“Definitely the best designer coffee in the Rogue Valley. Their coffee is mild and does not have that bitter aftertaste that Dutch Bros does. They also have an amazing holiday program that enables customers to purchase gift cards and receive free coffee for every $20. I buy a years worth of gift cards to buy my coffee for the year and ration them. I would never buy expensive coffee without their holiday gift card promo, so they’ve found a way to keep a customer returning, even against their own financial judgement. Lol“

“I couldn't get a pic before my husband ate them but our drinks came with a few chocolate covered espresso beans that he absolutely loved he said they toast them just right. I loved my drink, the Java chip granita, it was just the perfect balance of bitter and sweet since they use dark chocolate in the drink. His drink was really pretty not too sure what he got flavor wise but he got one of the bright energy drinks it's on the sweeter side so if syrup sweet isn't ur thing I wouldn't recommend it but I loved it! very sweet and fruity!“

I do recommend that if you get a normal cup of coffee you ask for extra of the flavor and sugar if you prefer sweeter coffee. But overall amazing. “The atmosphere at any and all Dutch Bros is always cheerful and energetic! The “kids” (young adults) are all amazing. They get music playing and sometimes it can be a little loud, but definitely ALWAYS enjoyable and fun!!
I prefer Dutch Bros over Starbucks mainly because I can get almost any drink made sugar free. This is a huge reason I love Dutch Bros!! Customization is key to great drinks and extremely happy customers like myself ☺️“

“Love my Dutch!! Every one that I've been to makes exactly what I asked for, which means they have amazing listening skills. The staff are always kind, compassionate, and full of enthusiasm, which I personally love. The only thing that could be a changed a little would be the music volume, or the person needs to stick their head out so they can actually jear my order... this only happens every great once in a while. You are truly appreciated Dutch Bros... thanks for always being there. Hopefully, we will get one in Medford to become 24 hrs, instead of having to drive to C.P.“

Asked them to make my drink. Got it. First thing that came to my mind was. They need to go to Jacksonville stand for training. . Keep up the fabulous work!!!“

“Super disappointed I don't come to town very often but when I do I always like to go get an iced coffee. I get there at 602, not realizing they sit close at 6 o'clock. Sorry, I already closed everything down. I've been closed down for a little bit. I don't understand why these places are always close up. And have everything cleaned app before it's even close time. Last time it was 5 minutes before close, and they didn't want to serve me.
I've had some good experiences. But today, definitely not being one of them in my opinion, they need employees, you know, like to work. They don't mind staying 5 minutes later, 10 minutes later, to clean up to make someone's day to make their coffee on their way out of town. “A woman with couple of passenger's in front of me took well over 6 minutes to place their order & she had already been speaking with Barista in line, it took WAY TOO long... more chit chat than ordering. Then when leaving woman in car kept stopping in front of me when I was leaving... I didn't do or say anything sitting there waiting for them to place order. It was Rude.“

I ordered a Dutch freeze with half a shot of hazelnut, but it just wasn’t the same this time for some reason it didn’t taste like there was any coffee in it at all is kind of strange to me. Maybe it was too early in the morning, but all in all, this is my favorite place of all the Dutch Brothers.“

“Stopped by around 11am with my daughter. I selected a cinnamon roll and Marion berry cinnamon roll. My daughter chose a Marion berry cinnamon roll and a brownie. This was our first visit and we were NOT disappointed! The cinnamon rolls were absolutely delicious! They reminded me of the rolls my mom used to make when we were children. So tall and fluffy with just the right amount of cinnamon and frosting. Scrumptious! The brownie had such a wonderful, deep, rich cocoa flavor. So good! Next time I stop by I’ll get there early so I can see all of the awesome selections! Highly recommend a visit!“

“Fantastic veggie/vegan breakfast burrito. Seasoned tofu scramble (you won’t miss the eggs) and LOADED with veggies! Wrap even nicely browned, not pasty like most burritos. So so tasty. Even if you’re not a veggie try this burrito!

“I stopped at Royal Coffee this morning and couldn't help myself by stopping at SnoBall Mini Donuts. I tried a variety. My favorite was the Strawberries and Creme and the SnoBall Donut. I love how they are made to order and warm when you get them. I definitely will be back!!“

“I live in Klamath Falls and was looking for a good Chinese spot around the area. There was none. So, I decided to go to Medford and try Chen’s because I heard it was good. This place did not disappoint, I was getting sick and tired of trying mid General Tso’s chicken from other Chinese places for over $15 but a lunch plate from Chen’s was only $12 and it was REALLY GOOD. The general Tso chicken sauce wasn’t overpowering with sweetness or spiciness it was THE perfect mix between the two, the egg fried rice was solid, and the Crab Puffs was also amazing! Will definitely come back again and totally recommend it!“

“Much much more than just an ice cream shop! Fun and wonky soda flavors, candies, taffies, shakes, along with ice cream for 4 pawed woofing friends!

We got a strawberry soda, peanut butter shake, and two scoops of chocolate brownie and salted caramel ice cream.

The person working the counter was very attentive and helpful. She offered us free samples, and even went the extra mile and offered us a glass with ice for our soda, without us asking for it.“
