“It's a good place if your in a rush and need food. Definitely can use some improvement (burgers are as tall as half my thumb, GET YOUR GAME UP!) but otherwise the food tastes ok. Employees are entitled and spoiled, which has been mentioned in almost every review. TAKE A HINT. HIRE SOMEONE NEE!

“Today I reserved their front room for my husbands "Celebration of Life". I had asked Courtney about reserving the room and catering with pastries and sandwiches. I wanted a small and quaint space for the event. Courtney and all of her employees were AWESOME!! They were so helpful and caring, it made the event go so well. I cannot thank Courtney enough for the awesome space and the good food!!! I would rent this space out again for any event!! Thank you Couchland!!“

“I love Arabica coffeehouse. It’s a really friendly environment in historic downtown Willoughby. The owners Tim and Tina Are both very nice and welcoming and their staff is friendly. I love the huge selection of teas that they have to choose from. This is where I go when I just don’t want to be home by myself. Love to come here read or work a little and people watch. There is always someone friendly to talk to. I’ve made lots of friends here over the years.“

“Had a steak burger with egg on a plain bagel to go. Very good sandwich. My only complaint was while waiting for my food a fly wanted to share my table. The place is clean and neat but a fly can be a very annoying problem and sometimes hard to keep out. I have the same problem when I’m cooking outside and I have to open my patio door. The little buggers sneak right in. This won’t stop me from returning as there are several items on his menu I would like to try.“

“Great crew with a very effective management team. While picking up a coffee this morning on the tremendously popular Red Cup Day, I was amazed to see so many customers flood this location at once--at the drive through, over mobile orders, as well as walk-in orders like myself. I have never seen such a swell of customers all at once at any coffee shop. And yet, despite this massive surge of simultaneous orders, this crew ran like a well-oiled machine. Not only did they work together very efficiently to fill customers orders, they maintained a professional demeanor among the feeding frenzy.
I especially want to commend the management team of Alli and Timoteo who were on hand and made sure that not only were things handled as efficiently and professionally as possible but also that customers were kept apprised of the status of their orders and knew their orders had not been lost in the chaos. In fact, I was so impressed with how well this challenge was managed during the morning surge that I returned after my morning meeting just to let the management team know that I appreciated their professionalism and efficiency.“

“Of all the Starbucks I have ever been to this is my favorite. I'm fortunate to have this particular Starbucks near my work. I get my Venti Decaf Americano with steamed half/half and one packet of raw sugar there nearly every workday. And the baristas get my order right every single time. Without fail. Additionally, the employees are fast, friendly, and kind. I'd like to give a particular shout out to Jaylen. He greets everyone with a smile and seems like a genuinely fantastic person. They move very quickly and organized when busy and even when not. Acknowledge every person that walks through the door even when they're slammed. Always polite, even with difficult customers. “I just recently took over the Jersey mikes stores out here, I started visiting this Starbucks recently and the girl today working drive thru with purple braids that she has styled into buns had THE BEST customer service. As a multi unit manager I understand how hard it is to get people that genuinely love their job or can atleast pretend to while they are there lol. “I recently had my baby shower at The Spot and they truly knocked it out of the park. We had the opportunity to rent the back room or the entire restaurant. (I had so many guests, we went with the full restaurant; after-hours, of course!) The staff was truly wonderful to work with. From helping me decide how much food to order, to helping arrange a few tables, to their staffing for the event, and food that everyone talked about and enjoyed. Everything was affordable and delicious. I’ve gotten so many compliments on how wonderful everything looked and tasted. I could not recommend The Spot for your next event. And even if you don’t host your event THERE, their catering can be delivered! -100% worth it. I find that with smaller events such as showers, people remember a few things most: how good the food was, how cute the location looked, and how kind the staff was to close family and friends. The Spot checks all the boxes! Do not hesitate to book your special event with them!! I could not possible recommend them enough.“

“This is my favorite Starbucks location in the area. They never have a long line, and even if there is a line, they are so fast. Their customer service is always top-tier, and they have never messed up my order. If you’re looking for somewhere to sit down, this isn’t your location, but if you’re in a hurry and just plan on going through the drive-through, this is the best location to go to.

Vegetarian options: The impossible breakfast sandwich, egg white bites, almond milk and oat milk are all great options for vegetarians/vegans!“
