However, it was absolutely delicious. Broth was salty and amazing, the portions are huge, and toppings were plenty and all very fresh. Stir fry mixed vegetables with beef was good but doesn't mention including noodles.“

When I identified that I have a gluten allergy, the manager came over and explained all the items that I could eat where the soy sauce and marinade was not included/could be removed.The food is delightful, on the lighter side but packed with flavour. The pricing is higher, but well-worth when you consider the quality of food.I had the chicken wings with fish sauce, and added the crispy rice. My older sister and I ordered the Vietnamese coffee. “I have been dreaming about this banh mi ever since I tried it. It’s absolutely delicious - they use really fresh ingredients and are really generous with the meat. If you come here, I’d recommend getting the Saigon. The Oink was good but the bbq pork was a bit too sweet for my liking. The Saigon was perfect in every way.For those wondering: The difference between the classic and deluxe version is the amount of meat. Classic has regular amount of meat (which is still a fair amount) and deluxe has extra meat. Classic was enough for me but if you prefer meatier sandwiches, spring for the deluxe!Highly highly recommend this place! Super affordable and delicious!“

“Pretty good for food court food, and came out relatively quickly considering it was grilled fresh. For the price it was a good amount of food. Food was pretty tasty except for the noodles. The vermicelli was somehow undercooked and overcooked, parts were stiff and brittle, other parts were stuck together and crumbling apart. The broth for the Pho is seafood broth with a very shrimpy flavour, which was a little off considering we ordered beef pho.“

“Located on Wycroft across from Bronte GO, a quick and easy stop for lunch takeout for those living or working in the area (in my case, an extra 30 mins to spare from Burlington!). Check out their daily specials in addition to their full bahn mi sandwiches on their regular menu. Yummy and a nice change from a normal workday lunch!“

I get the Binh Minh special which includes tripe and delicious fat. Couldn't ask for a better Asian dining experience so local in an underserved part of Hamilton. “By far our favourite pho restaurant in Hamilton. We tried quite a few and none reach this level. The staff is friendly and the decor is approachable, honest and comfortable. The only downside is it doesn’t come with beef tendon (my favourite), but that isn’t really an issue I’d actively complain about. Usually at other pho restaurants, they have a limited menu of bubble tea drinks to order from but here they have a whole bunch of options for you to choose from. The bubble tea was delicious and so was the pho! Service was good and fast.“
