“This was our 2nd visit for lunch. We had chicken pad Thai and Bun Bo Hue today (attached pics) which were as delicious as the Pho combo and Chicken white meat soup that we had a two weeks ago. Flavourful soup, tender meat, reasonable prices for large portion sizes, nice ambience, friendly staff and lots of parking in large plaza. This place has become one of our favourite lunch spots!

The Chà Giò (spring rolls) were perfectly crisp on the outside, packed with savoury filling, and begging to be dipped into nuoc cham.

But it’s the soups that truly shine. The Phò Suon Bò Xí Quách was rich and hearty, with fall-off-the-bone beef ribs in a broth so flavourful it could stand on its own. The Phò Nąm offered comforting simplicity, while the Phò Tái Nąm combined rare tender beef with well-done flank for the perfect mix of textures in every spoonful.

“I was recommended to try this place specifically for their chicken wings by a complete stranger. Normally I don't take just anyones suggestion for new (to me) food places to check out, but I trusted this person, and am so glad that I did, as I discovered not only some of the very best (and unique) chicken wings I've had in the entire city/GTA, but everything else we ordered was so incredibly flavour-packed and fresh- an instant favourite and new go-to, even if it's a little bit out of our way; definitely worth the trek. The things feature a completely unique and new-to-me flavour, but I loved them so incredibly much. The fine rice vermicelli with grilled beef, chicken, and pork, was INCREDIBLE, each bite so packed with flavour and varying textures- I love the inclusion of thin apple slices, I've not yet seen that. Absolutely delicious. And the pho, incredible as well, as was the mango shake. The place is very clean and cozy, nicely decorated, and staff very friendly and attentive. Wow, so happy to have discovered this absolute gem of a spot- cannot wait for my next visit, so many things I want to try on the menu still- I'm going to bring many people here; it deserves to blow up in popularity!“

Second time here, tried the Satay Pho and really enjoyed it 9/10! I've also improved my previous 3/5 atmosphere rating to 5/5 as the inside temperature was perfect this time!

The vermicelli with grilled pork was a 10/10 and the pho with beef balls was a 8.5/10. Pho was a bit pricey compared to other spots, and I gave 3/5 for atmosphere because it was a bit too warm in the restaurant. Maybe turn down the heat a bit lol. Will be back to try some more stuff!“

“I found the place to be very chilly...as in you definitely need a sweater. Went there for roughly 7:30 - 8 pm on a Wednesday. I was surprised that the first thing we were told is that they are out of rice and vermicelli. The only thing we could choose from was appetizers and soups. Other than that the food was good, portions were a good size. I did appreciate that the broth was not overly salty which allowed me to add as I needed and other sauces were not overwhelmed. Seats comfortably held our party so there was plenty of room to eat and for the meals ordered.“

“I've been to so many Vietnamese restaurants in Markham, and this is my favorite one. A lot of other Vietnamese places use quite a bit of MSG, but this one, I can tell there's none, or maybe just a very minimal amount. My mouth never gets dry after eating at Pho Mi 88 in Markham. My family has been coming here for years, my kids were toddlers back then, and now they're going to university, and we’re still coming here for their delicious Vietnamese noodles.“

“I’m a huge fan of Vietnamese food and have been eating it all over the GTA and beyond—Scarborough, downtown Toronto, Mississauga, Guelph, Kitchener, Waterloo—since the 80s. Pho Quinn instantly shot into my top three after just one visit.

The menu is full of the street-food classics: pho, vermicelli bowls, rice plates. It had been a while since I’d had Viet, so I stuck to the basics. Started with rice paper spring rolls (the fresh ones). Thick, simple, generous shrimp, and a peanut sauce that was exactly right. Then shrimp paste on sugar cane—and you could actually taste fresh shrimp. Big thumbs up.

For the main, I went with a vermicelli bowl: grilled chicken, deep-fried spring roll, the usual mix of noodles, carrots, cucumber, greens, and Thai basil. The chicken had a nice hint of lemongrass, just enough to stand out. The spring roll was decent, even if I wasn’t totally sure what was inside.

The space looks better than your typical no-frills Vietnamese spot. Dark wood, cozy booths, still casual, but a level up. Service was exactly what I expect from a solid Viet restaurant: friendly, attentive, no hovering.

This was my first Vietnamese outing in a while, and Pho Quinn hit that sweet spot: good prices, clean and comfortable, and a menu that feels fresh without trying too hard. There’s a cheaper spot closer to me, but it looks a little… questionable. Here, dinner for two with tip was around $50—even with me over-ordering appetizers and taking some home. In today’s world, that’s a steal. And honestly, I’d have paid double at many Chinese restaurants for food nowhere near this good.

Vietnamese places just know how to deliver quality—and Pho Quinn is proof. I will be coming back for the Pho which for me is always the test of a Vietnamese restauant.“

“Amazing food, fast service and had good vibes but it was kind of weird hearing staffs swear. The restaurant is fairly small and quiet since I visited early in the morning and staffs were chatting and swearing loudly. Probably wouldn't bring kids here, but overall really enjoyed my meal.

We got the big platter and mango salad, was too much for 2 people. Also an egg coffee. Food was good, chao tom was okay but everything else was excellent, especially good seasonings on the meat. Portion also didn't disappoint.

One of my all-time top 3 pho spots in Toronto. 13 years ago, this was where I had my very first bowl of pho after arriving in Canada — and I still remember how comforting it was. Today, even with sky-high inflation, their prices remain incredibly fair, and there’s no tipping required. It’s rare to see a place stay so consistent in both quality and value. This five-star review is long overdue. Thank you for being part of my journey all these years.“

“To be honest, there are more and more high-quality pho restaurants opening up in Markham lately. Compared to those, this place is fairly average in terms of both taste and ambiance. That said, their prices are quite reasonable, so it can still be considered a decent, everyday option.

I also want to mention that there’s a middle-aged male server—I’ve been here a few times, and he always seems a bit unfriendly and impatient. I’m not sure if he’s the owner himself.

Overall, with the growing competition in the local pho scene, this restaurant might need to rethink and improve its business strategy if they want to stay in the game long-term. I also liked that there was a large selection and that you can tailor the components of your entree easily. This is great because it means more choices. I think it would be great if they had some good BOGO sales or special offers so that people in the area can try it out without much risk and maybe make it one of their regular stops.“

Try their chicken satays with peanut sauce if you can. We liked the pineapple chicken fried rice too.
You could avoid the spicy Thai noodles as they were not spicy but rather overly salty.

“Me and my family have been going here for 3-4 years now and it’s still never disappoints. My dad is one of my hardest people to please but one thing is for sure, he loves pho. During covid we tired many many pho places but nothing seems to hit the spot. Either the soup made us thirsty after drinking, portions were so small, not enough meat or prices were too high. Until we came across this place.

To start off service is always good. We’re greeted by a friendly face and given hot tea and menus right away. They have many opinions to choose from but I recommend getting the house special pho (P01). admittedly once it arrives at the table, meat and noodles are filled to the top steaming hot (a very good sign). The soup was very good and did not leave us thirsty at all we finished everything. Jasmine garden never disappoints the owners are such sweet people if you need any adjustment just let them know!

I go to very legit places in Seattle and this places measures up.

“The food, service, and the interior is amazing! I got the matcha and mango salad. The matcha powder they use is high quality which makes it taste super good! For syrup options they had normal sweetener, salted caramel, and vanilla. I got the vanilla syrup in mine and it tasted like green tea ice cream! The mango salad has the perfect sauce that has just the right amount of sweetness. Each piece of mango is cut up into the perfect bite sizes. Overall I would come here again.“
