“This place looks and feels different compared to other Korean restaurants, the decor and walls are uniquely designed and the food selections is plenty. There is lots of sauce on the dishes we ordered and everything looked appealing. Would recommend to try out this place.“

“Friendly traditional Korean restaurant. Long queue during dinner time but worth the wait.“

“The king size dumplings are super tasty and the kimichi tastes super fresh. Highly recommend in term of the quality of the food and the dumplings are about $1-2 dollars cheaper than the other one. It tastes not as salty than the others nearby but its not as big (that has terrible customer service) that sells the same thing. Update: just went into the store in person to check out the place today. The server who greeted me had NO customer service. After I ordered she kicked me out of the store to stand in the cold for 10 mins to wait for the food...and there was only her and the cook and no other customer in the store. I have also ordered their homemade kimichi as a side and it is such a small bowl but more expensive than the other korean restaurant (theirs small kimichi is $3 bucks) nearby who served similar food....hmmmmmm worth to give it a try but the customer service will keep me from going into the store for a bit. Just order take out its easier“

“Must-try:
Soy sauce crab – flavorful and unique! I just wish they served seaweed to enjoy it properly. The marinade slightly changes the crab’s texture in an interesting way.
Also good:
Stir-fried squid – tasty, with perfectly crunchy veggies.
Warm option:
Gamja Tang – hearty and comforting, but a touch salty toward the end.“

“I really don't regret it. Of all the Korean restaurants I've been to, the food service and visuals were all the best!! I was impressed after taking a bite. I think I will have a fun trip thanks to Deokman :) May you prosper~!!
I especially recommend squid fried rice to those who like spicy food.!!“

“Updates: We have been there more recently and the food quality and quantity has improved. Also, if you like braised pork hog (jokbal) or braised pork belly (bossam), this is the place to go. Their shabu shabu is still pricey.
Come here only if you like plan Korean noodle or big Korean dumpling (myungdong). Their shabu shabu is expensive for the little amount of food you get. For $17.99 each person, you get only 13 pieces of thinly sliced beef for 2 people (that means 6 pieces of beef per person).“

“We got the sea mustard soup combo, cold noodles, and sausage gukbap. I was pleasantly surprised by the marinated shrimp on the side, and the taste was top-notch for all of them—super authentic and replicating the quality and flavor of Korea.
I would return to try the other dishes as well.“

“We love to come to the Great Wall and always bring an empty container because their portion is big for me and my kids.
찹쌀 탕수육(Sticky rice Tangsuyuk) was really chewy. Best in town.
짜장면 (Jajangmyeon) and 짬짜면 (jjamjjamyeon) are as good as they can be.“

Finally, I ordered Sauced chicken
I was so addicted to eat this
This is the real Korean Chicken taste I have ever eaten in Toronto
The owner is so kind and I feel the owner's attitude and efforts for food are serious

“The owner is real cool. I love the Padak there. It is the best in town as far I know. Worth going. Enough food for what you pay for! Love it! Some cute waiters too. Plus coffee is available when you are done your meal.“

“The place is hidden, so it was a bit confusing to find at first. We got the boneless medium yangnyeom and honeyed soy garlic chicken. The chicken was really crispy and fresh, clean meat, good portion for the price. They put the sauce on a separate container, so the chicken stayed crispy when we ate it.
We tried it for the first time with our friends, and the honeyed soy garlic was our favorite. Our friends even said it was probably one of the best korean fried chicken they've had, and the kids loved it too. It will take a bit for the order to be ready, as there is only one person working there. We'll definitely come back!“
