Quick shout-out to Mohammad his service is really spot-on and pays attention to every detail. “I usually love Real Star Bubble Tea and buy the same drink every day from other locations, but this branch was disappointing. The drink was mostly water — the slush was thin, and even though I paid extra for mango, it had less mango than a regular one elsewhere. It seems the worker isn’t using the proper amount of ingredients. I don’t blame the store, but please train your staff better on portioning. People are paying for quality, not a watered-down drink. I will mark this location in my google map and will try to not come back to this location again.“

“I went to this store for the first time while heading out if the city for 4 days and i found out one of the vapes wouldn't charge past 5%. When I tried to exchange it the employee didn't know how to handle it because returns are only allowed within 24 hours of purchase. The employee called the owner and after a few minutes of questions the owner allowed the exchange.

Only 4 stars because the employee tried to blame me for the malfunction, only offered me a 15% discount from "my next purchase" and even said to the owner that "more than the normal amount of juice is gone" making me feel he thought i was trying to scam even though I only could use the one charge, there was 65% juice left and it was only a $40 disposable vape.“
