“This is the best Tim’s I’ve been to. I stop here everyday before work. I’ve barely ever had to wait in line for more than 5 minutes because of how good the service is. “Overall it is Tim Hortons, love to see the store a bit more maintained throughout the day. Front counter is the second area to assist customers as drive through is priority!!!!!. Staffing looks like either over stayed or under as supervisor has to go around asking who is in the front.

So this needs to be addressed. Quite a few bages, breakfast left on the toaster ove n when someone has ordered something that is sitting up there is given, mostly I saw going towards drive through. I saw atleast 3 orders done that way.

“I had a wonderful experience at this Tim Hortons location! The manager, Sue, was absolutely delightful and went out of her way to accommodate my needs. The quality of service was excellent from start to finish. I made a bulk order for coffee, hot chocolate, and Timbits and it was all freshly made and tasted great. This location definitely stands out with higher-than-average quality compared to other Tim Hortons I’ve visited. I will gladly revisit, knowing I’ll be welcomed and well-catered to.“

“It really depends on the time of day you go, A few staff members are super friendly and get the orders right the first time. Others, not so much.
The biggest problem with this location is the collection of homeless people hanging out there every morning. (Not anyone's fault, I know.) But it's very frustrating - and sometimes a bit scary - going in and being asked for change by the same people every day. People smoking right at the entrance makes the whole place smell awful. Seen more than a few fights as well.“

I order ice coffee from here like 4 days a week. 50% of the times its sweet n at others no sweetness at all. This happens irrespective if I add espresso form or not. “this timmmies aint bad..go there every day... the coffeee is served hawt... jus the way i love my ladies...speaking of which they hire some of the best here! I do have regrets over their drive thru and walk in balancing act.. i would like more focus being done on walk in.. in terms of priorities.. clear the walk in line first.. i find myself waiting too long for a cup of coffee. whether its the coffee pot being brewed fresh or just some staff walking around in circles not sure.. but it always seems to take like 7-8 mins to get that cup. so if you dont mind bouncing foot to fooot waiting patiently on the cashier to attend their station to take your order and procure it? than it aint too shabbby. everything else is decent even tho their wifi as of late has been offline *sad face* and their bathroom seems to be broken all the time.“

“I didn't go inside the restaurant, just went through the drive thru. But everyone working in the drive thru were fantastic.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is handicap parking available, and a ramp to help you get up on the sidewalk to enter the restaurant. There is also a button to open the door for handicap and strollers. I used the drive thru though. But have used the extra supports in the past. Thank you“

And pumpkin spice is back again! No comments on customer service - don't think you can grab a coffee on the go, be prepared to wait for 15 minutes for anything as always there's a queue.“
