“Stopped here to pick up a quick dinner for our family right before closing. The two young men that were working were so sweet and helpful, and most importantly showed such good customer service, despite it being close to closing time when I stopped in. Good customer service is hard to come by these days, but these two guys were top-notch. The sandwiches did not disappoint either. Will definitely be back!“

Knowing that sub came from this location I went there today and again it was fantastic! Not sure I even want to try another location. “Food is good. Service and atmosphere is great. Everyone in the staff are very welcoming. They all worked really well to provide a really good dining experience. Tables and facilities are clean. Feels more like a *mom & pop* shop rather than a chain restaurant. Much better than other Penn Stations around the Cleveland area.“

I'm not too mad about it because I love ordering from you guys and I also work at the Domino's in town so I understand things happen when you're busy. One thing that I wasn't happy with was watching a customer come in and pretty much flip out at the employees here for simply the way that they responded to her about her order. She simply couldn't understand things that can happen when businesses go through a lot of business in a short time span. The staff here is awesome and wonderful no matter what that lady says.
