They are committed to quality with a focus on ethical standards and environmental stewardship as evidenced by their variety of brews and paper straws. The coffee bar includes coffee and teas (hot or cold) juices, smoothies, bowls and they have a self serve organic açaí bowls. The service is fast, friendly and accommodating. The shipping carts at While Foods even have a cup holder for your brew. There is seating outside and up front. I would recommend.“

I tried the creme brûlée boba tea with oat milk, cheese foam and extra boba. It was DELICIOUS! The barista let me sample the cheese foam before committing, and it was a lovely creamy topper for my drink. The ordering process was pretty easy on the tablet at the counter. I really liked that I could specify the sugar level of the tea! I chose 50% less sugar and it was perfect. We tried the coconut bunny bun, taro bread, mango and strawberry cakes. Everything was so good. The cakes were pillowy soft with fluffy icing, beautiful to look at and not overly sweet. Will definitely be coming back for more ?“

“One of my absolute favorite places to be. The scones and muffins are great and made fresh daily. They also have glueten free scones. The coffee is so good and it's just a great place to sit and read. Love it there.

I'm super picky about my coffee (how acidic, bitter, notes, etc) and I have tried almost all cafes around Cleveland and none of them compare to Heartwood - even beats Rising Star... The service is always so good and quick with super kind/welcoming employees, and the owner is always smiling! I absolutely adore the decor and vibe the cafe locations offer. It's the perfect place for a solo date, brunch/lunch, work spot, meeting, etc! I LOVE LOVE LOVE Heartwood and wish there was one closer to my city (Broadview Heights). “I just recently moved back to Lakewood. I saw that the old Burger King was now a Starbucks. A friend and I visited earlier today and I absolutely love all the space, the seating and the opportunity to watch fellow Lakewoodites. This Starbucks is one of the nicest ones I've been in.

Although I did go in to the store and after ordering a mobile order, I ordered a pink drink with a splash of peach juice and when I received it the beverage was not filled all the way. All the baristas have always been lovely, and I've never had a bad drink from here! They're often on the slower side, but that's because they're RIGHT NEXT TO THE TURNPIKE, which was conveniently left out in the bad reviews. They're great, but if you're in a rush I'd recommend holding off on that coffee. They absolutely get the turnpike traffic!“
