“Jen is absolutely fantastic! We got our wedding cake from here & through every step of the process she was responsive and helpful. Her cakes are absolutely delicious (the best I’ve had in my entire life) and she brought the vision of our wedding cake to life beautifully. Her flavors are rich, the cake is moist, and her frosting balances out everything so well. We had the hardest time deciding on our wedding cake flavor because every sample she provided us was THAT good!! You cannot go wrong with Jen for any of your baked good needs. “I’ve only been here a couple times, it gets the job done when you’ve got a craving.
Need to train people in customer service. Maybe I’m just getting old but a greeting when you come in, or even just an acknowledgment would be nice.
This is definitely just a “grab your order and get out” type of place. No frills, almost an aseptic feel to it.“

People need to quit harassing customer service workers then being surprised everywhere is short staffed.

“Karam catered our wedding and was a definite crowd-pleaser. We ordered lamb and chicken shawarma, chicken kebab, falafel, tabouleh, dolmas, and majadra, along with hummus and baba ghannouj. Everything was delicious, just as it is whenever we dine or get takeout from Karam. Our only regret is that we didn't order baklava, too!“

“Breakfast sandwich is delicious. However, I was alone at the counter for 5 minutes before either of the 2 people prepping mint behind the counter would ring me up. The flaps to the trash cans are quite nasty, lots of smeared food on them so grab another paper for the trays so you can throw away your trash.
Super gross.

“These are great. We had these delivered to work and each person was able to pick their own flavor and they are all very good. I can tell you the Blueberry Crumble is amazing and my co-workers loved the Raspberry Pistachio, the Maple Bacon, the original and the Key Lime Coconut. The price is also good for the size and the amount toppings on these. YUM!!“
