“It's one of the best bbq around! Anytime we go to the moda center, my wife and I share an entree. The portions are huge! I would highly recommend stopping here if you're nearby! We love the pulled pork and macaroni, but everything is so good there!“

“We had J&L cater our 130 person wedding with two choices of Meats and 3 sides. The whole process with them went so smoothly, they delivered our food timely and we received TONS of great reviews on the food. Their catfish was AMAZING and the corn bread and green beans with bacon were a hit. “We ordered 2 pho orders togo. Prices are good, portions are good, pho broth is good, place is clean and friendly staff. The only thing that I really wish that was better was the brisket, it was thin, dry and tough also the tendon was a little tough compared to Pho Hung and Pho Oregon, it usually melts in your mouth. I would of gave it a 5 stars if the meat was tender. If the chef could work on not overcooking the meat then this would be my go to spot.“

“JJs is bomb. Came here after a long day at the river, and it hit the spot. As a Louisiana native, it was nice to get a taste of home. The customer service alone is worth the visit, but the food is awesome too. I haven't found good brisket in Portland until this place! Stoked to find this place for a nice convo and delish meal.“

He has a great Food Truck outfitted for your event or follow him to locations that he is reserved for.

“I have had BBQ across the United States and this is on the higher end. This is one of places I will go back to. Service is quick, prices are great and you can't beat the food. Only complaint I have is I like a finer chop and a tangy dressing. So I would give Hog Wild a 4 1/2 stars, great job guys.“

“Overall I had a solid experience. My food was fresh and good and my order was correct. I put in an online order which is why i am knocking it down a star. I usually add extra meat to my burgers. But online ordering doesnt have a provision to add extra meat. And when I called the restaurant i was told to place my order online. Which isn’t something i was happy about. Also I received practically a whole head of lettuce between the 2 burgers i ordered.“

“Oh my goodness Wonderboy’s is good! We had a Taco with Brisket, Burnt Ends, and the Beeferton Cheese Steak. All of it was fantastic. The brisket fell apart in the your mouth and the flavor was perfect. All the fresh elements complimented the heavy element deliciously. The Mac and Cheese was Bomb! I didn’t expect it to be as good as it was. We devoured it 🤣 Of you are in Portland or in the neighborhood definitely stop by and give Wonderboy’s Smokestack a try! It is well worth it!“

“To the guy working the night of Tuesday, August 26:
You gave me two large soft serves COVERED with Frosted Flakes. I order this delicious treat from Hunker Down often, but this one was special. The amount of care taken to put Frosted Flakes on the bottom of the cup before the first layer of ice cream, then on top of that layer, then on top of the next layer of ice cream was heroic.
