“Not my favorite Mike's, that would be the Oregon City location, but this place smacks. Food is great, service is always fun, if a little slow at times. My issues are with the actual location - which is treacherous. And that it's best for the mild weather. Not so much for the rainy season. Or the extreme heat we've had recently. No indoor seating.“

Top that off with a frosty pint, tons of TVs playing all the sports games, pool tables, friendly family atmosphere (this is a literal mom and pop business) and great service and you have the perfect place to become a regular at.

“This is a great first date place. The food presentation was outstanding. However, we felt it was a little blan. They use RC soda products here, which are flat at the bar but have carbonation if gotten from the back. Amazing happy hour!

Some restaurants have lost that ability to not make you feel rushed when you come in later...I am very respectful of my servers...the server was fabulous, smiling seemed like she enjoys what she does.. It is one of my favorite places, the servers, the food, the music and the vibe is so good.“

“My friend and I visit here every Friday evening. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. Especially Jason. He remembers regulars, and is very genuinely caring about the people he serves. The servers, including Lupita, are very prompt and nice. Your drinks never go empty! We prefer this location because it’s not only open until 10pm, but because we have had such pleasant experiences with the staff. Food is pretty darn good too! Fresh breakfast meats and French toast! The pumpkin batter needed salt added to it and it also could have used a bit more sugar in the batter. The syrup was not real maple syrup but table top ad says, "warm maple syrup," so I expected real maple syrup. It also says, "whipped butter." I asked the waiter about the maple syrup and he told me it was "artificial" maple and argued the fact that the restaurant never said "real" maple syrup. Maybe the butter is whipped margarine...who knows what liberties are taken in menu descriptions. I'm a "real" maple syrup customer.“

The only thing I dislike is having to order at the counter, which a lot of places are moving toward. It really makes me feel restricted on what I can order and how long I can stay, even though I know there is actually no limit. I just feel like I am getting more for bang for my buck when I have table service. And I'm also more likely to stay and have another drink. I'll go cry about it somewhere else though :)“
