It was not too busy and surprisingly in most restaurants the less customers the worse the service gets so we were really delighted when we had food and service which was 10 out of 10. Our server was Zoran and he gave us maximum level attention and care. Our food, I ordered wings and fries and my friend ordered chicken sandwich and fries, was hot and delicious. Our desserts were delightful. Thank you very much, Zoran for your excellent service and thanks to the chefs for the great Swiss Chalet food. It was a perfect dining experience and we are both so grateful.”

“We truly enjoyed a leisurely lunch today at Kelsey's Richmond Hill. We need to give a lot of the credit and thanks to our server, Sarah, who was always there when we needed her. She provided us with some excellent suggestions for food and drinks as well as impeccable service coming from a warm and friendly person. While my wife was thoroughly enjoying a cup of tea and a hearty soup with salad and a sandwich, I was just beside myself with every bite of the mushroom melt burger. The burger and fries were prepared and cooked to perfection. I highly recommend that you try this burger, especially if you love mushrooms. Treat yourself. I was also introduced to a delicious refreshing beer called Muskoka Pineapple Ninja. I've never seen it before and it appears that if I can't find anywhere else I'll have to go back. All in all, this was a perfect afternoon. Also, we have promised ourselves that we are going to do this again next week.”

“Nak Won has been a longstanding restaurant in the Richmond Hill area, conveniently located near Hillcrest Mall. I've been coming here more frequently lately because it's quickly become one of my go-to spots. Over the past few months, I've visited at least five times.
The service has consistently been friendly and efficient. The staff are also incredibly thoughtful (they've even offered to take family photos for us after noticing we were trying to squeeze everyone into a selfie). I also appreciate their online ordering system, which makes dining much more convenient. You can easily request small things like napkins or water/tea without having to flag someone down.
Every dish I've tried so far has been delicious, and I'd happily order any of them again. The portions are also quite generous, making most dishes perfect for sharing.

“So, so, so insanely delicious. My favorites were the lamb shank and the koobideh. We came across this restaurant randomly, and I can confidently say it has become one of my favorite spots for Persian food. It’s a cozy, homey place where the food truly speaks for itself, everything was incredibly flavourful and made with care. I also loved that you can swap half the rice for salad for just a $2 charge, which was totally worth it. The owner was wonderful as well, very welcoming and hospitable. Can’t wait to come back, easily has become one of my favourite spots for Persian food!”

“One of the best Italian restaurants we’ve been to! The pasta is absolutely delicious — honestly, some of the best pasta we’ve ever had. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared.

He was incredibly patient, attentive, and made sure my order was exactly right. Even during what seemed like a busy time, he handled everything smoothly and professionally without ever losing his friendly demeanor. His customer service skills truly stand out — he made me feel valued and welcomed.
On top of that, the food was prepared quickly and perfectly, which just added to the overall great experience. Employees like Loveneer are the reason people come back again and again.

“Came here with my friends for lunch and the food was amazing! Once you walk into the restaurant you can smell the nice aromatics of the pho broth. We ordered the shrimp fresh rolls which was so refreshing. We also got the chicken wings which were packed with flavour! We just tried their new summer drinks!! So good and refreshing!
Service was on point, staff was so friendly and always checked up to make sure we were doing OK.
Now for the pho broth, it was soo clean and clear. After eating it, I didn't feel thirsty compared to other pho restaurants I've been to. My friend got the Tom yum pho because the server recommended it and he was so happy with it. It had a nice sour a little bit spicy tomyum flavour to it.
Overall we had such an amazing experience! 10/10 recommended! We'll definitely be coming back!

I forgot to order birthday buns until the middle of the meal but Angel made sure it happened and said it was their birthday gift. We had the lobster combo dinner and it was well prepared like the other dishes. Not overly salty. We were worried when a banquet is happening, which there was several happening on that day, food is mass produced with less care but this was not the case. The combo dinners are excellent value, combined with good service and well cooked...Our family all agree this restaurant will be on repeat visits and highly considered if we are planning any banquets too.”

We ordered the shrimp fresh rolls which was so refreshing. We also got the chicken wings which were packed with flavour! We just tried their new summer drinks!! So good and refreshing!
Service was on point, staff was so friendly and always checked up to make sure we were doing OK.
Now for the pho broth, it was soo clean and clear. After eating it, I didn't feel thirsty compared to other pho restaurants I've been to. My friend got the Tom yum pho because the server recommended it and he was so happy with it. It had a nice sour a little bit spicy tomyum flavour to it.
Overall we had such an amazing experience! 10/10 recommended! We'll definitely be coming back!

I chose to come here along with my niece and her family that live locally because this place Pho In Love was highly recommended by a staff that claims to be a foodie like me at the Sheraton hotel lounge. And when we looked at the reviews, it had some amazing reviews to back it up.
Food was amazing, all the ingredients were fresh, portions are generous, and they were all as expected very flavorful. Ambience is cute and very clean. Parking is an easy access.
And above all, you feel so very welcome upon entering this place.

- The green tea drink was super refreshing! The mint worked super well with the jamsin tea flavour.
- The calamari was soft but slightly overcooked. The coating was very like and flaky, and paired well the 2 sauces it came with!
- The duck was super tender! You don't even need a knife to cut it. The confithad a great thick consistency that pair well with the bread and duck.
- The pasta was a great aldente and very saucy pasta dish! I do wish it came with more than a few seafood pieces though.
- The dishes were quite small for the price and wished they were a bit more filling.
- Told them it was my birthday and they decorated the Basque cheesecake and even put a little candle on it for me! It was very Instagram worthy!”

“Absolutely delicious sweet and savory treats. I have so many food allergies but I can safely eat the food from this bakery. i appreciate the plant based options too. I love the oat fudge bars, vanilla cakes/cupcakes, chocolate cakes/cupcakes, custom cakes, both types of quiche, the scones, brownies, spiced chocolate bar, lattes, drip coffee, cookies...geeze I guess I go there a lot. I haven't even tried everything in the bakery yet. It is a wonderful for breakfast, midday treat and dessert after dinner. I stock up on Sunday to have enough to last me until Thursday morning when the bakery reopens for the week. I am having a very hard time sticking to just one item a day. It is great for school lunch treats because it is a nut free bakery. This is important for school staff and students.”

“Went for a birthday, including young children. Reasonable prices, staff were very attentive. Had a clay pot dish with glass noodles, Taiwanese chicken, calamari, morning glory, a whole fish. Every morsel was delicious. I was very satisfied with each dish, each flavor developed and delicious. The dishes themselves were well presented with lots of accompanying vegetables and herbs. I think I have a new place to order from.”

“Such a hidden, local gem! We were looking for a late night bite and stumbled on this noodle spot. Flavours are homey and comforting, and they make their own noodles. Staff are friendly but don't expect 5 star service, as to be expected in Asian dining. It's one of those no-fuss restaurants that quickly become your go-to spot when you don't know what to eat for dinner. Quite affordable and portions are generous. Interiors reminisce of walking the streets of Asia. We will definitely be back!”

“The first time I went, they weren’t busy. Now they’re very popular. Back then, they weren’t very welcoming if you didn’t speak the language.
One thing they consistently do well is the food🤭it has tasted great every time I’ve visited. However, recently the prices have gone up a lot. At these prices, you could have a decent BBQ meal, while this place is really more of a snack restaurant.
If you’re wondering what to order, I’d recommend the noodles and some of the side dishes.
The customer service has improved compared to before. The staff are now fast and professional. Wait time is long. Sometime they didn’t have table so I left.”

“One of the best Italian restaurants we’ve been to! The pasta is absolutely delicious — honestly, some of the best pasta we’ve ever had. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared.
The service was excellent as well: friendly, attentive, and professional. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the whole experience was very enjoyable.
