“I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by our experience at Eddie V's. I've had a stream of disappointing meals lately at alleged "upscale" restaurants. And nothing against Darden restaurants, but I can't say my time and money at their other brands have been particularly well spent. However, Eddie V's surprised and delighted us. The front-of-house introduction and subsequent seating left a bit to be desired (plus, no coat check?). The service was good, not exceptional. I chalked that up to a younger server who is still inexperienced and finding their confidence, so I wasn't too disappointed. The food, on the other hand, was exceptional. The crab, lobster, and steak were all prepared and cooked well. It has been a long time since I've had every dish come out of the kitchen without issue, which was awesome. After dinner, the manager stopped and gave my wife and me a gift for our date night, which sealed the deal that we'd be back in the future. I appreciated the thought and consideration Eddie V's provided.“

“Interesting that when I ordered from Skip the dishes; the restaurant was called Meatheadz, however clearly it is Philthy philly's that prepared the food! fry box picture included! Food was good, it just seems deceptive that the food is being presented as another restaurant...“

“Sandwich Empire has a large menu, lots of options available. The food is excellent quality and taste incredible. My order was placed they Skip the dishes and when it arrived it was hot, fresh and packaged well. I would certainly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to try something new.“

“If you are looking for a great place to eat, Stacked Pancake and Breakfast in Burlington, Ontario is the place to go. The food is yummy and the staff are very friendly and they take care of you. The atmosphere is friendly and family oriented. The place is clean and comfortable. Lots of booths and parking. This is the place I go for breakfast when I go to Burlington.
Their breakfast smoothies are delicious. I love the Mango flavor. Hard to find Mango in the restaurants. Give it a try. Next time I go I will take pics and add them on my post.

“Placed an pickup order for a club sandwich. Once there, you see this little gem has a bit of an old school feel with very friendly hard working staff (and owner). The result......one very tasty club sandwich crafted with fresh ingredients.
Definitely looking to try some other sweet looking items that I saw coming out of the kitchen.

“The restaurant was very nice, the server was also very nice although she forgot to grab us a couple things. The wait times are relatively long say 30 minutes to one hour. I think the place needs more staff due to a couple servers doing everything and is why people have to wait a long time. The people who sat next to us waited at least a hour and Noone came to them so they left without drinks or anything that was not good to see. Think just needs to be run better. I also work in hospitality so I know how tough things can get. Food quality is what I expected, nothing fancy just a decent meal. I'd come back.“

Danielle was incredible! She wasn’t even our server but still went out of her way to check in, help us out, and make sure we had everything we needed. She went above and beyond and honestly made our visit so much better. Huge shoutout to her!“

“Came for team dinner after T&T competition. Atmosphere is like most sports bars, the food was mediocre and slightly pricey for the quality. I will say that our server - Kendra - was an absolutely rockstar. She took 26 orders, got them all right and was always right there when you needed something.

So while I would not likely come back for the food, I can say with out any doubt that you rarely get a server of Kendra's quality!“

“This is one of the new combined Harvey's / Swiss Chalet and I long for the old Harvey's. This was unbelievably slow between placing our order and receiving the food - and we were first in line, with nobody in front of us. Their usual speed, efficiency and fast-moving line is gone. The only saving grace is the food is still great.“

“Chicken wings are the best! Good deals on mini-pitchers….. TVs and viewing experience are not to the level of QBs in Burlington and the friendliness of the waitresses left a lot to be desired. We had 5 people for 2 full football games + Leafs and it was almost like we were bothering them for service.“

“I would really love to say that I wasn’t really a big fan of Swiss chalet until I walked in and I met Kenzie my server which made everything 1000 times better than any experience I’ve ever had in any restaurant.

This woman is a true gem, The kindest human being I’ve ever known. Highly recommend!! To anyone who comes to Swiss on Brant street!
