“We went to Kelsey’s for a Team get together, the food was amazing, and our Server, Andrew was fantastic! We were a group of over 25 and he was so on the ball. Was accurate in order taking, brought our drinks in a timely manner, knew who ordered what and was very friendly! Will definitely be back to this location with the great service!“

We visited Swiss Chalet for dinner this past Saturday evening, before a concert later that night.
We were greeted very respectfully and quickly by Kinsey upon our arrival. Kinsey then ensured we had an appropriate table for our group.
Once we were ready to order, Kinsey very quickly took our orders, some with special requests. When our meals were brought to us, one of the meals (mine….lol), was not exactly as I had requested. I politely asked if it could be taken back to the kitchen and fixed. Kinsey very politely understood, and had it done, without any complaints.
Kinsey was very attentive to our needs throughout our dinner, and was very pleasant to interact with.
Kinsey had a great positive and hard working attitude, and made our trip to Swiss Chalet- Burlington a great experience.

“Come here regularly and my favourite apps are the Sweet Chili Chicken Bites and Spinach & Artichoke dip. But I LOVE the California Spring salad, the candied pecans are amazing and all the flavours go so well together. Also tried the Crispy Korean Fried Chicken Sandwich, it was crunchy and very saucy! The pickles and cabbage added a lot of flavour.“

“We went Thursday night for half price wings. Wings were very good. Service very good as well. We started at a booth by the window and being very cold outside the draft came through the wall. We asked to move to another booth on the inside of the restaurant. Temperature was better but we still felt the restaurant temperature was cool. Otherwise very good“

“This cozy restaurant has left the best impression. Came for a romantic date night after a friend recommended it. Great atmosphere, excellent service (Dan was amazing), delicious dishes and drinks, and wonderful dessert. I highly recommend and will be returning again.“

“Great night all round! The hostess made sure our group of 7 (6 adults, 1 preschooler) had a table in a nice location where there was also space for my niece to play without getting in anyone's way. The food was fantastic, the drinks were good, and our server Michael was friendly & efficient, and interacted with the child in our group too, which made her happy!“

“My friend and I had an early dinner tonight at the location at 735 Queenston Rd, in Hamilton. Our server was Madeline and she was just great. Have not seen her there before but she was such a great server, humerous, kind and helpful in making our choices. The baked potatoes needed five minutes to go before they were reeady and she was apologetic but it was well worth the wait. Everything was hot and fresh and Madeline made our visit there delightful. We were there from 4 until 5:00 if this is helpful. We do go there a lot but this meal was absolutely the best. Top rating today, without a doubt.“

“I visited with my family on a Saturday, and even though it was very busy, the staff were incredibly friendly and handled the rush effortlessly. Our server, Emily, who was also the bartender, stood out with her politeness and attentiveness. I ordered a steak, and she suggested adding the peppercorn sauce—it was an excellent recommendation that really elevated the dish.

Before leaving, I had the chance to speak with Jillian, one of the managers, to share our compliments about the great service. She was genuinely warm and welcoming, even inviting us to return.

“We had supper at this location last evening with my husband’s two daughters and one our granddaughters, her boyfriend and our son-in-law. Andrew was our excellent server who was pleasant and friendly despite having worked all day. He was very attentive and saw to all our requests in a timely manner. He organized individual bills accurately and everything came as ordered. He is an excellent member of your staff, and we hope to be served by him at our next visit!!“

“We were created with a friendly smile and shown to our table promptly. The waitress was friendly and got our order right. The food arrived quickly and was delicious and hot. The only problem is there was an extra charge of a spinach dip. Luckily I did notice. The waitress did apologize and stated there was an error. Being that I had already paid by gift cards, she waived the remaining $21 balance. That was a lovely gesture.“

“Tonight, we celebrated my nephew’s birthday and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The food was absolutely delicious every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Everything was served promptly and with such care, making the whole dining experience smooth and enjoyable.

A special shoutout to our server, Amanda, who truly went above and beyond for us. She was incredibly attentive, patient, and friendly, always checking in at the right moments without ever making us feel rushed. Her positive attitude and professionalism really stood out and made the celebration even more memorable. Parking: Not sure how many spots, but not enough to fit, pickup and eat in customers, on a hour hour time, I had to park in gas station next door and walk across a hardly cleared snow covered parking lot, in minus 14 weather“
