“Breakfast at Cameos to start our day touring Portland. Cute little place with good coffee, serve and food. Hubby had the Marcia Special which came with biscuits and gravy,hashbrowns and he added 2 overeasy eggs. He said the gravy was good but the biscuits were a little mushy. I had the senior which came with one egg, a huge hot cake and 2 strips of bacon. Bacon was nice and crispy. Good meal to start our busy day.“

“I cannot stress how good this place is. The coffee is exceptional, the food- so good. Do you like avocado toast? Well, come on down! You like buffalo chicken wraps with croutons and blue cheese? They got you! Great place for a meeting or to hang out! They know their regulars and treat everyone really well. 100/10 recommend.“

“Wow! We have been fans of Dean's Homestyle Cafe for many years. When the new owner's took it over this year, we were concerned about whether the comfortable, flavorful, "homestyle" experience we were used to would remain. The new team has done great! The staff is super friendly and working hard to make people feel welcome, learning names of regulars, and carrying on a place with a great reputation. The food is still excellent with super generous, well prepared portions and very reasonable prices. Well done!“

“There are few places you can go to have a delicious and nutritious meal while helping others! The food at Stone Soup is delicious and hearty, the atmosphere is open and inviting and the service is great. I had a cup of potato soup and the bahn mi sandwich. I was super full and everything was very tasty. I look forward to going back to try more of their dishes, especially the NY Penicillin soup!“

“I love Ruby’s! I’ve been eating here basically every week for a year and it’s consistently a very fine eatery! Ruby (not THE Ruby) is a joy to see every week and a customer service WIZ. Drake and the rest of the crew as well are all so sweet and lovely. This isn’t even mentioning how delicious all the food is and how creative the drink menu always is. I love the little hand made signage they do regularly. All in all one of my favorite places!“
“Found this place this morning while searching for a good coffee spot in town and ironically, it’s actually called “Good Coffee”! Definitely lives up to the name. The coffee was delicious, and my Cortado was made perfectly. I wish I had gotten the barista’s name, she was so nice and genuinely took the time to ask about how I like my coffee. Great experience all around!“

“This is actually a 4.5 star review. The owner of this place is super nice, the prices are fair, but unfortunately the temperature of the coffee is consistently way too hot. I even ask for my coffee at 150 degrees and it still take 10-15 minutes for it to cool down to where I can drink it. The thing is that milk heated to that temp burns the milk and even when it cools down, the flavor is not good. I know they were trained by Stumptown to use their hands to decide when the milk is done, but unfortunately, that doesn’t create a consistent temperature. I would highly recommend a thermometer or timer. I have a few friends who specifically don’t come here because of this. I think this alone is keeping them from being next level. Other than this, they really are a nice coffee shop, with very nice baristas. 🫶“

“This place is so 🔥! Great ideas for drinks and food adding the protein. And everything actually tastes so good, you wouldn’t even know! Also the host Zumba and dancing and it’s so fun! Highly recommend. They are not getting the traffic they should!“

“Pretty standard boba shop. We got here an hour and a half before closing and they were all out of boba which was a huge bummer. Followed up a recommendation from a friend and tried this spot out. Not blown away but not bad at all. Taro smoothie was great. Avocado smoothie was blah.“

“The coffee shop is under new management and am impressed with the changes. The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming and attentive. I also loved their new coffee beans - the coffee tastes richer and more flavorful. It is great to see this community coffee house thriving and I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend stopping in and giving them a try!“

“I am obsessed with this place.. everything I’ve gotten has been so good. I had never had croffle before and they are so amazing. The tiramisu & pork floss/salted egg ones were delicious. The egg cream coffee is so fire. I also had the mashed taro drink about a year ago and that seriously changed my life, I had never had anything like that before and it was an experience.“
“Elevator Coffee in NE Portland was recently named the best coffee in the United States. Never tried it, so I ordered a couple bags of beans and had them shipped to my place. Got a bag of Counterweight Blend and a bag of Lift Blend. Delicious“
