I just have a criticism of the Human Bean co in general (actually Dutch Bros does this too)-- WHY can't you tip with cards like you can at any other establishment???!! It's so stupid! “I couldn't get a pic before my husband ate them but our drinks came with a few chocolate covered espresso beans that he absolutely loved he said they toast them just right. I loved my drink, the Java chip granita, it was just the perfect balance of bitter and sweet since they use dark chocolate in the drink. His drink was really pretty not too sure what he got flavor wise but he got one of the bright energy drinks it's on the sweeter side so if syrup sweet isn't ur thing I wouldn't recommend it but I loved it! very sweet and fruity!“

“Super disappointed I don't come to town very often but when I do I always like to go get an iced coffee. I get there at 602, not realizing they sit close at 6 o'clock. Sorry, I already closed everything down. I've been closed down for a little bit. I don't understand why these places are always close up. And have everything cleaned app before it's even close time. Last time it was 5 minutes before close, and they didn't want to serve me.
I've had some good experiences. But today, definitely not being one of them in my opinion, they need employees, you know, like to work. They don't mind staying 5 minutes later, 10 minutes later, to clean up to make someone's day to make their coffee on their way out of town. “Hands down my favorite Dutch Bros in town. I'm pretty set on my Rebel being hand-blended and perfectly made LOL these people never seem to fail. Had an issue yesterday with something on my card and went in this morning and they fix it instantly with smiles on their faces. These people definitely deserve a shout out and they are doing an amazing job. Pretty rare to see people who are working hard and constantly but also are genuinely cool people. 7:30 a.m. Wednesday September 6th. If the owner sees this the crew that was working at that time deserves a huge shout out for being genuinely good people“

“I guess it's impolite when you're limited on money and spending over $5 for a small coffee, to not leave an average tip. The staff were quite rude and judgmental. The next coffee could have been a bigger tip girls but you wonder why your tip jar is so light? Always smile and say please and thank you and work for your damn money. “This is our second favorite Chinese restaurant in the area. The food is fresh. And the staff are very nice. However, the flavors are bland. The Mongolian Beef needs to be spicy. Even with asking for it to be hotter, it bland. The lo mein noodles in their photo are thick, but what you get is a very thin noodle. What brought me here is to let the owner know that their crab puffs have NO crab flavor. It's basically cream cheese and nothing else. Please add some imitation crab or scallions. Other than those few suggestions, we still like this place.“

“Stopped by around 11am with my daughter. I selected a cinnamon roll and Marion berry cinnamon roll. My daughter chose a Marion berry cinnamon roll and a brownie. This was our first visit and we were NOT disappointed! The cinnamon rolls were absolutely delicious! They reminded me of the rolls my mom used to make when we were children. So tall and fluffy with just the right amount of cinnamon and frosting. Scrumptious! The brownie had such a wonderful, deep, rich cocoa flavor. So good! Next time I stop by I’ll get there early so I can see all of the awesome selections! Highly recommend a visit!“

“I stopped at Royal Coffee this morning and couldn't help myself by stopping at SnoBall Mini Donuts. I tried a variety. My favorite was the Strawberries and Creme and the SnoBall Donut. I love how they are made to order and warm when you get them. I definitely will be back!!“

"Marinated tempeh, onions, mushrooms bell peppers on a hoagie roll". The vegan cheese was so delicious. I paired it with sweet potato fries and I was definitely satisfied!!“

“Met a friend here, it was surprisingly quiet which made our visit very enjoyable. Ordered a gouda breakfast sandwich, bacon was not cooked. Had to return and ask for a 2nd, hence the low rating on food and service. Things happen, I'll be back to this Starbucks and I'd definitely recommend the dirty chai 👍

About this employee "AJ" Amazing guy he was so outgoing,kind, and so happy he mad my bad day good.. and not to mention the next day and just today he remembered my drink and name and this is what I call customer service .I'm a nurse who takes pride in interacting with people and the small details are to me so very important to me as it shows you care about the people you come into contact with and this to me. People don't realize what affect u can have on some who u spoke with a week ago and asking them about the important things they spoke about that day makes people feel special and cared about. So I will say I love going to Dutch Bros as all there employees are the Bomb but for the past 2 weeks my Favorite will have to be AJ.. he deserves to be recognized for being such a nice and kind person and he's a great employee he should be very proud Dutch Bros... Lots of love for my Dutch Brothers and sisters keep coming back I said the bomb place I won't go anywhere else.
