“It's a good place if your in a rush and need food. Definitely can use some improvement (burgers are as tall as half my thumb, GET YOUR GAME UP!) but otherwise the food tastes ok. Employees are entitled and spoiled, which has been mentioned in almost every review. TAKE A HINT. HIRE SOMEONE NEE!

“I love Arabica coffeehouse. It’s a really friendly environment in historic downtown Willoughby. The owners Tim and Tina Are both very nice and welcoming and their staff is friendly. I love the huge selection of teas that they have to choose from. This is where I go when I just don’t want to be home by myself. Love to come here read or work a little and people watch. There is always someone friendly to talk to. I’ve made lots of friends here over the years.“

“Great crew with a very effective management team. While picking up a coffee this morning on the tremendously popular Red Cup Day, I was amazed to see so many customers flood this location at once--at the drive through, over mobile orders, as well as walk-in orders like myself. I have never seen such a swell of customers all at once at any coffee shop. And yet, despite this massive surge of simultaneous orders, this crew ran like a well-oiled machine. Not only did they work together very efficiently to fill customers orders, they maintained a professional demeanor among the feeding frenzy.
I especially want to commend the management team of Alli and Timoteo who were on hand and made sure that not only were things handled as efficiently and professionally as possible but also that customers were kept apprised of the status of their orders and knew their orders had not been lost in the chaos. In fact, I was so impressed with how well this challenge was managed during the morning surge that I returned after my morning meeting just to let the management team know that I appreciated their professionalism and efficiency.“

“Had a steak burger with egg on a plain bagel to go. Very good sandwich. My only complaint was while waiting for my food a fly wanted to share my table. The place is clean and neat but a fly can be a very annoying problem and sometimes hard to keep out. I have the same problem when I’m cooking outside and I have to open my patio door. The little buggers sneak right in. This won’t stop me from returning as there are several items on his menu I would like to try.“

“Really nice Starbucks. Big dining area and a really large drive through. Easy access in and out of the parking area. Great shopping near by and lots of other fun stuff to do. People working at this location were very friendly and also helpful. We would definitely recommend this Starbucks and will definitely be going back again soon.“

“I recently had my baby shower at The Spot and they truly knocked it out of the park. We had the opportunity to rent the back room or the entire restaurant. (I had so many guests, we went with the full restaurant; after-hours, of course!) The staff was truly wonderful to work with. From helping me decide how much food to order, to helping arrange a few tables, to their staffing for the event, and food that everyone talked about and enjoyed. Everything was affordable and delicious. I’ve gotten so many compliments on how wonderful everything looked and tasted. I could not recommend The Spot for your next event. And even if you don’t host your event THERE, their catering can be delivered! -100% worth it. I find that with smaller events such as showers, people remember a few things most: how good the food was, how cute the location looked, and how kind the staff was to close family and friends. The Spot checks all the boxes! Do not hesitate to book your special event with them!! I could not possible recommend them enough.“

“How did my wife and I just find about this place? I thought it was new. I asked the waitress and was told it's been there for 7 years! We have been missing out! “I tried the new Starbucks at the corner of Mentor Avenue and Plaza drive at the behest of my granddaughter. I have avoided the coffee shop since my days of visiting "Insomnia" on High Street in Columbus during my Paramedic days running private Ambulance in that fair city. Seeing Mentor safety forces pulling up to get their Coffee☕ put me a little more at ease! Great staff! Explained what was in stock and what wasn't. I tried the Grande Iced Mocha with Almondmilk? but real whipped cream. The barista double checked to make sure she didn't put in something I might be allergic to. The Chocolatey flavor started out powerful and Yummy, gradually fading as you got further down into the cup. I see why the kids enjoy this treat! You could get addicted to this legal treat real quick! I survived the 1/2 hour test with no side effects. The only downside was the cost.?I didn't notice any discounts for those over 62 or disabled and none were offered despite the gray hair. More a treat for the working and well retired.Nice visit, lots of yum!?“

“This is my favorite Starbucks location in the area. They never have a long line, and even if there is a line, they are so fast. Their customer service is always top-tier, and they have never messed up my order. If you’re looking for somewhere to sit down, this isn’t your location, but if you’re in a hurry and just plan on going through the drive-through, this is the best location to go to.

Vegetarian options: The impossible breakfast sandwich, egg white bites, almond milk and oat milk are all great options for vegetarians/vegans!“
