Starbucks in Columbus

“I've bought a variety of Starbucks coffee and all has tasted delicious. Friendly service too. Also, if you order ahead of time on their app, then it's normally ready when you arrive. It's great to receive points for your purchases too. You can spend them on free coffee or food. It just takes a while to add up. My only complaint is the pricing. I always buy a venti (large) and it cost me over $7. That's a lot, even for a latte. I also like leaving a tip. Gets very expensive! I sure wish they would lower their prices.“

“This is a poorly located drive thru. It's just hard to maneuver. It has two entrances and this makes people unnecessarily aggressive when it comes to moving up in line. The parking lot feels small and tightly spaced. When you exit the lot you can only turn right. You can do a full loop around the building to exit through a back entrance onto the side street. Then the only issue is, if the line is long you get stuck waiting in line again until you can finally move past everyone. If you decide to park and walk in, you run into the risk of being blocked in by people waiting in the drive-thru line.“

“Everytime i come to thus location its always fast service and friendly smiles. Im in and out in under 5 mins and my smore creme frapp looks soooooo yummy. They pay attention to details as my order is NEVER wrong and my lemon loaf is ALWAYS soft and fresh unlike other stores. But its worth the 20 min drive across town to get EXCELLENT SERVICE AND AWESOME FRAPPS lol“

“I wish Starbucks didn’t make the cold foam options such a tasty addition, because I’ve heard that it’s kind of a pain to make… which in turn means oftentimes it’s not made correctly. HOWEVER, THIS STARBUCKS is one of the very few that make it consistently extra foamy (which to me is PERFECT) and I can do a little happy dance with that “first sip feeling”. “Everything is great. Staff is friendly and attentive. That location is just SO INSANELY busy and at all times. Make sure your prepared fo wait or sit in drive through line or order ahead. No such thing as a quick Starbucks run at this location.“

“I love coming here! The morning staff is always so friendly. My only complaint would be the fact that the entire store starts to smell like cigarettes closer to the evening, even my clothes smell like it when I leave. It’s a little nauseating to sit in there with that smell. Otherwise, I always get my food and drinks really fast and it’s a nice environment to study in!“

“I don’t usually leave reviews but I wanted to say that Ryan, a barista, here is phenomenal. He was the only person making drinks with a decent line. The mobile ordering system crashed, so my mobile order never went through the system. He saw me standing there, asked if i had a mobile order, and had me pull up my receipt. Not only did he memorize my entire order, but he made it in under a minute. I was super impressed and he had amazing customer service.“

“My boyfriend and I go to this Starbucks every morning before work. Love how early they open & how friendly the staff is! Theres one batista whos typically scheduled at least mon-thurs. Jill i think? (thought i caught a glimpse of her name tag one day, but im not 100% thats her name) Shes typically who makes my drink and the drink is perfect every single morning & shes even gone as far as to write cute notes on my drinks too! Really brightens up my mornings! Love love love this location!“

“One of our favorite Starbuck locations! Huss and Yreene are amazing! They're patient, kind and fabulous beings.

Vegetarian options: Imposible sausage plus a plethora of other vegetarian and vegan options on the menu.

Dietary restrictions: The list the ingredients in plain sight so you can see and if you have any questions or are unable to see you can let them know about your restrictions and they will accommodate you or let you know what you can and can't have.

“I really like this Starbucks location. Its location is very convenient for me, but beyond that I always receive great service. Almost every employee I've ever come in contact with (and i have been through a lot!) Has been friendly and courteous. They greet you with a smile and are always willing to go the extra mile to ensure you have a good experience as a customer. I really appreciate that, especially before I've had my caffeine! The drinks are usually pretty consistent as well, which is a big plus.“

“So this is probably the Starbucks I go to more often than not. I have never had a truely bad experience. I order ahead on the app most times and just go in to pick it up. Every employee that I've interacted with has been kind and professional. I'm not saying that my order is always perfect but if it's not all I have to do is say something to the employee and it's fixed, no questions asked.It's always a good time in here, and the staff does there best to get out orders quickly and efficiently. The counters are clean and, while it can get a little crowded at morning or on weekends, I'm never waiting super long.“

“This is my go-to location out of the multiple in the grandview area. I typically have no issues— correct order, made well, and super friendly service.

Recently (past month or so) I think this location went through an overhaul of staff— and it shows. Service continues to be amazingly friendly but the quality of the drinks and the accuracy of the drinks has slipped… and with Starbucks prices… my drink order better be correct. I promise you— we would rather wait longer to get our correct order and it made well. I’m sure it’ll get better once the newcomers get more experience… necessary growing pains.

But hands down, this is the friendliest location in the Columbus area.“

“Quick and easy, the baristas were friendly and helpful. The food however (not by fault of the baristas) was really just kind of bland and meh, had the bacon egg and cheese wrap, and red pepper egg white bites (I did like the texture of these though).“

“I have been going to this location almost daily for a few months now. Never had a bad experience. After being sick for a week, I finally made my return this morning. I lost my voice over the weekend and struggled to place my order at the speaker. The younger woman working at the window noticed and commented on it ? When I pulled up to the window she had given me my drink on the house. It was a really nice way to start the day and get back into the swing of things!“

“Ordered at the drive thru window, and they were quick! Cars are just rolling through. It was great, and the coffee tasted good for starbucks!

It's definitely worth the visit if you're looking for a pricey caffeineated drink.

“Great place, amazing service, loved the people working there!!but @google maps PLEASE stop saying places have drive throughs when they don’t!!! Take that detail off when it is not true! For example this place has no drive through! Google Maps has wasted me so much time sending me to SO many “drive thru” locations that are actually within a Kroger or on a campus and so they are inaccessible to park then to, for example, get a wheelchair all the way out of the car and go in, then to pack the wheelchair up etc! But I cannot suggest that as an edit because Google maps only lets you edit things like the store hours!

Parking: NO drive through and no free parking allotted to this store since it is on campus“

“Stopped in for a coffee on a rough afternoon and walked out in a brighter mood and the best drink I’ve ever had! Employee Tay was filling in for a call off so she didn’t know how to make my drink and asked if she could try. I didn’t have high expectations since by day was going so badly, but she exceeded and beyond! Not only did she make the best tasting drink ever, but she also cheered me up! She deserves a raise and a strong pat on the back! I’ll definitely be going back and telling everyone to visit. I just wish I had the recipe for the drink for my future visits, lol!“

“The 2 female attendants were very kind and friendly. I couldn't remember the names of the 2 different coffees I was to order but they patiently worked with me to come up with the correct flavors. There should be more employees like them !“

“When I'm hitting up Polaris Mall for some shopping or just to hang out, my go-to spot for a hot coffee fix is definitely Starbucks. Whether I'm craving that spot-on chai latte, cafe latte, or needing to indulge in a buttery croissant, they've got me covered. And for those times I want something hearty, the spinach sandwich hits the spot. It's the perfect pit stop to fuel up and chill for a bit in the midst of all the mall madness.“

“I would cross county lines to visit this Starbucks before any other. The stellar service by a friendly and attentive staff is a clear reflection of its superlative management. The charming outdoor seating, artfully expanded umbrellas, and only mildly uncomfortable iron seating are merely secondary to the perfectly toasted ham and Swiss.
P.s. please give us back our access to cream. We will be model citizens, I promise.“

“The staff at this Starbucks (inside Target by OSU) are extra special. They work hard and as fast as they can, especially being short staffed at times.... Adelei and Lindsey are the best ever! They always take care of my orders accurately and quickly as they can.“

“Yesterday’s visit was the greatest pleasure wholly in part to Ja’Ron. His readiness to entertain my unique version of crazy had me smiling for hours after our encounter.
This particular Starbucks is oftentimes out of stock on some of my fave ingredients but the Baristas are NEVER short on great customer service!

“This is a nice Starbucks. I went here and was satisfied with my experience. This Starbucks is located inside the Capitol Square hotel complex, so it has an exterior entrance on Third St and an interior entrance connecting it to the hotel lobby, which connects to a small shopping center. I got a medium iced chai with salted caramel inside, which tasted quite good. My drink had an optimal ratio of chai and milk, producing an excellent sweet taste. I gave this Starbucks five drinks because it tasty, high quality drinks that are better than I’ve had at every other Starbucks I’ve been to.“

“Keisha is literally the best Starbucks employee I have met. I come in daily and she always has a smile on her face. She has the best conversation no matter how early it is. I truly won’t let anyone else make my coffee but her and her companion.“

“It's not very often that I interact with the employees because I typically order mobile. However my Venti Iced Americano is always bold and cold just like I like it. It's also a bit more convenient than the other locations despite only on street parking. Always remember to use the revolving door!“

“I come here often and am always greeted by happy faces and wonderful service. I've always considered it one of my favorite Starbucks'. Today however they went above and beyond, I went to get my reusable cup for the holiday season to find that they had no lids, but just cups. The barista started by offering that the cups fit normal lids perfectly and we could still get the discount if we brought them back, and was apologetic that they were out of the reusable lids. I went to study upstairs, and the barista came and found me 30 minutes later with a reusable lid saying they had just been given more and she had seen our backpacks and wanted to make sure we had them! Above and beyond customer service with a smile, now without question, my favorite Starbucks! - Not to mention their drinks have always been on point!“

“This Starbucks is located inside a Krogers I lived across the street from on High Street from 1978 -1983. My Krogers as been torn down and replaced with a beautiful Mega Krogers. Starbucks dud not exist in 1978.I've been living in San Francisco since 1985 and Columbus and High St. are nearly unrecognizable to me. And it appears the building I lived in for eight happy years is slated for demolition.Everything changes nothing stays the same.“

“Fast service. The lines moves at this Starbucks. Perhaps consideration for passengers departing and some arriving. I had the double bacon with cheddar and cheese along with a freshly brewed coffee. Perfect breakfast before my flight. Decent prices. The crew were fast and prompt. The cashier did not greet everyone and could be more approachable and friendly.“

“This poor girl was working by herself on memorial day! we placed an 8 drink order on the app, felt bad when i saw she was alone but she was really kind and fast, working really hard and holding it down on a holiday. she deserves a raise! if you’re reading this, you’re really cute and I hope something really good happens to you soon“

“I love the Starbucks here but there are some rude worker there sometimes but I was wondering if there is a drive through here? Every time I go I forgot to ask bc I never saw the page says drive through but when I actually go there is no drive through so I’m confused?“

“For $20 you can get 2 iced coffees and a sandwich. I think. Your best bet is to get a job here and get stuff free. I only like hot coffee, so I have about 2 options, but they have lots of cold coffee, tea, and other drinks.

Kid-friendliness: There are employees and customers here with children. They allow children to enter the building and do stuff.“

“This is a nice Starbucks. I went here and was satisfied with my experience. This is a mobile only Starbucks with no seating, so I walked into here and ordered a decaf flat white drink with honey almond syrup, whipped cream, cinnamon powder, caramel, and chocolate curls on top from the Starbucks app. After waiting a couple of minutes for my drink, I got it and took it with me. It tasted good and it was refreshing, but all of the modifications I had in my drink made it cost $13.72, which is a higher price tag than the taste of the drinks arranged. I gave this Starbucks five stars because it has nice employees and average wait times.

Parking: The only parking nearby is a parking garage for the Werner Medical Center. I don’t know if you have to pay for this or not.“

“I go to a lot of Starbucks in Krogers. But this time i had one of the best experiences, the barista was the sweetest. She was kind, really friendly, and very efficient. She heard me talking to my sister about her not needing a lot of sugar because we were going to be stuck in the car for awhile. The barista asked why, and i told her we were traveling, and on the way out she wished us a good day and safe travels. It was the best.“

“This Starbucks isn't always on point with the drinks because they usually are super busy however, I've only had a few mix ups and when I asked to have it fixed it was never an issue. The reason for the review is because Alec was awesome to my autistic child and literally made their day. Recently my baby is having some health issues and had been stemming and extra clingy so I took them in when I picked up a Mobile order. He was being positive with his coworkers trying to pump them up even though they were so dang busy. He then went above and beyond when he noticed my kiddo and used such a calming voice to speak to them, even letting them pick the color of cookie we ordered. It was a small good hearted moment and it made my kids day. Thanks Alec! You're a rockstar!“

“This is my favorite Starbucks location. The staff is so nice and the store is always clean. The location can get very busy depending on what events might be happening at the attached convention center, but I'll gladly wait in line here vs going to a different location.“
