“The best Tim Hortons I have ever seen. The Ambience, Decor, seating arrangement all classic style. Give you a feel to seat and enjoy the sip. Looks like a real coffee shop not like those new Timmies with Modern Design that cant attract customer to seat. I will come here again and again. By the way, I usually only do take out from Tim Hortons. This is one of the Timmies that I do dinein.“
“I want to give a huge thank you to the amazing team at this Tim Hortons. Today, while we were going to the Timmie and at the entrance gate, my daughter suddenly vomited. I informed the staff, and the very first thing they asked was, “Is she okay?” That meant a lot.
There was an Indian girl at the front and a Punjabi guy (seemed Canadian-born) who both immediately stepped in to help without a second of hesitation. They were kind, calm, and went above and beyond to take care of the situation.
People often say that our community lacks customer service, but these two proved the complete opposite. Their professionalism, compassion, and quick support truly stood out.

One more experience from today — I had a jalapeño bagel about two months ago, and it was completely raw. I didn’t want to let it ruin my day back then since it was morning, so I let it go.
Today, I asked the girl at the front (the one with glasses) to please toast it properly this time, explaining that it had been raw the last time. I guess it was my mistake to say anything — this time it came out completely burnt, black on the inside.“

“They legit saved my friend; they were so nice to him when we took him in the restaurant to cool down from heatstroke. We were on a bike trip from Guelph to Brampton and my friend ended up with severe heat exhaustion. They treated him very well at the Tim’s: they were very kind and caring for him, giving him water and constantly checking in on him as well as offering him free food and hospitality. “this timmmies aint bad..go there every day... the coffeee is served hawt... jus the way i love my ladies...speaking of which they hire some of the best here! I do have regrets over their drive thru and walk in balancing act.. i would like more focus being done on walk in.. in terms of priorities.. clear the walk in line first.. i find myself waiting too long for a cup of coffee. whether its the coffee pot being brewed fresh or just some staff walking around in circles not sure.. but it always seems to take like 7-8 mins to get that cup. so if you dont mind bouncing foot to fooot waiting patiently on the cashier to attend their station to take your order and procure it? than it aint too shabbby. everything else is decent even tho their wifi as of late has been offline *sad face* and their bathroom seems to be broken all the time.“
