“Friendly staff, had lunch with a friend therefore we did dine in the restaurant inside environment was clean. Easy parking directly in front of the restaurant.My only complaint is the tv was on to view but had giant black dots on the screen which cause us to not to be able to view the show that was being displayed.“

“Stopped here to pick up a quick dinner for our family right before closing. The two young men that were working were so sweet and helpful, and most importantly showed such good customer service, despite it being close to closing time when I stopped in. Good customer service is hard to come by these days, but these two guys were top-notch. The sandwiches did not disappoint either. Will definitely be back!“

I am going to stay healthy and fit so that I can live longer so I can eat more freshleys. I would eat my gyro if I dropped it on the ground. I would pay $30 for the gyro I just ate if I had to. I would walk to buy one if I could. I don’t even look forward to eating gyros anywhere else because I know they can’t possible compare to these ones. “Got one 'large' and one 'super large' cornbeef sandwich for St. Patty's Day. They came on rye bread with swiss cheese, horse-raddish and yellow mustard. They were both HUGE and delicious for a decent price. Now I can't wait to try their other subs and sandwiches. Highly recommended.“

“Got to Ohio and ordered Jersey Mike's for a quick bite. Never had it before. It was very good, but that oil and vinegar makes the bread super soggy. But then again, the oil and vinegar made that sandwich good! Catch 22, I suppose. My sandwich was good.“

“I’m lactose intolerant and usually get my subs without cheese. Every time when I ordered
online from a location in Mayfield or South Euclid they’d still add it on when I clearly told them not to.
Here they actually got it right and paid attention to detail, I really wish I could give them a big tip. It was worth the drive.“

“After taking my grandson for a hair cut, we opted to stop in at Subway, which located in the same shopping plaza. My grandson is only four, but he knows what he likes, and more importantly, he devours his Subway sandwich, without complaint. Service was quick, even though it was during the heavy lunch hour. Saw lots of construction workers who stopped in while we ate inside. The place is clean and welcoming and our sandwiches were very good.“

“I ordered from Mr. Hero for the 1st time tonight. I when I got home I realized I didn’t have a second fry with my other meal. I gave them a call and they were very kind about giving me an extra fry. I soon realized that the fry was actually with the kids meal and that I had picked up an extra fries without needing them. Needless to say I feel dumb.The food was very good! I will definitely be ordering again“

“I tried subway for the first time the other day through doordash (I know it's weird I have never had it), my sub came from this location on doordash and it was so delicious I loved it! Knowing that sub came from this location I went there today and again it was fantastic! Not sure I even want to try another location. “Ive ordered from the Willoughby location a few times and honestly, i have nothing bad to say! The food is great everytime. Its not greasy, the ingredients are fresh, the bread is great! I never feel gross after eating the food. And they put it in cardboard boxes so the steam doesnt make the bread soggy! Genius! The best part is theyre extremely quick, accurate with modifications, and the prices are extremely fair for the quantity. 10 out of 10!“

Love their food, and the service itself is not bad, just will always have to wait like 30 min because their food really is good...just make sure you order ahead so you aren't sitting and waiting for your food for a half hour. Only reason it didn't get 5*. I think the food is worth the wait myself, but I wish they would streamline the process so the food could be at least slightly faster than ordering food from a legit sit down restaurant.“
