“AMAZING! I had these chicken wings at New Year's Party and had to find out where they were from. SUPER happy with my own order. They're fully cooked which means they heat up super quickly (and I don't have to worry about undercooking) which is SO convenient. “I would like to sincerely thank Nazar Yousuf, the manager and owner of the Popeyes location at Hillcrest Mall. He is a very kind, professional, and understanding person.

I had placed an online order on April 5, but unfortunately the store was closed for the holiday while the online system was still accepting orders. My card was charged for an order that I could not pick up, and customer service was not able to help resolve the issue.

However, Mr. Nazar Yousuf handled the situation with great care and professionalism. He was extremely accommodating. His kindness and excellent customer service truly made a difference.

“Every time I come here they do not provide any utensils or basic things like napkins, always got to ask for it. Only good side is when I get the food it is fresh and hot still. Customer service is good, wait times varies sometimes I get it right away but a few times I’d have to wait longer. Only a few tables for dine in.“

“We visited this location for lunch today and found it to be fairly quiet and not very busy. We ordered two chicken sandwiches along with a chicken box meal that came with wedges.

The chicken was fresh, juicy, and pleasantly non-greasy, which sets it apart from many other fried chicken places. The sandwiches were good overall, though a bit more seasoning or flavor would have made them even better.

The chicken box included three pieces of chicken and wedges, and both were served fresh and hot. The wedges were especially impressive—crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and cooked perfectly.

The service was really fast and friendly. Parking is also free as the plaza has free parking.

Overall, the food was enjoyable, the quality was solid, and everything tasted fresh. While there is some room for improvement in the sandwich flavor, this is a good option for fresh fried chicken and delicious wedges.“

“I've been to a few Mary Brown's locations and I can say, without a doubt, that this is my favourite location. The taters are always done perfectly. Tried their apple pie for the first time today and it was yummy. Made to order unlike other fast food places that pre make them and keep them heated. Consistently great food and service here. Gagan & Harjot are so very nice and fun to chat with. Highly recommend this location.“

“I have been coming here for years, and the quality has never dropped once. This is hands-down the best Portuguese chicken in the area. The chicken is always perfectly grilled, incredibly juicy on the inside, and packed with that smoky, spicy Loco flavor that keeps you coming back for more. “Visited this location at lunchtime and believe me when I say I had the best Popeyes experience of my life. I had so much fun I took the names of each one of the staff to write this review with details. At the front counter I met Marie who helped me with the menu and was patient, kind and smiling the whole time while I was deciding. Shoutout to Dakhs in the kitchen making the best chicken wrap ever with fresh and tender chickens. Back to Marie with her excellent customer service, fries portions and placement.
Honourable mention of Dalya and Tina the shirt manager who were super friendly and helpful.

“There is something unique about this particular Popeyes: there are two girls that work there. They seem to be in their 20s and I think they're sisters. Are they the owners? I dunno, but when you see these two girls present, the food from this location is GREAT and by far the best Popeyes I've ever been to. When these two girls are NOT present...it's just pretty average although still better than other Popeyes. The staff are also pretty quick to give us extra discounts which is also great and highly appreciate. By far the best Popeyes, but I wish it were more consistent. I don't know what magic those two girls work on this location, but why can't they work it every time?“

“Hands down, one of the best fried chicken places -- and it's HALAL!
Every meal is made fresh, to order so there is a bit of a wait but I prefer freshly fried chicken anyway. Juicy on the inside, crunchy on the outside.

We ordered the spicy chicken sandwich, chicken fries, flaming fries and the fresh cucumber fries. The cucumber fries was interesting but was tastier the more you ate it! Would definetly be back!!
