“Great (mostly) authentic Japanese bakery goods. Does cater somewhat to American/ethnic tastes for some products without impacting the authentic items and everything tastes great. Their anpan and melonpan are perfect representations of tradition, while the edamame curry donuts are great twists for vegans.“

Her cakes are absolutely delicious (the best I’ve had in my entire life) and she brought the vision of our wedding cake to life beautifully. Her flavors are rich, the cake is moist, and her frosting balances out everything so well. We had the hardest time deciding on our wedding cake flavor because every sample she provided us was THAT good!! You cannot go wrong with Jen for any of your baked good needs. “I ordered the Minnie Mouse cake for my daughter’s 51st birthday. It looked just like the picture, however, the cake tasted delicious! The buttercream frosting was also terrific. Sometimes there is so much on the cake it over powers the taste of the cake. The wait staff and some customers at the restaurant wanted to know where we got the cake from. So we told them. Thank you Cake It for helping me make my daughter’s birthday and her feel very special.“

“Oh my goodness! The key lime pound cake was heavenly... light and fluffy, not too sweet but hits hour tastebuds in all the right places. Yummy. And the chocolate chip pound cafe was so good, at first bite I was happy but once I tasted the chocolate frosting... I squealed! I may or may not have had 3 slices.... worry about yourself!“

“Best Bahn Mi sandwich! Went to Beaverton site (much bigger and nicer than original SE location). The freshest bread and the pickled veggies plus a variety of proteins to choose from. A great alternative to the humdrum hamburger. Definitely Recommend.“

“Recently I ordered Hopping Oats treats but received Potato Pleasers instead. When I called to report the problem, the staff was quick to apologize and sent out the correct order the same day. When it arrived two days later, I was surprised and delighted to find they'd included an extra package. Customer service like this is so rare these days!“

“Everything I got from La Rose was so delicious, my friends and I were tempted to go back twice in one day! The cream cheese bun and the cheesecake were some definite favorites. The presentation of these desserts was so beautiful, my friends and I could not stop talking about it. Some really unique items here that I am sad I won’t be able to get at home, but make me really looking forward to coming again soon even though I live far away! “La Provence in Beaverton is our favorite location in this excellent chain, and we always enjoy their wonderful food when we are visiting the area. Their bakery has suppled us with many welcomed hostess or celebration gifts (oh, those macarons!) over the years. The staff is excellent as well (hi, Cory, thanks again!). Highly recommended.“

“I used to live in Beverton back in early 80's when most asian were Vietnamese. But by surprised of K-Culture popularity now everything Korean has strongly taken over the world. I'm glad as Dae Han Min Guk person. My old town has PB. But wishes the could make 2 1/2 foot wide cake of Diamond Bar CA Bonjour bakery of another Korean bakery store. But in time I will visit Beverton to show my family how I was raised up in the boony time. Please PB make sure to add huge Korean cake in your line up.“

“These are great. We had these delivered to work and each person was able to pick their own flavor and they are all very good. I can tell you the Blueberry Crumble is amazing and my co-workers loved the Raspberry Pistachio, the Maple Bacon, the original and the Key Lime Coconut. The price is also good for the size and the amount toppings on these. YUM!!“

“Karam catered our wedding and was a definite crowd-pleaser. We ordered lamb and chicken shawarma, chicken kebab, falafel, tabouleh, dolmas, and majadra, along with hummus and baba ghannouj. Everything was delicious, just as it is whenever we dine or get takeout from Karam. Our only regret is that we didn't order baklava, too!“
