“What a great place! Finally stopped in to Le Parfait for some lebanese ice cream today and will definitely be back to try some of their other menu items. The large cup comes with three flavours, which is perfect! I got the miska (I think this one was my favourite), ashta, and lotus biscoff.“
“The wait time was only 5 min. Came out around 12:30pm on a Monday and it was perfect! Weekday is better than a weekend. The butterscotch latte was super yummy and the right amount of sweetness. I got it with oat milk and could not taste the difference with regular milk. The Benny was great! Wish the patty was a bit thinner as it was thick to eat and the hollandaise sauce was pretty light and quickly evaporated but the whole meal itself was yum. The price is a little much but worth the amount you get served. Would definitely try the pancakes next time! I will be coming back. :)“
“This is an interesting place with both Mexican and Italian food. The reg latte / cappuccino were okay but the horchata latte was fantastic!Like the tiramisu but the basic Mexican breakfast was okay. So overall, depends on what you order! Service at counter is very good but expectation is you clear your table after you are done.I would go back to try more dishes for sure.“
“As per usual, I had such a great time, I’ve been more than blessed and welcomed to Melo Patisserie. The whole team is nice, smiling and really helpful. It was a sunny day and I decided to go out to get some great treats. I got myself CIABATTA BREAD sandwich with salami and Dijon. It was simply delightfully delicious, the combination of the ciabatta and the melted Swiss cheese is always a win to me but I think this is the best one I ever had. Crunchy and full of flavours. And of course my favourite the London Fog. To indulge myself I finished with a Melo passion fruit ganache gluten-free easter cake, and my heart melted. I looked at their viennoiseries as well but decided to be reasonable and to keep the crave for my next visit. They look so tasty and the layers of the croissants are so beautiful so appetizing. Despite that I enjoyed the location, the pâtisserie is beautiful, it reminds me of me Paris with the decoration and the details from the nice looking plates to even the canvas exposition, everywhere you look it’s a pleasure for the eyes. I highly and strongly recommend Melo patisserie and I’ll come back again. Thank you for the great time ?? before I forget their patio is also so cute next time I’ll bring some friends.“
“I can't believe I haven't been here before! I'm a local resident who happened to be walking by and I popped in for an espresso, fantastic! Friendly staff too. I'm planning to come back for another espresso and pick up some supplies as well.“
“Best Lahmajun and Pide!!! Free coffee with foodWe heard about this place from a friend at our break time, we decided to go and try their Lahmajun. Wow, we were amazed with the taste and prices! The Lahmajun I should say is the best in Vancouver based on the quality, taste, and the amount of beef used on the bread. Also, it is only 5.99. I also ordered Pite for to go, but I just couldn't resist and wait, and I ate the whole dish there. It tasted so delicious, and the crust was amazing, it reminded me of the Piroshki dough. We also got Ayran for only $2 which was very tasty. The prices are very affordable for the quality and taste.2 Baklava for 3.25 is the best deal! The staff are so friendly and helpful. They were so welcoming and nice.We were actually offered free coffee with our food!“
“Warm, welcoming, and trendy local coffee shop with local owner operators. Loved their wraps and tried their other brunch selections as well. Very tasty foods and very friendly owners. Definitely recommend this coffee shop if you haven'v visited the place yet!“
“SO much love for this place and the staff! everyone is so kind and customer service is top notch!my partner and i just started coming here about a month ago and already the staff call us by our names and always get our drink orders right!they are so sweet here and i feel happy to give them my money every time we visit ??Thank u specifically to Amy and Josh for being so being so welcoming ❤️“
“Love this place! If you weren't aware, ahead of time, that it was vegan, you'd never know. Just letting you non-vegans know this, so you're not scared away. :-)I had a latte and the soup/sourdough special. OMG, the bread was amazing! I was savoring the taste an hour later. Soup and latte were excellent, too.I don't know the name of the music, but I thoroughly enjoyed it. If I have one complaint, it's that it feels, as mentioned by a previous reviewer, a little like an office lunch room. It is not the most welcoming environment. That said, though, I will definitely be back. So nice to have a complete vegan coffee shop.“
“Honest to Pete Coffee Roasters is an absolute gem! The lattes here are nothing short of sublime; every sip is a testament to the full-flavored richness of the beans, perfectly complemented by the velvety steamed milk. I personally love adding just a touch of honey to mine for that extra hint of sweetness. The ambiance of the place is just as impressive as the coffee – it's intimate and brimming with character, complete with the owner's prized guitars adorning the walls. And if you're lucky, you might even be treated to a serenade by the man himself (along with his talented and beautiful partner and wife) as you enjoy your second cuppa. A truly unique and delightful experience!“
“I love this place! First time being here and I'm hooked. I had a Carmel Frappuccino and it tasted exactly how I always want them to taste ^-^ the chicken and bacon panini was delicious, and the bread was fresh made. The carmel cruffle was the perfect crisp and tasted absolutely delectable. ? will recommend. It's definitely added to my list!“
“They deserve every star! Nero is the perfect choice for a first date, coworker get together, catching up with a friend or even just going on your own to get some mindfulness time! It is always one I recommend when visiting Vancouver since you can’t go wrong! Their breakfast is amazing especially the eggs Benedict, and the portions are a great size! this is the Vancouver version of Demetres (a popular Toronto dessert restaurant).“
“A small coffee shop that looks really unassuming, but the pastries, soups and sandwiches are surprisingly good! Quote amazed by the quality of the food here. I love the apple gallete and blueberry pastry. So yummy. For lunch, I usually have their soups and their homemade stuffed pita. Very good.“
“CafeClub.ca is a fantastic online destination for coffee and tea enthusiasts. They offer a diverse selection of high-quality products, convenient subscription options, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Whether you're a seasoned coffee aficionado or just starting your journey into the world of specialty beverages, CafeClub.ca is definitely worth exploring.“
“#e Food offers a delightful dining experience with its inventive sandwiches, cozy ambiance, and commitment to quality and sustainability. Whether you're in the mood for a quick bite or a leisurely lunch, it's a must-visit for anyone looking for a top-notch sandwich in the city.“
“Every. Thing. On. Point. An amazing brew cafe with the most godly lemon loafs. Fly across all of BC for them on a regular.Edit: always a mandatory stop when I'm around and it never disappoints. Coffee is always on rotation and the lemon loaves are to die for!“
“This is such a cute spot!! I visited yesterday to have a little snack and read my book on a nice day. There aren’t too many seats but most people seem to get their drinks and food for takeout. Both employees behind the counter were very kind and helpful, the girl was asking me about my book.I ordered the salted caramel crème brûlée, pikachu macaron, and thai jasmine iced tea. All of it was absolutely delicious and so so cute. The macaron was my favourite. I’ll definitely be back :) ?“
“Amazing cozy cafe with fantastic cakes and light food options including sandwiches and korean food. Definitely try all the different cake flavors! The owner makes the most delicious cakes that have perfect sweetness and they have so many different options that we will definitely be back to try every flavor. The owners are also really nice and caring. The 5 star review on google maps speaks for itself.“
“We arrived hungry and didn't savor our food but it was delicious!! We had the Lobster tail croissant, Spicy Duck croissant and 6 of the West Coast Oysters. Pairs with a Mango bubble tea and a pineapple bubble tea with cream top. The lobster was cooked well, not rubbery at all. The oysters were probably the freshest and largest oysters we have ever had. Well worth the 21$ for 6 oysters. They could probably charge double considering the size. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit from Mission, BC to this cafe!“
“I just had to share my wonderful experience at your establishment! It was my first visit here, and I must say, it won't be my last. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with such warmth and hospitality by your incredibly welcoming staff. They truly made me feel at home. The cats, oh my goodness, they were simply adorable and so friendly! I couldn't help but smile as I watched them play and lounge around, even if some were taking a little catnap. I understand, it was evening after all!I must commend your team for maintaining such a clean and well-run space. It's evident that a lot of care goes into ensuring everything is in order for both guests and the furry residents alike. Now, onto the chai latte – wow! I'll admit, I didn't expect it to be as delicious as it was. As someone who has worked in a tea shop in Vancouver, I can confidently say it surpassed my expectations. The cute cat design on my tea was just the cherry on top!I'm already planning my next visit with friends; Catfe is definitely the perfect spot for a date or a cozy hangout with loved ones. Thank you for providing such a delightful experience. Can't wait to be back! :)))))“
“Me and my friend were in the café 3 times in just a week because it was so delicious. They have the best avocado toast i have ever eaten. Also the food came fast and the cashier was really friendly. We would always come back and recommend it to everyone in Vancouver. We also tried their Easter Cookie which was great too!!?“
“Despite the name, Kranky Cafe is staffed by the nicest, most pleasant people you will find anywhere. The vibe they've created here is everything you could want from a community cafe. I was made to feel so welcome from the first time I walked in, and since then the baristas have cared enough to remember me, learn my name, ask how I'm doing/what I'm up to and follow up on it the next time I'm back, which is sometimes a month or more later. I've really never been to a coffee shop where the baristas show such genuine interest in customers. I'm not naturally very outgoing so I usually don't really get to know staff at cafes that I frequent, but it's not like I feel like these people are forcing me to converse with them, they're just really nice and it is infectious! As wonderful as the people are, I wouldn't be coming back over and over again if the food wasn't equally as wonderful, but it absolutely is. Their baked goods are homemade and it's very evident in the quality - everything tastes so wholesome! The sandwiches and wraps are great - the Big Veg sandwich, my favourite, is a killer vegan option. And they make good drinks too. The espresso drinks are pretty standard but brewed strong (but not TOO strong), and I think all the tea drinks (including the tea lattes and just straight-up tea) are excellent. They offer a lot of variety in the menu. It's not a vegan cafe (there are plenty of meat options) but there are some very good options for vegans: an assortment of vegan baked goods and two vegan sandwiches. They whip up new things from time to time. It's pretty small inside but they have a lot of patio space for when the weather's decent. They have blankets you can use to keep warm. I love the vibe, it's colourful and cozy inside and the patio has a rustic garden feel. This is the place to visit if you need to lift your spirits.“
“Best Hawaiian and Pepperoni pizza I have had in a long time!. Definitely will be coming back and trying other pizzas they have on the menu!Dietary restrictions: I also have severe food allergies, and they were amazing with them. Felt completely safe eating here and I can’t say that very often“
“We went here for brunch on a Saturday and the place was very full. We didnt know how popular this place was so we came at peak hour. Unfortunately we had to stand outside to wait for our table due to limited standing space inside but once we went in things moved pretty quickly. One couple sitting nearby even got a gentle reminder from a server to order as soon as possible since they took too long.We got the shakshuka and the free range eggs they used tasted so much better than what we usually get at the supermarket. It’d be nicer if the eggs were less cooked but the dish overall was very pleasant. The interior is very instagrammable too. If you’re into eclectic decor with local vibes, this is the place for you. However, be aware of the time limit during the weekend.“
“A hidden gem, low key, cafe disguised in the industrial zone. It's difficult to come to this place and choose one single thing from the menu. Everything is so delicious with the authentic taste of Brazil. Not mention that everytime I go there I end up doing some small grocery shopping and taking some frozen ready meals. Everything is so good that makes me feel home. But there is one particular thing they make there that tastes even better than any of its kind I ever tried even in Brazil: the brigadeiro! They make them soft, light and not overpoweringly sweet, just the perfect recipe that you won't find anywhere else. Before going home after your meal, ask for their brigadeiro for the perfect dessert. Be prepared to end up ordering more than you planned for, you won't resist. Also, the food is made fresh, so the orders will take a while.“
“A wonderful family-run cafe and bakery! The coffee and tea are of high quality and always well made. The food is varied and delicious, and new items are always being added to the menu! The cafe is spacious, with plenty of seating and outlets if you want to get some work done! I would highly recommend to anyone in the area!“
“Nailed the online Eyewear experience. Impressed with the end to end experience. Love th try on feature on the website. It works really well. Great value for money. Satisfied with that prescription and lenses. Thank you for making glasses affordable for all.“
“Heard allot about this place and the images of their donuts look amazing…so I went to take look myself.Well they didn’t let me down, donuts look even better in person, and a good size donuts. Not only fancy designed, but delicious, the dough is nice and fluffy, not chewing like you find in other places…which in my opinion set them apart.“
“I ordered an oat milk decaf latte and a pain au chocolat. The latte was very smooth and not over steamed, but the pain au chocolat was literally the best I’ve ever had. Chocolate all throughout, not just the little stick of chocolate in the middle that you usually get, and chocolate drizzles on top!! You must try.“
“Good cafe near Kits Beach. We tried the latte, chocolate croissant and skor cookie ?Loved the croissant, even though we got it at 5pm it was super fresh and the layers were still crisp with a soft center. The latte was made well, maybe I would have enjoyed a stronger coffee. The cookie was good but just felt a bit off, I tend to like more chewy cookies.Visit this place if you like coffee and croissants!“
“I came here because I was craving a good burger, but decided to go with their brunch menu instead since it happened to be a Sunday morning. Had the steak and eggs - super tender beef, perfect golden yolks, and super satisfying crunchy smashed potatoes. Will definitely be back for the burgers! Good food, good service, and good vibes.“
“Nice and quiet cafe great for studying or working. I really liked their banana loaf, and the barista took his time to redo my London fog because it wasn’t too hot. I was only expecting that he would heat it in the microwave but appreciated that he went to a great length for customers! Highly recommend this place.“
“Visited Pallet with friends and had an amazing time! The staff, especially the manager, were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. The atmosphere was fun and lively. Not to mention, the food and drinks were delicious! Highly recommend stopping by for a great coffee experience.“
“I was very excited to go to this place and it certainly didn’t disappoint. Kunefe wasn’t as good as I hoped (6/10) but Borek, and mixed plate -especially Baba ganoosh and eggplant salad- were top notch (9/10). Turkish coffee was served in traditional form, loved it.I suggest spinach and cheese borek over cheese or the Mediterranean.“
“I had a tiramisu latte which I loved! So I can't really comment on the quality of food.As far as regular latte goes, I didn't like it. It was way too milky and too less caffeinated for my taste. That's why i cant give 5*However I recommend this place if you are in the neighborhood.“
“Amazing collection of pastries and brunch sandwiches. I tried pain chocolat, pan Swiss, laminated brioche and breakfast sando and a sweet that I don’t remember the name of which was actually the only thing that I didn’t like.I loved every item I got except the one that I don’t remember the name of and I would recommend laminated brioche the highest. I had to get 3 of those because my 3 year old son devoured them as soon as I got it so I had to get 2 for him so he let me enjoy mine!!Oh btw the cappuccino and latte was world class. Loved how fresh and aromatic it was.Update:I loved the laminated brioche so much that I came back again alone to enjoy it to the fullest it was amazing again.I also tried pan Swiss again and tried a new item: Ciabatta. I wasn’t the fan of the ciabatta especially the soggy grilled lettuce was not appetizing at all and the best thing about that sandwich was eating the bread by itself. I would recommend breakfast sando over ciabatta every time.Kid-friendliness: It is very kid friendly the chef actually came to our table just to meet my 3 year old who twice ate my laminated brioche making me have to go back and order laminated brioche 2 separate times until I finally got to eat it.“
“Breakfast was delicious. The place is small and very busy, but we didn't wait too long. Good variety on the menu, with different types of coffee and a choice of milk. The salmon avocado omelet was so good with yummy sauce inside. Perfect location to spend your time after breakfast by the ocean.“
“This is a super cute little coffee shop right next to Burrard Station. The Italian gentleman (Mario, presumably) who runs the place is very charming and absolutely hilarious, and the other staff are very sweet and helpful as well. Ordered a caffè latte and a caprese panini and was very happy with it. Will definitely come back next time I'm in the area!Vegetarian options: I really enjoyed the caprese panini (with cheese but no meat), they have other vegetarian options as well“
“Cafe kitsune is a cute little cafe in Gastown. The ham and cheese croissant was tasty with a hint of sweetness. The cappuccino was nice - great foamy milk. The service really stood out to me. Everyone was so friendly - made me feel very relaxed.“
“Absolutely love this coffee shop. The seats are so incredibly comfortable, which is such a luxury when you're spending time in a cafe to study, read or work. The atmosphere is beautiful with a moss wall, and really unique artwork. I liked that there's an area around the corner from where you order to give you privacy and less noise to work in. The lighting is super cool - lit up marble finishes. I had a Chaga latte for the first time, and it was so good! I'll definitely be back to try the food.“
“Delicious matcha latte and ice cream!!It's a shame that there isn't enough space to sit, so there are times when there are no seats, but it was still very delicious!I ordered a latte without sugar, and the rich matcha flavor was the best!! It was really nice to be able to enjoy the sweetness with vanilla/matcha ice cream on top!!!This is a store I want to visit whenever I have space.. hahaIt was even better that the clerk treated me kindly!!“
“Lively, small cafe with a ton of greenery! No outlets so not great for remote working and wifi was moderately fast. Much better suited for socially grabbing coffee for which it had a wonderful atmosphere.Matcha was very high quality but could use more whisking since there were small matcha clumps in the drink. Tasted creamy and earthy. Thought all the pastries looked superb. Overall, good spot and worth visiting!“
“I am very picky about my matcha and this is my favourite spot to grab a matcha latte. They use a nice grade of matcha, prepare the matcha base properly with a matcha whisk, and the matcha to other ingredient ratio has been consistently good!Their hojicha latte and coffee drinks are also very good! LOVE the baked goods here. The staff are also wonderful! It’s located at E Hastings and Garden Dr along the main road (accessible by the R5 bus or 7 Nanaimo). Seating is limited, but the ambience is so cozy.“
“Livni Café & Bakery captivates patrons with its inviting atmosphere and delectable offerings. The cafe's warm ambiance and welcoming decor provide a charming setting for indulging in freshly baked goods and expertly brewed coffee. From artisanal pastries to savory delights, the menu boasts a delightful variety sure to satisfy any palate. The attentive service further enhances the experience, ensuring each visit is both pleasurable and memorable. Whether for a quick bite or a leisurely afternoon, Livni Café & Bakery stands out as a delightful destination for those seeking quality baked goods and a comforting cafe experience.“
“Warm and gooey… I make a mess every time licking my fingers at the end. But that is a part of my ritual of eating the best cinnamon roll in town!A bit pricy (almost $6 a pc) and quite sweet (always with glaze) but it is ok to indulge myself sometimes, right?“
“What a hidden gem. Found it on Google and when we pulled up outside, I questioned it. But the food is excellent ? And the service was great too. Good quality breakfasts and delicious coffee. The bread tasted homemade, and the sausage was worth the upgrade. Also note, the bathroom is a Dr Who Tardis. Amazing. And there were board games to play while you waited (not for long) for food. A great spot that I'll make time for during my next Vancouver visit“
“The good was amazing, I had the enchanted forest waffles and the espresso martini, I would definitely order both again! Also some excellent and friendly service by our waiter Chris.I am definitely going to go back again!Dietary restrictions: Dairy free and gluten free friendly!!“
“It was a pleasant surprise finding this cafe in Richmond. Small cafe consisting 2 tables, but looked nicely decorated inside.I stopped by to get Brown sugar latte in 12oz ($6.25). Latte art was super adorable. My drink wasn’t too sweet, but fresh and frothy like ones from other coffee chains. I’ll give minus 1 star as drink wasn’t filled to the rim. I wish they filled it to the top instead of under pouring.“
“I am never disappointed when I go to Trafiq. Whether to grab a quick drink or a bite to eat. The service and food is always excellent. Their cakes are especially delicious and a big hit for birthdays.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free, dairy free options“
“I love my CCs Corner! They serve THE BEST espresso, latte, americano, and hot chocolate! I’m spoiled. I love their decor, friendly service, casual atmosphere. The lunch and Za are sooooooooo delicious..homemade food prepared with tons of love and care. Thank you CC for being “
