“I have only ordered through DoorDash, so I cannot comment on the atmosphere of the restaurant. However, the food is spectacular! Everything I have had is delicious and the portions are large.

That being said, my latest order was not packaged well and the spaghetti broke apart, spilling all over the other items and making the paper bag disintegrate.“

“Sandwich Empire has a large menu, lots of options available. The food is excellent quality and taste incredible. My order was placed they Skip the dishes and when it arrived it was hot, fresh and packaged well. I would certainly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to try something new.“

“If you are looking for a great place to eat, Stacked Pancake and Breakfast in Burlington, Ontario is the place to go. The food is yummy and the staff are very friendly and they take care of you. The atmosphere is friendly and family oriented. The place is clean and comfortable. Lots of booths and parking. This is the place I go for breakfast when I go to Burlington.
Their breakfast smoothies are delicious. I love the Mango flavor. Hard to find Mango in the restaurants. Give it a try. Next time I go I will take pics and add them on my post.

“The restaurant was very nice, the server was also very nice although she forgot to grab us a couple things. The wait times are relatively long say 30 minutes to one hour. I think the place needs more staff due to a couple servers doing everything and is why people have to wait a long time. The people who sat next to us waited at least a hour and Noone came to them so they left without drinks or anything that was not good to see. Think just needs to be run better. I also work in hospitality so I know how tough things can get. Food quality is what I expected, nothing fancy just a decent meal. I'd come back.“

“The food was amazing, the manager and staff assisted and helped with all our inquiries. They worked well as a team helping each other out with each other’s tables to serve and assist with questions. Will definitely be back. This location would be my first go to location for breakfast. If you could add an olive omelette to your menu that would be awesome as it is one of my daughter’s favorite.“

“I ordered for my son and I through the app and had delivery driver (uber) spill the whole drink on the bag and soaked all the food. Accidents happen. Had to call the store and spoke with a gentleman that was polite and understanding. He made my kids night once new food arrived. Thanks to whomever I spoke with and for making our night better. Appreciated. 5 stars for customer service. Will definitely be stopping by this Harveys for now on.“

“Thank you to the staff at Jersey's for helping me make my wifes 65th birthday special, they stored the cake for me, put the candles on and lit them and brought it to our table, and wished her a happy birthday, greatvplace and excellent staff!“

“Small diner in the Burlington neighborhood, with great food and friendly service. We were in the area and decided to give it a try, so glad we did. I ordered a cheeseburger with bacon and fries. Everything was fresh and we waited less than 10 min for our food. It was so delicious and the price is reasonable. Lots of customers during lunch time on a weekday, I assume they are regulars and mostly retired. It felt cozy and welcoming. Would definately return if I am ever in the area!“

“Chicken wings are the best! Good deals on mini-pitchers….. TVs and viewing experience are not to the level of QBs in Burlington and the friendliness of the waitresses left a lot to be desired. We had 5 people for 2 full football games + Leafs and it was almost like we were bothering them for service.“

We visited Swiss Chalet for dinner this past Saturday evening, before a concert later that night.
We were greeted very respectfully and quickly by Kinsey upon our arrival. Kinsey then ensured we had an appropriate table for our group.
Once we were ready to order, Kinsey very quickly took our orders, some with special requests. When our meals were brought to us, one of the meals (mine….lol), was not exactly as I had requested. I politely asked if it could be taken back to the kitchen and fixed. Kinsey very politely understood, and had it done, without any complaints.
Kinsey was very attentive to our needs throughout our dinner, and was very pleasant to interact with.
Kinsey had a great positive and hard working attitude, and made our trip to Swiss Chalet- Burlington a great experience.
