“Came here for my birthday. We started off with spinach dip suggested by our server then got salmon and the steak sandwich. All the food tasted amazing. The service was amazing from Olivika she went above and beyond for us. She even packaged our food neatly for us. At the end we got a cake with a candle with happy birthday written in chocolate.

“This is a great option for a good quality, sit-down meal on campus. The staff had some struggles understanding the drink orders and requests resulting in an incorrect drink order and quite a lot of time consulting with their co-workers to fix. They could use extra training on the menu as well. Even though it was a set menu they didn't have answers ready about the meal. Eg. What vegetables are with this? I think a little more training for the staff would have made this a 5-star experience as it was a delicious meal with great value on campus.“

“New owner Ramesh has been very busy in his first 2 months reviving The Harvest Moon. Renovations are currently underway and so far, its looking great! Changes to the menu and food has been significant - flavors, portions and variety - all improved. Highly recommend!“

“Another fabulous experience at the Weber St location. A very busy Saturday night because of the Festive Special. The staff are friendly and attentive especially Gail. I must hand it to her she is fantastic. Our waitress had her hands full and Gail stepped in, took our orders, brought us water, etc. She was keeping the whole place together. Thank-you Swiss Chalet staff for another great experience.“

“I took one semester at the university and went to this jazz club almost every week during that time. It’s the most amazing place with GREAT, varied music, good food and drinks and awesome vibe! I especially appreciated that it’s a non talking venue and the amazing artists and crowd always delivering great atmosphere and quality jazz. I miss this place so much now that I don’t live in Canada anymore, I hope to be back one day!?“

“The menu at this restaurant is quite diverse. We ordered the seasonal specials, as it's Oktoberfest, and of course, there was a hot dog with German sausage. The fries are amazing! The service is good, and it's a great place to enjoy a beer, watch sports, and share good food with friends. I highly recommend this restaurant!“

“These guys are the best. My truck quit at the drive thru speaker after ordering had to call a towtruck and I was worried about my 2 little girls in the back. They served us well and came out to help customers pulling in behind me. I fed my children while waiting for the towtruck it was there in ten minutes to my surprise. These situations can turn out to be horrendous but the whole staff ended up making this a pleasurable experience then I got towed back to Guelph. Nice driver and my little girls were happy playing passing the time in the back seat. Visit this location. You’ll get amazing service!“

“A friend of mine and her son went to eat here Monday night. My first time at that location. It started out badly, very badly, the young, long haired, blond bartender was rude and unprofessional. Peyton, Bob and Theodora turned it around for us and with their eager to rectify approach helped turn a very negative experience into a positive one. Peyton was understanding, tentative to my concerns and genuinely wanted to help. Bob was amazing. He came to us with a genuine approach, listened to our issues. We felt heard and respected, in the end, found a reasonable solution we all were happy with. As we were leaving, Theodora held the door for us as she was coming into her shift with a bright beautiful smile, respectful and genuinely nice. These 3 are a great representation of amazing service that should be emulated by the ENTIRE staff, as well as IMO, a lot of establishment's are lacking. Thank you guys and I specifically want to thank Bob again.“

“In the area for an appt and stopped in for lunch. Both of us had the Thursday burger special and it was excellent. Burger was so good I was shocked! Good deal and will come by again another time. Staff was friendly and service was reasonable.“

“Besides the wait time (which should be expected when there are only four people doing the job of atleast five) it is a great establishment, the employees work efficiently when trained. Despite the occasional lack of communication between the staff and customer in relation to orders and order numbers food is brought out in about 5 minutes. Overall regular fast food resturant.“
