“I tried the matcha with homemade strawberry sauce and it is so good. The matcha is super smooth and not bitter, and you can tell the strawberry sauce is made fresh, as she explained. It’s the perfect amount of sweet and well balanced.

The staff here is incredibly sweet and welcoming, which just made the whole experience even better. Super fast service and great vibes.“

“Solid ratio of goat cheese to guava, been sold out 2 times I’ve attempted to go. Annabelle’s gets pretty busy despite being a small shop, they have outside seating they set up which seems very lively. The service has been friendly every time I’ve been and they got options for people with dietary restrictions which is great.“

Working granville street alone at night is insane by itself but she is so kind and helpful to her customers. 100/10 service she was so kind and helpful that I came back twice. It’s not easy being on Granville at night. I hope she is being fairly compensated, she is amazing at her job. Will definitely be returning.“

The food was really good, not perfect.

The coffee was very good...surprisingly so.

The Halloumi Honey Waffle thing I had was really good.

Not perfect but a genuinely good place for a brunch/lunch style eats.

Seating is good but again, not super spacious, expect busy lunch and breakfast times to be busy.

Very friendly staff. Good location.

They also have an online system in place so you can order ahead during busy times. Been there a few times and overall a solid place if a little pricy (pastry can be a hit or miss though). This time I tried their new menu LOX Supreme ($16) and Ice Salted Hojicha Latte ($6.85).

Very generous amount of smoked salmon, which contrasted nicely with the crispy lettuce and creamy dressing. Portion was very filling. One minor feedback is for me they put way too much dressing. The hojicha was unfortunately a miss - very watered down and I could not taste the sea salt at all. Strange since I know they use Paragon’s tea powder. Overall, I would recommend to get their coffee instead.“

“I walked all around Crystal Mall looking for this place, even asking people where it is lol. I was about to give up when I decided to check in one last spot & of course found it located inside the food court, duh! Google Maps made it seem like it was on the outskirts of the mall, hence the confusion. I bought the Mango Milkshake & the gentleman who took my order, I believe he is the owner was very nice. He even put extra mango in my shake. I told him I searched a while & he was so happy & humbled to hear that & asked who heard from about his shop. I told him I looked on Google Maps which showed his shop as top-rated for mango drinks. He was very thankful to me for stopping by his shop. Really appreciated his kind personality. The drink was also great. I may come by again to try the Mango Slush next!“
