“I would really love to say that I wasn’t really a big fan of Swiss chalet until I walked in and I met Kenzie my server which made everything 1000 times better than any experience I’ve ever had in any restaurant.

This woman is a true gem, The kindest human being I’ve ever known. Highly recommend!! To anyone who comes to Swiss on Brant street!

“Absolutely adore Secco, my husband and I have celebrated our anniversary here, my birthday, and many other events including high tea and brunch. Not only is the food divine and the drinks delicious, but the staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and kind. The chef holds themself to such a high standard that they came out and apologized to me as he felt the last lobster tail they had was not good enough for us and did not meet secco standards and he did not want to serve it as he wanted the best for us, we were given a free appetizer and glasses of prosecco for this, and were highly impressed by not only the honesty, but the standard Secco holds itself to. 10/10 my favourite place to go in Hamilton ♥️“

“My friend and I had an early dinner tonight at the location at 735 Queenston Rd, in Hamilton. Our server was Madeline and she was just great. Have not seen her there before but she was such a great server, humerous, kind and helpful in making our choices. The baked potatoes needed five minutes to go before they were reeady and she was apologetic but it was well worth the wait. Everything was hot and fresh and Madeline made our visit there delightful. We were there from 4 until 5:00 if this is helpful. We do go there a lot but this meal was absolutely the best. Top rating today, without a doubt.“

“This was my husband and I's first time at Milestones. We were greeted well and our server Morgan was amazing. She made us feel super welcomed and was so helpful with any questions we had. She is the best server I have had in a very long time. The steak was cooked perfect and the food exceeded our expectations. We shared the NY striploin steak which was ordered rare. Thank you for a great experience!“

“A more casual eving out during their happy hour offering. I might be a bit biased as I used to work at Kelseys 25 years ago, but one of the most consistent places to visit and have never been disappointed. Even more stalworthy are the retention of popular menu items during this period. To ight enjoyed their happy hour menu with a full tray of potato skins and chicken bites (didn't want to work through the bones) and a pint of Ruckards Red. No matter what your choice is I always recommend A Canadian classic in Kelseys.“

“Great service! Can't say enough for the guys looking after us. Super thorough, attentive, no mistakes , very polite. Try to avoid sitting by the door in the winter. It's busy and the door is open often. The first few tables freeze.“

“We had supper at this location last evening with my husband’s two daughters and one our granddaughters, her boyfriend and our son-in-law. Andrew was our excellent server who was pleasant and friendly despite having worked all day. He was very attentive and saw to all our requests in a timely manner. He organized individual bills accurately and everything came as ordered. He is an excellent member of your staff, and we hope to be served by him at our next visit!!“

i’ve been here twice now and called ahead to check if studying here is okay, they were super welcoming & me and a few friends came in when it wasn’t busy! they didn’t rush us at all and were super sweet to us the whole time we were there. both gretel and joanna were great servers & the manager eloise was especially great!

“What a perfect hidden gem. We had just visited the RBG and were looking for somewhere to grab a bite for lunch. Scanning Google Maps, I found this café. I was so happy as our local ones have closed up and it was always a favourite for us. We ordered a sandwich to go as we chose to eat outside since we were travelling with our dogs. There are plenty of picnic tables outside with beautiful views of the harbour. The interior dining room looked so cozy with plenty of booths and a fireplace. The staff were lovely, and when they heard we were splitting dessert, they cut it nicely in half. I've added this to my map as a place to visit again when in the area.“

“Picked up some Spaghetti and Meatballs for my kid and his buddy earlier today. Service was great and the description was legit that this place is home style. 15 bones for sgetti and meatballs was ok considering there was a good meat to noodle/sauce ratio. My kid is fussy so I wasn’t sure how this would go over but he loved it. Him and his bro rated it at 4.5 stars. I would have given this a perfect score on atmosphere but parking at the strip mall was so so and egress was little dicey. Had to squeal the tires to avoid getting T boned.“
