“As a long-time sushi lover, I recommend this place. The fish and ingredients are fresh, and you can really taste the difference in every bite. The sushi was flavorful and well-balanced, with each roll and nigiri made with care. The staff are super friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better.

They also have table seating, which is great if you prefer a sit-down meal setting. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the quality of the food. One of the most fun surprises was the selection of unique Asian pops and ice creams for dessert—definitely not something you see everywhere.

Appetizers full of omami flavour; sashimi tasted very fresh and well prepared - favourite piece for me would be the Madai; sushi very well prepared - rice flavour well balanced, each pieces is paired with its unique sauce and spice. “Visited here yesterday for dinner. We ate until our hearts were content 😃 We tried several rolls and they were all great...the deep fried ones are good too. Tired the chicken skewers, salmon teriyaki, tempura, beef ribs all tasty. Tried the 3 different cakes and other sweets all lovely. Buffet was $38 a person. The bubble tea was extra but the guy took that off our order since we didn't know. Overall service was quick, food was fresh and all tasted great.“

“I tried the pork loin with brown sauce and it was amazing — perfectly crispy on the outside and cooked just right on the inside. The portion is very big, definitely enough for two to share, which makes it even better value. The cheese blocks were super tasty, and they honestly have one of the best takoyaki I’ve ever had. On top of that, the staff are very nice and patient, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend this place!“

I’ve had the gold menu before just to try and I would say that the black menu is better in most ways.“

Tomo Japanese Restaurant was a great experience in terms of food, service, atmosphere, and above all safety for me and my son. “I read the reviews on this place and I really don’t understand the negative ones . Its funny how people are so quick to post negative comments instead of quietly addressing their complaints to the establishment. Its like any other service they can’t fix if you dont say something.

We frequent this place a few times a year at all times during the day and evening .never had a bad experience.

We have tried the grilled yellow tail jowls ,
Sashimi, sushi some rolls and Kalbi .

Food has always been very good .

“I order here a lot. It's a small unassuming shop in a food court but the food is really really yummy, very reasonably priced. I'm so used to the deliciousness here that I forget how spoiled I am that when I eat other sushi I find myself disappointed elsewhere.“

“It was our first time visiting this place, and my friend and I picked it completely by chance. We looked at the reviews, saw a 4.5 rating, and thought, okay, that sounds great. Even though it was late at night around 9:30 PM, the server was extremely kind and welcoming, and even let us sit on the patio.

Our food came very quickly, and the most impressive part of this restaurant was how genuinely nice and friendly the staff were. A lovely young lady named Kiin was incredibly sweet, polite, and patient. She kept checking on us with such kindness. Another young server, a guy, was just as amazing, and they both made our experience a hundred times better.

It was a rainy evening, but thanks to them we had such a wonderful time. Our sushi came fast, was very fresh, and tasted excellent. Everything was just perfect. I even asked for the young lady’s name so I could mention her here, because she truly made our night special.

Without a doubt, I’ll be going back many, many times, and I highly recommend this place if you want a great experience, if you’re craving sushi, or if you just need something to brighten up your mood. Everything was so good that if I could give 6 stars instead of 5, I absolutely would“

“Took me a whole year to write this review so I can't speak for their quality these days. They are good value and affordable sushi platters. They don't have the highest quality but it was decent. Would still get for a quick sushi fix.“

“The quality of the food at this restaurant is well beyond anything you would expect in the suburbs. The fish tastes fresh and the rice is high quality sushi rice. Generally you have to head to downtown to get sushi/sashimi that tastes this good.
The service is suburb, they actually make you feel like you matter and that you are at a friends house.
Finally, for the quality of the food the prices are more than reasonable.
I also like that I can get Soju at this restaurant as I prefer it with sushi to Sake.

I ordered two massive rolls. Each piece was huge. I either, stuffed the whole thing in my mouth and chewed while looking like a hamster or took 1 bite first and everything else just fell all over the place lol. Not a complaint though!
Both my rolls were yum. I was very happy with my food. Their miso soup is good too. Hubby ordered one roll and ate some of mine. I left feeling satisfied!
The only small complaint are the greasy floors to the washroom. I had to walk carefully so I wouldnt slip. Also, the front door could use some cleaning.“

Fast takeout with easy ordering and a well written menu with good photographs of the item. The fish is the perfect temperature and the rice is flavorful. The presentation dining in is beautiful and the take out also looks good and sapporo sushi always provides a fair serving of soya, ginger, and wasabi.“

“I have been coming to this place for almost 5 years now. Love their miso ramen. It’s really tasty! Their takeout packing is very sturdy and good as well.
I noticed within last year that the quality of the noodles have degraded, I feel that they refrigerate their noodles and they are not made on the they of, doesn’t look and taste fresh. You can actually see the noodles being bunched up and frozen.
Overall I like the taste of their ramen soup.“

“Noah Kosher Sushi makes some of the best sushi I've ever had. Period. I always get the raw fish variety (Salomon or Tuna) and sometimes the cooked ones in addition. The fish is always fresh and tasty. The prices for a tray are comparable to other places and are generally affordable. The establishment is clean and tidy and the stuff is very friendly and approachable. However, Noah sets itself apart primarily by taste: it's absolutely delightedly yummy. I sometimes go out of my way in order to pass by them, just to come in and buy a tray of sushi.“
