“So, so, so insanely delicious. My favorites were the lamb shank and the koobideh. We came across this restaurant randomly, and I can confidently say it has become one of my favorite spots for Persian food. It’s a cozy, homey place where the food truly speaks for itself, everything was incredibly flavourful and made with care. I also loved that you can swap half the rice for salad for just a $2 charge, which was totally worth it. The owner was wonderful as well, very welcoming and hospitable. “Pita Land is honestly my favourite food spot, hands down. I've been going here for several years now (since it opened) and the location is so convenient for me that it's become a regular thing. What really gets me is how consistent the quality has stayed the whole time, no matter when I go.

I've ordered from here during late night school projects, after long gym sessions, and even during gaming nights with friends. The chicken shawarma has never once let me down, whether I'm getting the poutine, the plate, or the potato bowl, they're all consistently amazing. The staff have always been friendly whenever I've gone in, and the atmosphere in the restaurant is great too.

Also huge shoutout for being open late on Uber Eats. I genuinely can't even count how many times I've ordered from this place at this point, it's a lot.“

“I went to Koochini Restaurant & Bar at a friend's invitation. We visited on Saturday, and it was a fantastic experience. The DJs were excellent, the atmosphere was lively, and everyone was having a great time. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The beer, whisky, appetizers, and hookah were all excellent.
Most of the guests seemed to be of Iranian background, which gave the place a unique and vibrant atmosphere. If you enjoy hookah, this is definitely a great place to try it. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a fun night out.“

The owner cut the meat fresh off the rotisserie, most shawarma shops pre cut their meats & have sit in a heating compartment which dries it out. Beef was amazing with extra beef fat on the rice, chicken was juicy. He gave me extra beef fat when I asked with no issues.

“I first came to this place more than 15 years ago and it was amazing..a hidden gem.., then it changed owners and they tried to make it more "upscale" but it was just more expensive and quality of the food dropped..it was still "ok" for a change once in a while.. . I have not visited Belle for years now as I moved out of Toronto and then the pandemic and yesterday while in Toronto we decided to order take out .....very very disappointed The prices don't match the quality of the food and when we picked up we just saw a bunch of teens playing videogames not really customer oriented. We had to wait longer for the order and the food was cold. The Lula kebab was burnt, the home fries (that was the signature master piece) were dried up, the chicken was tasteless... Poor quality, poor customer service and expensive. Will not come back or recommend again“

It tasted odd... shortly after,, I called the location to tell them, something was off with the ingredients. Despite Ajay being amazing, the following should still be addressed, reviewed and rectified:

Friday May 29th, 2026, around 5pm.
Your staff are in serious need of training. Not only did they short me on food, but the male server was completely disengaged and made it feel like he was just trying to get rid of us. I thanked him for his services and he gave me a blank stare than continued to speak with his co-worker. Who keep in mind, did nothing to correct his behavior.

Once I arrived home, I can see that he shorted us on the meat for both our large chicken on the rocks and large chicken wrap

When a customer is paying north of 30$ for a meal, this is completely unacceptable. Please rectify the issue.

My recommendation is to replace both those workers or retrain him. They do not understand or meet Canada's standards for customer service. I implore you to look over your security footage for proof.
