“I usually don’t write reviews, but my experience was so wonderful that I had to give 5 stars. I planned a brunch for myself and 5 friends, and from the moment we walked in, the vibe of the place was beautiful. From the good food to the set up of the chairs and cutlery, everything was so well done! The service was great as the staff were very friendly, accommodating, and patient. We were also able to have a great conversation since our spot was quite private and it wasn’t loud in the restaurant. Overall, this was a great experience and we can’t wait till our next ladies brunch!“

“Came here Monday night with my brother and the food was amazing. Our server was Peter and he was so nice! He checked in with us once and seriously that was amazing. Nothing is worse than a server who checks in 6 times. Peter is wonderful and our drinks were delicious! Thank you for your great service! Boss man: Peter needs a raise!!“

“So, I love diners, and wimpy's is that in spades. The service was fantastic, the food was great, my poutine came a little cold, but a minute with chef Mike fixed that right up.
Serena, the waitress, was also fantastic, very attentive and polite.
I miss the table-side jukebox controller, and the freemium YouTube music was a little weird as opposed to just tuning a radio to a classic oldies station.
In short. Good food, good staff, and a good place to eat.“

“This has become my go-to spot after work for the past 3-4 weeks, and it's now my favourite late-night place in Hamilton. I always order the Crispy Chicken Combo - hands down the best burger in town. The first time I came here, Sana, one of the staff members, helped me choose the perfect toppings. Her excellent communication skills and friendly service made the experience memorable, and ever since, l've been coming back for more.“

“When we arrived we were greeting by two young ladies ( sorry I didn't get their names. ) who were awesome they greeted us with a huge smile and we had a few laughs. We were seated very quick. Our server Nina was wonderful, very good at her job and we watched her with other customers and she made everyone feel important. Our food was delicious. We will be back soon Denise & Dan“

“Stonewalls has ALL the vibes! Live bands, great food...first timeat this establishment and I was so impressed by the friendliness of the staff and the line up of live entertainment.. Lynn, the owner, didnt miss a beat with giving the best customer service and keeping her customers happy. Such a friendly experience with her- thank you Lynn. “Enjoyed a great birthday experience at Born and Raised last evening. The atmosphere made you feel comfortable and the food was spectacular, (make sure you try Nonnas Meatballs). While all of the staff were welcoming and made the evening enjoyable for the nine of us, Alicia went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed to make the celebration memorable! Thanks guys, you can expect to see us back again, Born and Raised will now become a regular experience.“

“The staff here is incredible, I accidentally gave them a curve ball ordering somthing they took off the menu. They got a bit flustered but handled the entire interaction with grace and a smile and had it made quickly and perfectly. Quality and service is fantastic.“

“As a senior, I’ve struggled with my hearing when out etc. I went to Harvey’s on Upper Ottawa after my local dump run. The gentleman named Chris was so helpful and patient with me. He took the time to help me get the lunch I needed. The restaurant is clean, friendly and most of all the food was delicious! What Chris didn’t know was I’m recently widowed and it’s hard for me to eat solo etc. Having a great conversation with him just made that task more doable! Thank you!

“My friend and I had an early dinner tonight at the location at 735 Queenston Rd, in Hamilton. Our server was Madeline and she was just great. Have not seen her there before but she was such a great server, humerous, kind and helpful in making our choices. The baked potatoes needed five minutes to go before they were reeady and she was apologetic but it was well worth the wait. Everything was hot and fresh and Madeline made our visit there delightful. We were there from 4 until 5:00 if this is helpful. We do go there a lot but this meal was absolutely the best. Top rating today, without a doubt.“

“Excellent service, and servers. They ran out of cellar dweller a few times, but the service staff more than made up for it. Perfect place for students to destress and have some good eats. Ask about the cellar olympics if you’re a student at Mohawk!“

“Their wings and blue cheese dip are excellent. The service might not always be quick but whenever we go out, we leave enough time to enjoy ourselves. If we are in a hurry we eat at home or go to a fast food establishment. They have numerous specials, their pizza is excellent and the ice bar rail at the main bar is functional. Lots of sports to watch. Overall, a great place to drop by.“

“My friend and I drove to B-Side Social from Niagara after winning a dozen free oysters and it did not disappoint! The oysters were so good we ordered an additional dozen along with the caprese salad and it was phenomenal! All of the staff was amazing. The owner (I think) or at least the GM came and chatted with us a few times, she had great energy! Our server Autumn was super cute and did a bang up job! Will def recommend and return!“
