“I came into Baskin Robbins to order a customized cake, and Fatima was absolutely amazing! She listened to what I was looking for and even gave me a few helpful suggestions. Thanks to her, I ended up with the perfect cake for my daughter. Her friendly and attentive service made the experience so much easier and enjoyable.

“The lady at the front counter was great with a wonderful smile. Very pleasant and super quick getting our food and Carmel Sunday's. Her name I think was Sanjeev at least I hope that was it. Thanks again for a great supper.

“We had a very good experience with my family. The employees were very nice. We each even got a little ice cream after we had our burgers.
Kid-friendliness: I had my 3 year old and 6 month old at this location and was seated just fine.“

“Great spot tucked in the corner of the Metro plaza at Derry and Winston Churchill. They have delicious shakes that are big enough to be a meal! Loved the Tuxedo Royale one with the slice of tuxedo cake on top and the Feels Berry Good which is made with real strawberries and blueberries. They use a generous amount of ice cream to make their milkshakes. They also sell Kawartha ice cream here. They share the space with Dosa Eatery so you can start with something savoury and finish with a sweet treat.“

“Had one of their cheesecakes as I needed a treat for myself. Amazing! Delicious and chocolate rich, but not overly sweet. Enjoyed my treat ! Would like to come back and try something dipped as well!
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes the Georgetown market place is wheelchair accessible. This is in the food court so no problem.“
“Will always come to this location. The Guelph Line location is closer to me but after it being always closed when it was supposed to be open and miserable owners this is the best atore to choose. The owner is lovely and welcoming. They are quick to serve you as well as acknowledge you. I will always go to this store for cakes and ice cream.“

“I came into this location earlier to purchase a cake and the lady working the daytime shift was so uninviting and was on her phone, I left the store without purchasing anything because of her poor customer service. I ended up returning late in the night out of desperation and the nighttime staff was so friendly. The blonde lady and two brothers welcomed me and wrote on the cake despite it being 10 minutes after closing. they where even letting people dine in!!“
