“Our server (young woman but I don't know her name) was lovely, kind, considerate (we were going to my mother's funeral), and excellent with timing and service. The drinks and food were fantastic! Very loud in the restaurant which was t great but nothing you can do about that.“

“Sadly I've noticed with time the quality of the food has started to drop off, cold meals, over cooked, generally just not nice. The atmosphere was generally fine and service was mainly good, bit forgetful and aggressive when trying to order pizza for the kiddo that was over 10, I wasn't looking for cheap prices just the food the kid wanted and got attitude.
In the end it's fast food quality vs a home cooked meal like it used to be and I'm sad it's not as enjoyable as it once was.“

“New owner Ramesh has been very busy in his first 2 months reviving The Harvest Moon. Renovations are currently underway and so far, its looking great! Changes to the menu and food has been significant - flavors, portions and variety - all improved. Highly recommend!“

“My family had our first Thanksgiving dinner at Swiss Chalet and we thoroughly enjoyed it. It was very busy that evening and we had to be wait a bit longer than normal for our meals but that was to be expected. The staff were hustling and our server, Hiermona was fabulous. Despite how busy she was and her injury from earlier in the day, she was always smiling and very attentive to our table.“

This location had some stuff that needs maintenance. Bathroom was down and other little things that were behind.
Lady was working hard with no help over lunch our.
I think she was the only person working there. She took my order, cooked it and did the toppings.

“We saw the performance of The Jazz Room at the Westdale theater in Hamilton. Great concert. The band was great and the solo performances were amazing! The singer was born to sing jazz. We thoroughly enjoyed the show. We will undoubtedly go back!“

“Stopped in to enjoy my favourite meal deal of a veggie burger combo. The fact that a veggie burger and side salad with Diet Pepsi is barely 500 calories is unbelievable and delicious. The staff here are very friendly and are very detailed with the order specifics. I am hardly an easy one due to allergies and pickyness lol. Cudos to a great staff and delicious food.“

“English matters! I did drive through. I asked for extra napkins as the food is juicy and ibwas going to eat in my car at a park. . I got to my destination, I got an email tra pkg of pickles for my burger? Zero napkin at all. Frustrating as I had none in my car. Nice staff, but ask if comprehension is unclear!“

“Decided to stop in and check out their Bogo promo. They have a nice assortment of entries on the availability list. My lady had the Stir Fry and I had the Steack and Mashed. Both meals were fantastic. Great warm and friendly service by Chloe. All in all a wonderful experience and we will be back.“
“Had a great experience September 5. The patio is a great place to be on a summer Saturday as it is mostly shaded. The Wuerzburger Lager never disappoints (it's my go to on jazz nights). We shared the Deluxe King Fries, which are brilliantly conceived, and the Barley Club sandwich.“
