The Catering Director, Aaron, is fantastic! He is one of the kindest & most helpful individuals I’ve ever come in contact with! He goes out of his way to make sure my orders are always perfect. He & his team at the Macedonia location do an amazing job! In addition, the Owner Dan Stanko & Catering Director Aaron, went out of their way to graciously donate food & gift cards for a large community church event my company was sponsoring. Even when they are busy, the employees are kind and courteous and take time to make quality food. After arriving late for business, I stopped here for a late night dinner and was very impressed that the food was fresh and they had all of their offerings even 30 minutes before closing. All of their food is such high-quality and always fresh. The head chef is phenomenal. He ensures each customer is taken care of and happy And is visibly supporting his staff along the way.“

“I've ordered twice (for delivery) in the last week. Everything was made as requested, packed well and delicious. I think it may be our new favorite spot. I can NO LONGER RECOMMEND this place. I've ordered from them many times and it was always good. But I noticed this location was no longer on the website. I called - no answer. I drove by and the place looks like it is no longer in business. No explanation on door. Is it closed for remodeling? Closed getting ready to move to new location? Or closed for good? Really disappointed that it's closed when Google, Facebook etc says it's open.“

“Used Cafe 56/ 56 Kitchen for our child's Mitzvah weekend, for 3 different events- Saturday lunch, Saturday dinner, and a Sunday Brunch. Jay was a breeze to work with- and totally understood and delivered on the vision with all three events. His many years of experience means that he's able to tweak your menus so they make sense, and make them the most cost efficient for you. The food was tasty, and beautifully displayed. One thing to note-- Jay's a busy though laid back guy- but he gets it done. We connected with him a year ahead, though we finalized menus, etc. just weeks before the event, which worked out very well. I would use Cafe 56 again for future events in a heartbeat!“

One particular staff member, a tall gentleman was very kind and asked how I liked the food, took the time to tell me my options when I was ordering, and offered to put my tray away when I was done eating. Now that’s service! Service in most places have not been satisfactory lately as the food service industry slowly picks back up from a type of recession. But the customer care and service here is above and beyond.“

“Having seen that some of the reviews were less than stellar I wanted to share here that we had a very positive (lunch) experience yesterday (6-22-26) at RH restaurant. Yes, the menu is very pricey so go in expecting that reality. However the quality of our food, it’s aesthetic, and the service were all a 5 star experience. Special kudos to our waitress Brittany who helped make the experience special and befitting of a “dining experience”. (Also the young man delivering the food). My wife and son kept saying “it feels like we are in New York”. Specific comment as to the timing of food delivery which in our case was more than satisfactory…(as in food delivered quickly). Also, we enjoyed and appreciated the overall design and layout of the restaurant, very open and very bright. In summary, pricey, but we had a great lunchtime experience.“

“Before the change of ownership this place was terrible, order was always messed up, couldn't get a delivery, and when you could, it was late.

Now they are right on par for what you would expect from the gioninos franchise, good tasting pizza, good service, it's ready reasonably quick, and it's cooked well. I haven't gotten a delivery yet but I'm sure it won't be a 2 hour wait like it was before.“
