The lobster pieces were generous, but I found the dish could use a touch more seasoning to enhance the lobster’s natural sweetness. The Pan Roasted Striped Bass was well-cooked, with a crispy exterior and a moist, flaky interior. It was paired nicely with simple yet flavorful sides, though the seasoning was a bit inconsistent. A minor critique would be that the flavors, while balanced, didn’t stand out as much as I expected from a dish at this price point. Lastly, the Crispy Brussels Sprouts were a delightful surprise, with a perfect crunch and a slightly sweet glaze that contrasted well with the vegetable’s natural bitterness. This dish added a nice variety of texture to the meal. Overall, the quality of the seafood was undeniable, but a little more attention to seasoning and consistency in the dishes could elevate the experience. However, the ambiance and service certainly made up for these small flaws, making it a great place for a special occasion“

I ordered the 6-piece wing dinner with a side of spaghetti and greens, plus a Polish Boy with fries, BBQ sauce, and coleslaw on top. The wings were fried to perfection — crispy and seasoned well. The spaghetti tasted fresh with a nice pasta sauce, and the greens had a good mix of flavors, definitely homemade. The Polish Boy was solid too, just could’ve used a bit more coleslaw to balance everything out.

Customer service is a work in progress, but to be fair, it looks like it’s just one guy handling everything. Respect to him for holding it down. I’ll definitely be back to try more.“

“First time! Excited! Heard nothing but compliments. The restaurant had many open seats. We enter and a person of upper management looked up and punched in something and then directed the server. The server, under direction took us to the worst place in the restaurant. My prayer was that it wasn’t because we were a family of color. I tried hard to disregard the thought as we were directed to sit outside the kitchen door. :—/. I was getting away from the kitchen. That was the last place I wanted to celebrate our special occasion. I asked for a different place in the restaurant that was housing one other visible couple. She was very happy to oblige us. When a restaurant is full, I can understand…. But this was far from the case. The server was 5STAR ! Food 5STAR ! I will definitely try it again with hopes that it was a mistake on the management part. My hopes…“

“Today I got the Chicken Stuffed Potato with Extra Veggies and it was so good. I usually get the Steak and Shrimp Stuffed Potato which is also good but the last couple of times there has been too much gristle in the steak. I don't know who is cooking in the kitchen this afternoon but if they read this review I would like to say awesome job please keep up the good work!!! Love was definitely put into this stuffed potato and we need more cooks out there that cook with love because since the pandemic good food has been hard to get.“

I had my heart set on and was looking forward to trying the food (especially the eggs, bacon and has browns).The order went from being prepared to locating a driver, to a driver picking it up and then cancelled. It is a good thing I could quickly fix something to eat. Still pretty disappointed, I didn't get a chance to try the food.Edit :I gave them another try. This experience was much much better. “Excellent seafood. I eat seafood all the time and the shrimp here are large and of good quality. I got a rice bowl with curry sauce. The sausage crawfish and shrimp were plentiful. Curry sauce was fabulous with just the right amount of heat. I ordered medium hot. First time ordering and I will definitely be ordering again.“

“Located in an Urban neighborhood. The exterior and interior could uses some cosmetic work. No parking lot must park on street.
However, the food and the service was ?. We received our food within 10 minutes hot fresh and ready to eat.

“Our first time at Bubbakoo's - we chose the Broadview Heights locaiton - was stellar from start to finish. We weren't familiar with the menu at all and the person putting our bowls together was really helpful and even suggested pairings and offered to let us take as many sauces home on the side so we could try different ones and see which we liked best. Everyone on staff that day was kind and welcoming and gave us exactly what we asked for.

We went to the South Euclid location a couple weeks later because we wanted to try some different stuff and the experience was exactly the opposite. Very cold, not friendly, not very welcoming, a lot of sighing when we asked questions, and they wanted to upcharge for every sauce we wanted on the side.

We won't be back to the South Euclid location, but we'll definitely return to Broadview Heights so long as the vibe remains as good as it was on our first visit.“

“Wanted to give a quick shoutout to a local business: King’s Tandoor in Solon (close to the movie theater). Coming from the pickiest eater and someone who’s quite difficult to impress; this place is PHENOMENAL. If you enjoy Indian cuisine or want to try, go check this place out! It’s FANTASTIC and their lunch buffet is only $13! Honestly shocked at how incredible my experience was. “Let me tell you! I had a taste for seafood. I researched, googled, Facebooked and Shark's kept coming up online and thru suggestions. Drove over during rush hour. My car smelled so good! Had a walleye sammich and shrimp! The fish, fries, the shrimp... OMG everything was good even the cole slaw. I called ahead and order was ready on time. Even gave me extra lemons like i asked. “The meal with Mama Laura and server Tae was an incredible experience. You often hear of the chefs coming to the table talking with the patrons, Mama Laura was very personable and engaging. Server Tae instantly earned a generous tip by attending to us within minutes of us being seated. He showed genuine concern for our dining and spirits needs. “They get Mexican food right! I've visited many Mexican and Latin restaurants in the greater Cleveland area. I've been disappointed most of the time. I wish this one was much closer to home. It was so good I would be a regular if I lived nearby. I certainly will stop there when I'm in Parma. I try the tacos at every place I go as a standard. I don't know why the beef never tastes right. To be fair, I moved here from Los Angeles which has the best tacos in North America. I've been in search of a really good place. I had the steak street tacos. This restaurant nailed them perfectly. The flavor of the steak was delicious. All of the vegetables were fresh and flavorful. The servings were plentiful. I should add that the service was excellent.
