I order ice coffee from here like 4 days a week. 50% of the times its sweet n at others no sweetness at all. This happens irrespective if I add espresso form or not. “Overall it is Tim Hortons, love to see the store a bit more maintained throughout the day. Front counter is the second area to assist customers as drive through is priority!!!!!. Staffing looks like either over stayed or under as supervisor has to go around asking who is in the front.

So this needs to be addressed. Quite a few bages, breakfast left on the toaster ove n when someone has ordered something that is sitting up there is given, mostly I saw going towards drive through. I saw atleast 3 orders done that way.

“I didn't go inside the restaurant, just went through the drive thru. But everyone working in the drive thru were fantastic.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is handicap parking available, and a ramp to help you get up on the sidewalk to enter the restaurant. There is also a button to open the door for handicap and strollers. I used the drive thru though. But have used the extra supports in the past. Thank you“

Always the chocolate gets stuck with the paper means no chocolate at all with donut at the end.Today a white man bought the same donut and got in a box , he was in front of me. Service has always been above par as far as I'm concerned.The store also provides a large variety, including a deli hot counter, Subway, and Timmy's . Lately, customer service at many Tim Hortons locations has been disappointing and this one is no exception most of the time. I’d say 9 out of 10 visits are marked by poor service. It’s common to arrive at the drive-thru window only to be ignored, as staff continue taking other orders without so much as a glance or a smile. That lack of acknowledgment really leaves a negative impression.

However, during one of our recent visits, we had the pleasure of being served by Simran Jot Kaur, and she completely turned things around. In just a couple of minutes, her energy, warmth, and genuine positivity stood out. She was not only efficient but also made the interaction feel personal and welcoming something that’s sadly rare these days.

I even had to ask for her name so I could leave this review that’s how impactful her service was. Simran, thank you for your positive vibe and dedication. You truly made our visit memorable.

To the rest of the team: We know working in fast food and coffee service isn’t easy. But please remember for many of us, grabbing a coffee is part of starting the day right.
