mon-thurs. Jill i think? (thought i caught a glimpse of her name tag one day, but im not 100% thats her name) Shes typically who makes my drink and the drink is perfect every single morning & shes even gone as far as to write cute notes on my drinks too! Really brightens up my mornings! Love love love this location!“

“I love the staff they all are personable, they try to memorize your orders and friendly. Minus one staff member she's the shortest one their female and I don't know if she's Indian or what but she's always rude she never gives me a straw when I ask. If I need something else she's always got an attitude. I will go in the store at time just to avoid an interaction with her it's not a good one.“

“This is a nice Starbucks. I went here and was satisfied with my experience. I walked into here and was pleasantly surprised to see that this is a very clean Starbucks that isn’t busy and has multiple tables to sit at both inside and outside. I waited behind one person before asking the barista there to make me the most basic white girl drink possible. He proceeded to make me a lemon juice drink, which I thought tasted terrible, but that’s because I’m not a basic white girl. However, I was still satisfied with my experience here because the service I received was exemplary and I’m sure my drink would have tasted significantly better if I ordered something I actually like.“

“Quick and easy, the baristas were friendly and helpful. The food however (not by fault of the baristas) was really just kind of bland and meh, had the bacon egg and cheese wrap, and red pepper egg white bites (I did like the texture of these though).“

“I visited the Starbucks at Polaris Mall hoping to try a new drink I thought I would enjoy — unfortunately, it just wasn’t for me. It wasn’t bad, just not my taste, so I ended up tossing it and came back to ask for some water. I happened to mention the situation to one of the baristas, Megan, and she was incredibly kind. Not only did she give me water, but she also kindly offered to make me a replacement drink. Her excellent customer service and kindness truly made my day. Thank you, Megan!“

“This is an efficient Starbucks. When you arrive inside, you can see several staff members working industriously. You are greeted by the cashier who takes your order and off it goes into the system. Your order is processed and ready for pick up pretty quickly. Also, the place is kept clean and is decorated nicely. The tables are not that big, however so this Starbucks is mostly just for drinking and eating what you purchased and leave. In any case, I would definitely recommend.“

“One of our favorite Starbuck locations! Huss and Yreene are amazing! They're patient, kind and fabulous beings.

“The 2 female attendants were very kind and friendly. I couldn't remember the names of the 2 different coffees I was to order but they patiently worked with me to come up with the correct flavors. There should be more employees like them !“

“This is a nice Starbucks. I went here and was satisfied with my experience. This Starbucks is located inside the Capitol Square hotel complex, so it has an exterior entrance on Third St and an interior entrance connecting it to the hotel lobby, which connects to a small shopping center. I got a medium iced chai with salted caramel inside, which tasted quite good. My drink had an optimal ratio of chai and milk, producing an excellent sweet taste. I gave this Starbucks five drinks because it tasty, high quality drinks that are better than I’ve had at every other Starbucks I’ve been to.“

“This is the best Starbucks in the greater surrounding area. The people that work here truly care about making sure you have a great experience and they do their very best to keep everything running as smoothly as possible. You will not wait in line for a long time at the Starbucks like you might at others. The drive-thru is always running so smoothly, and the drinks are always made perfectly, and when you come in, you truly feel welcomed by every single employee. They relieve you go out of their way to be genuine and connect with every customer. I will drive past other starbucks locations to go to this one. The consistency of the food service and atmosphere all being five stars every time is what keeps me coming back again and again sometimes two times a day!

“Stopped in for a coffee on a rough afternoon and walked out in a brighter mood and the best drink I’ve ever had! Employee Tay was filling in for a call off so she didn’t know how to make my drink and asked if she could try. I didn’t have high expectations since by day was going so badly, but she exceeded and beyond! Not only did she make the best tasting drink ever, but she also cheered me up! She deserves a raise and a strong pat on the back! I’ll definitely be going back and telling everyone to visit. I just wish I had the recipe for the drink for my future visits, lol!“

“Honestly one of the best Starbucks I've been to, reliably good coffee, short wait, and friendly staff. Nobody is a fan of visiting the hospital typically but with long shifts for the workers, lack of sleep for all, and stress around any corner this Starbucks is an oasis.“

“I come here often and am always greeted by happy faces and wonderful service. I've always considered it one of my favorite Starbucks'. Today however they went above and beyond, I went to get my reusable cup for the holiday season to find that they had no lids, but just cups. The barista started by offering that the cups fit normal lids perfectly and we could still get the discount if we brought them back, and was apologetic that they were out of the reusable lids. I went to study upstairs, and the barista came and found me 30 minutes later with a reusable lid saying they had just been given more and she had seen our backpacks and wanted to make sure we had them! Above and beyond customer service with a smile, now without question, my favorite Starbucks! - Not to mention their drinks have always been on point!“

“Had some unexpected free time with my little one after a class was canceled, so we rolled over to the Easton Starbucks for a little summer treat. This location has been recently remodeled, and the updates really give it a cozy, community feel. Most of the seating is set up in pairs, perfect for quick chats or relaxing hangs, and there’s a long communal table ideal for folks working or sipping solo.

I ordered my go-to off-menu favorite—Green Tea Matcha Lemonade—and it hit the spot as always. My little one tried the new Summer Berry Lemonade Refresher, which was light, fruity, and just right for a warm day.

Great vibes, refreshing drinks, and a welcoming setup. A perfect little detour in our day.“

“We've been to this location several times and the service has always been pretty consistent. They seem to prioritize staffing this location. They have a nice outdoor dining area and it is directly adjacent to Nationwide Arena. Be aware that there is no parking immediately adjacent to this location- you will need to park in a garage and then walk.“

“This Starbucks is located inside a Krogers I lived across the street from on High Street from 1978 -1983. My Krogers as been torn down and replaced with a beautiful Mega Krogers. Starbucks dud not exist in 1978.I've been living in San Francisco since 1985 and Columbus and High St. are nearly unrecognizable to me. And it appears the building I lived in for eight happy years is slated for demolition.Everything changes nothing stays the same.“

“Fast service. The lines moves at this Starbucks. Perhaps consideration for passengers departing and some arriving. I had the double bacon with cheddar and cheese along with a freshly brewed coffee. Perfect breakfast before my flight. Decent prices. The crew were fast and prompt. The cashier did not greet everyone and could be more approachable and friendly.“

“This is a nice Starbucks. I went here and was satisfied with my experience. This Starbucks is conveniently connected to the inside of the LeVeque Tower, which has a beautiful interior. I got a white hot chocolate cold, which consisted of milk, ice, and white chocolate flavoring. This tasted quite good. There are two tables inside this Starbucks, and more seating in the hotel lobby as well as a large, comfortable red plush bench by the tower’s elevators. There’s also a small plaza across the seat with about six benches to sit at. I gave this Starbucks five stars because it’s in a nice location and because I received good service.“

“I go to a lot of Starbucks in Krogers. But this time i had one of the best experiences, the barista was the sweetest. She was kind, really friendly, and very efficient. She heard me talking to my sister about her not needing a lot of sugar because we were going to be stuck in the car for awhile. The barista asked why, and i told her we were traveling, and on the way out she wished us a good day and safe travels. It was the best.“

“This poor girl was working by herself on memorial day! we placed an 8 drink order on the app, felt bad when i saw she was alone but she was really kind and fast, working really hard and holding it down on a holiday. she deserves a raise! if you’re reading this, you’re really cute and I hope something really good happens to you soon“

“This is a nice Starbucks. I went here and was satisfied with my experience. This is a mobile only Starbucks with no seating, so I walked into here and ordered a decaf flat white drink with honey almond syrup, whipped cream, cinnamon powder, caramel, and chocolate curls on top from the Starbucks app. After waiting a couple of minutes for my drink, I got it and took it with me. It tasted good and it was refreshing, but all of the modifications I had in my drink made it cost $13.72, which is a higher price tag than the taste of the drinks arranged. I gave this Starbucks five stars because it has nice employees and average wait times.

Parking: The only parking nearby is a parking garage for the Werner Medical Center. I don’t know if you have to pay for this or not.“

“I visited this location during a busy rush and still had a great experience! The staff was friendly and worked really hard to get orders out. I could tell they were understaffed, but they handled it well. My drink turned out great, and I really appreciated the effort they put in. Thank you!“

“This is my favorite Starbucks location. The staff is so nice and the store is always clean. The location can get very busy depending on what events might be happening at the attached convention center, but I'll gladly wait in line here vs going to a different location.“
