“After a lighthearted evening watching & Juliet, we made our way to Scaddabush for some Italian comfort food.

All of EnD Adventures was together — our daughters, friends, and the two of us — which already set the tone for a memorable night out.

Despite the restaurant being packed, we were seated quickly. Our server, Noah, stopped by early with menus and the nightly specials. It was clear the entire team was hustling; drinks took longer than usual, but Noah was doing everything he could to keep the pace.

The space itself was a delight. Warm lighting, thoughtful décor, and those whimsical canned vegetables added a quirky charm that made the room feel inviting and full of character. There was always something interesting to notice.

The fresh mozzarella — their signature — absolutely lived up to its reputation. Creamy, rich, and beautifully prepared, it was easily the standout of the table.

Our meals arrived hot and exactly as ordered, and everyone enjoyed their choices. The only real downside was the long gaps between check-ins for drink refills or questions. With several large tables nearby and the restaurant buzzing, it was understandable, though still noticeable.

All in all, it was a lovely evening, and we’d happily return — perhaps to a quieter location next time, just to see how the service feels when the pace isn’t quite so intense.

“I had a lovely birthday dinner date here, everything, from the food, to the service, to the atmosphere, was amazing. To start we got the peach bellini slush and strawberry aperol sour, both of which were tasty and refreshing, and did not taste like alcohol. For an appetizer, we shared a plate of fried calamari rings, which was scrumptious. The marinara dipping sauce paired well and the acidity cut the greasiness of the oils. Onto the main dishes, the vodka rigatoni was exceptional, and the portion was quite big! I loved the sauce and the small chunks of meat, although I did find the cheese on top a bit strange. The mushroom pizza also tasted great, however, I would probably recommend getting pasta over pizza here, since that seems to be their niche. For dessert, we ordered a tiramisu, which was exceptional, probably the best tiramisu I've had from a restaurant. NOTE: be careful when scooping the first bite, because we both choked on the cocoa powder, which was very funny. Overall, I absolutely loved my experience dining here, and I would love to come back with my girl friends on a night out, I feel like that would be an ultimate vibe. I also want to come check out their happy hour so I can try some of their drinks for $10.“

“It was my first time here and I know I shall be returning several times again. We were greeted by the wonderful Mr. Giovanni and seated immediately (do make a reservation, space is a bit limited) ..we ordered the Chicken Parmigiana, Fettuccini bolognese and for dessert the Tiramisu, chocolate lava cake and a cappuccino. The accompanying Garlic rosemary bread is fantastic! The food and desserts were par excellence, really hearty and well made, truly authentic and delicious. The pasta was made fresh in house, light and perfectly cooked. The Chicken Parmigiana was a very pleasant surprise. Go for the desserts, especially the Tiramisu it was worth all the calories.
Service was excellent, Christina and Reina were so friendly, hospitable and kind as was the main man Mr. Giovanni who made sure every table was personally tended to. Truly hard working and kind staff, something I come across not too often these days in the city. I will be visiting again to try the other dishes they have to offer, but in the meanwhile just want to give this place all the praise it truly deserves.“

He was very knowledgeable about all the food and was able to suggest dishes for food allergies. I was so excited to go to our first Michelin star restaurant to celebrate a birthday and an anniversary. I was hoping to be able to meet Rob Rossi but I didn't just meet him, he was aware of our celebration and he took the time to come and great us .....I am a foodie so I was truly star struck. David Minicucci went above and beyond getting us a perfect table and ensuring we had a wonderful celebration. Our server Quinn was friendly and efficient and was able to offer his opinion on main dishes we selected. The portions were more than generous and both of us were provided with take away containers. My friend has decided to book a family birthday here later this month. And I plan to return to Trattoria Di Parma early in November with friends who will be visiting from Calgary. Final comments: Great food, great service and very reasonable prices.“

“We had reservations for a party of 7 adults to celebrate a birthday. We happened to arrive on time at 5:30pm and were politely greeted and seated by Gabby. She informed us that we had arrived in time to take advantage of Happy Hour pricing for our drinks, which we agreed to. We ordered several glasses of wine and beer, and it was a nice surprise to pay much less than normal pricing. The service that she provided was exceptional and all of our party really enjoyed chatting with such a nice and friendly waitress.
